Options were given such as I wanted to rent a economy car but none was available so they gave me a full size car at the cost of economy. Check out and check in was quick and problem free. I also want to mention that Alex and Carolin were very friendly and helpful as were all the other employees. Enterprise will have me for all future car rentals.”

See, we ( my husband ) had made the mistake of trying a “deal” he saw online from Budget/Dollar.
When we arrived, the level of aggressive rudeness and unprofessional attitude on full display from the Dollar employee was bad enough for me to not be able to write it all down here and caused me to literally slide over to the Enterprise counter next to it ( we are at the Mesa Gateway Airport) just to gather my composure! YourEnterprise employee was amazing and unnecessary apologized for the Dollar guy !!!! She even suggested going back over by the mall because they are KNOWN FOR BEING GREAT!and that’s where we normally go.Shes Absolutely correct!
We have rented from Enterprise multiple times and from the Southern Ave Mesa location ! Why were we stupid enough to try a “deal”? Never again. As I walked in the office I was greeted immediately with a smile. I told them I was sorry for my gruff but I had just come from a very bad experience and was now hours late to get on the rode. It all melted away and before I knew it I was given a better deal on a great car for more time with great service!!! “Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Traverse City Michigan is simply the best in over-the-top customer service. On August 1, 2024 I was involved in a minor traffic accident. I soon discovered I was in over my head with the multiparty coordination to get my car fixed, renting a car while the repairs were being made and arranging payments through my car insurance company. The Traverse City, MI Enterprise office worked behind the scenes coordinating with my car insurance company and with the automobile repair facility. They simply removed all the coordination, calls and headaches regarding the rental car reservation, the insurance payment to Enterprise and transportation to and from the the repair facility. Most notably, Mr. Dominic Carter and Anna deserve special recognition for their superb customer care. This service as simply the best I've ever experienced in renting a car. I didn't collect cards from all your employees, but would like to recognize Elijah Rehm in New Castle DE for helping with directions and where to purchase gasoline. He even got us into a minivan that accommodated the luggage for the six of us since we were a bit crammed with the vehicle we had rented. Excellent service! “My car rental was due back to enterprise at 5pm Friday and on my way back from my trip the tire kept losing air. I called enterprise and they gave me a few options in order to get home safely. I called roadside assistance and I was told to go the nearest Firestone to have the tire repaired. I ended up waiting for a tire at Firestone for 3 hours but Geno from enterprise told me not to worry just return the vehicle the following day and I would not receive an additional day charge and he apologized for any inconvenience. “I rented at from Enterprise on South Academy on Colorado Springs, CO. Customer service was excellent from receiving the car rental from Griffin and turning it back in wuth Taylor. They both were very respectful, expedient and insured I was delighted each time I came in. The car itself was clean, filled up and I was on my way within 10 minutes, picking up and turning in. I've used Enterprise from three locations in Colorado Springs and two locations out of Alexandria, VA. Each time was very easy and never had complaints with any of the customer services.
