“Gave me a car with all seasons instead of winter tires. 2 tires went flat and I am still waiting for a tow truck that entreprise arranged. It’s been 3 hours and no one is showing up. Called entreprise and they don’t care. It’s 9:43 pm, cold weather with snow. Awful service from the company and the SMC towing.”

“Yes I've been dealing with enterprise since 2003 never had 1 single problem until 2024. Had reservations on Westheimer Rd. through insurance claim in which they confirmed by calling me. Once I got there after walking n Houston heat I was then told I would have to pay out of pocket even with my insurance reservation #. As I'm outside trying to get things situated with my insurance company another employee comes out side to chest tie me as if I were her child and soon as I jump defensive and tell her look I can go to another enterprise. I guess she call main office 2 have me put on do not rent list. No one ever called me to ask my side after being a loyalty member for 20 plus years. This says a lot about enterprise and how they treat there customers. What ever happened to pleasing the customer. Not saying that a person has a right to be rude but when you call someone to confirm with them stating 1 thing and get there to something totally different could cause a lil more understanding on Enterprise Employees. But I should have known she would do something like this being the drama queen she was being. Just be careful where u spend your money. Have a membership with Hertz now so who loosing out. Enterprise thats who... If y'all treat loyalty members this way then maybe I was loyal to the wrong company.. Thanks life goes.”

My insurance agent recommended enterprise in Bohemia after my
suv was totaled.
I spoke with James on a friday 4pm as I needed a vehicle immediately
He told me there were No cars available until Monday.
apparently He lied...
I called Sat morn spoke with a different employees, 6 CARS available!!
Once again he, (James) was extremely sarcastic to us, arrogant & obnoxious.
He certainly SHOULD NOT be working with customers.
in the future WE will not rent from Bohemia Enterprise,
nor will I recommend them.
Not to mention the car was dirty inside & outside had many
bird poopings with 1/3 tank of gas”
“Rented a 15 passenger wagon Dow a family trip . 6 hours on the road I noticed the air conditioner and call road side service , called rental office , to replace the car called every one for service and no one was able to help .for seven days traveled with no AC , windows open and bugs inside the car .upon my return enterprise offered full rental refund. But it’s been 6 weeks and nothing. I call for updates every week and same answer HQ working on it .terrible.terrible service .avoid enterprise.”

“When reserving my vehicle, I stated I was handicapped and needed an suv. They said no prob, they had one and close in 1 hr. I got there in 15 min and they didn't have one. They said they'd contact me to exchange for one. Now it's 5 days later no call.”
“I have rented vehicles from Enterprise countless times, since my days after college (2007) and suddenly have problems with reservations beach my drivers license is from a different state, but all other forms of documentation (paystub, lease agreement, utilities) indicates my location.”
“I had a rental car scheduled for 12/3. I got to the rental car and they told me I had a 9am appt and it was 1pm at the time and they gave my car away. This was a rental due to a car repair through my insurance. At the time I secured my reservation there was no time stamp. The location was 2016 W Stassney Ln Austin Tx. The guy at the counter was very surely, had an attitude and didn't help at all knowing that I was without a car. He could of called one of the many locations in town and just said best he could do was 5pm the following day, more than 24hr. Very rude! I went to another Enterprise 3500 S Lamar Austin, Chase couldn't have been nicer and is helping me get a car 12 tomorrow.”
“My car rental went okay, but returning the car at Sioux Falls South Dakota airport turned into a surprise. There was a sign on the desk saying the workers were on the lot and to just put the keys in the Dropbox. Since no one was there to process my car at 8:50, this morning they charged me for two extra hours; I had to call Enterprise customer service to get that straightened out! Sioux Falls airport needs to have enough workers to process cars on time rather than bill customers for extra time until workers 'get to' checking in the cars.”
“I reserved a full size suv (Tahoe, expedition, armada). The morning of pick up everything was ready for me and pick up was a breeze. I was given a Yukon SUV and feel that completely surpassed my expectations. The staff was extremely friendly and assisted me with adding the insurance coverage I wanted and answered all questions. I don't have anything negative to say about this Enterprise location”
“Enterprise of port huron mi sucks. I ordered a wagoneer for a trip to have room for my family and our stuff .I got there to find they were giving me a 15 passenger van the seats did not go down they refused to remove seats so we had to put our cooler and suit cases on the seats ,and could not take my husband's hover round which is why we got the rental in the first place. I do not recommend enterprise of porthurn to anyone go with Michels you will not get what you need other wise. We even ordered a week in advance. We also need the 4 wheel drive do to the weather van did not have it. I rate enterprise 0.”
“Difference in rental prices for insurance companies and people are huge.
Employees try to charge extra for the day that insurance company already paid.
The reserved cars are located in different places but I wasn't informed about that at the day of reservation and had to spend extra time for pick up.”
“I made a reservation a month in advance. I confirmed my reservation the night before. I went to pick up the car and there was none available. Why make a reservation? This is today the day before Thanksgiving. They could only say sorry for any inconvenience. Now stuck in Amherst, MA and my family is in Vermont. What a horrible company!”
