“Using Enterprise after an issue with another car rental recently ( last three weeks)renting in Fort Lauderdale London Düsseldorf and about to re rent in London
Heathrow needs a facility upgrade but the staff namely Ayaz and Abdi made the pick up and drop off easy
Please note the citron c5 model was a terrible car to drive no head room but worked for my needs Fiat 500 has more driver space
Will keep using Enterprise for work and pleasure as I like the booking app and staff”

“We only rent from Enterprise. This last trip, we rented from Bozeman Intl Airport. Honestly, there is nothing worst than trying to look through the windshield. Every chance we got, we were cleaning the windshield. I mean, getting out of the car and not merely using wipers. The acreage of land means lots of bugs. Could we please have a scruffy like tool in the car? We overlooked the fact that the car was dirty but you guys were getting slammed. Dirty windshields are almost as bad as dirty glasses. Do us a favor please! The staff as usual we're great. Thanks.”

“Aaron at the 8mile ferndale, MI location was very helpful & patient. I got there about 5min before closing time & had issues with my method of payment & he did not rush me and wasn’t annoyed at all. He waited until we sorted everything out & was very kind.”
“It didn't!!!! First we booked a minivan, we received a Toyota Highlander. We have 6 people, with luggage. We are so cramped in this vehicle. They are not doing anything to fix the problem except for, " you don't have to fill it up upon return." What! $40! Gee thank you. We drove from Michigan to Florida all cramped up, now we're on the way back. Tierd, cramped, and cranky. We have barely any room for our legs. We only brought one duffle bag each. Could imagine if we would not have been frugal with our packing. It's so stupid. When you book, reserve a mini can, you should get that. Oh how could I forget, we still got charged the same as if we had gotten a mini van. That might be my last time with this company. Sorry to say.”
“My resent rental with Enterprise in Schenectady, NY state street location was fantastic. The entire staff was so attentive from the beginning walking through the entrance to my returning / drop off. the vehicle that was selected for me was perfect as i traveled with golf clubs and a family of 4 of us. Normally, i pick up at the airport where it can feel like a number, take it or not. This is and annual trip for me and forthcoming i will continue to choose this location and hopefully the staff remains. If there was a negative, i would say that the vehicle could have been a little cleaner, not that it was dirty just a bit used which i feel is understandable in today's work environment post covid. i do recommend this location for your car rental.”
“The location on 46th and O street do a phenomenal job. The last two time the location @ the 27th location has completely dropped the ball on customer care!!. So if you want excellent customer care the employees @ the O street location will go above and beyond to satisfy their customers.”
“When u call road side assistance,they could be prepared to know where a car is... They sent me to the airport for a trade car. after,I drove 20 min on a donut, they said they did not have one on there lot. They gave me places that could put a new one on.. so next day I went to Firestone and they said they could fix it in 6 hours I had an appointment.. I called the road side again. They tried sending me to the airport again. I said no they did not have one; could u look a car up for me .. he said it showed Washington branch had one. So I waited 2 hrs for the branch to open. When he opened the door he said they didn't have one yet could be a few hours... He did make a phone call. So I drove another 20 min away . When I got to the tire place he said he would have to order that size tire and it would be Monday.. I said no I need the car now.. I started to get in the car and turned around. I asked him if he could patch the tire..I had to ask! He did do that. Your company pays for the tire and was polite. Willing to work with someone. And even gave me a perk next rental car for the trouble . I just think your company could have a tire company or mechanic more ready for these. Or a better system to see where a car is... Thank you john”
“Picking up the car was quick not even 10 minutes at the counter and I had keys in hand. Car was great 2024 Chevy Malibu. Nice, clean, full of gas and ready for adventures. No problems on the trip! The only thing upon return there was somewhat of a wait but once I got to the counter 4 minutes, if that, and I was outta there!! Overall would recommend Shreveport Regional Airport Enterprise Rent a Car. Now keep in mind, you may have to go to the National Car Counter for help-FYI.”
“Well if it wasn’t for having such a great lady helping us, all through are rental’s.. First got a car that smelled like smoke, then got a car that smelled like dope!!! Talked to Marilyn & she said come get a new car…. So she put us in a new Mazda & we really liked it & it smelled brand new….😁Marilyn listened to me complain, she never was nothing but proffesional the whole time! She is a really sweet girl, that knows her business!!! Great Girl that needs a raise…But I really do think Enterprise should put some smell good stuff in there vehicles…. The smells were awful!!”
