Jason bowker was a fantastic help when I needed it most,unlike the sales team who were useless at best took me nearly five attempts to complete this purchase!!!

You people have cancelled my insurance and now ask me to 0ay 200 pounds to you when it was you people who canceled my insurance I had no warning letter of final letter

I got house insurance because it was cheapest on comparison website. Then they automatically renew at the end of the year but you cannot cancel online which forces you to call them. Their website is erratic. You can log on to one part of the website but not another unless you already have a policy with them. Again this forces you to phone them. There appears to be a drive for you to call them so I guess their sales people can engage you. If you are OK with that and can handle the sales pitch and you understand that cheap insurance is cheap for a reason then fine, you know what you are getting. If you want a better service then go to another insurer. I would not recommend eSure.

TO CUT A LONG STORY SHORT RENEWED MY CAR INSURANCE HALF WAY THROUGH THE YEAR, TOLD THE GENTLEMAN I DID NOT WANT ROAD SIDE ASSISTANCE BECAUSE I GOT A NEW CAR WHICH HAD A YEARS ROAD SIDE ASSISTANCE. WHEN I WENT TO RENEW MY CAR INSURANCE WITH YOU IT WAS NOT TOOK OFF, THE GENTLEMAN I SPOKE TO DID NOT KNOW WHAT HE WAS DOING HE TOLD ME TO PHONE THE DVLA UP BECAUSE HE SAID MY CAR WAS A 177 BRAKE HORSE POWER I WENT BACK TO CHECK AND MY CAR IS A 140 WHICH I TOLD HIM IT WAS, WHEN I PHONED BACK A YOUNG LADY CHANGED IT STRAIGHT AWAY FOR ME, YOUR COMPANY OWES ME £25 FOR HALF A YEAR ROAD COVERAGE. A GENTLEMAN CALLED CRAIG SAID I CANNOT GET IT BECAUSE I DID NOT SAY TO TAKE OFF THE ROAD SIDE COVER ON THE SECOND PHONE CALL IF THE MAN ON THE FIRST PHONE CALL KNEW WHAT HE WAS DOING THERE WOULD NOT BE A PROBLEM, THEY SAID THEY WOULD GET BACK TO ME BUT NO ONE HAS GOT INTOUCH WITH ME I THINK THIS IS DISGUSTING AS THEY DO NOT WANT TO GIVE ME MY £25 BACK, ANYONE WHO GOES WITH THIS COMPANY SHOULD BE WARY THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMERS. I had a low cost car policy on an 'occasional-use' car with esure. The car developed a fault which rendered it not worth repairing. Broke the car and cancelled the policy - received a £55 cancellation fee - just under 1/3rd of the annual premium! I don't object to a reasonable cancellation fee but this is way too high. Further, as £24 was left outstanding they asked me to call customer services (at 5p per minute!) to arrange payment (this was the the only option given). After 15 minutes holding I gave up and am awaiting to hear how else I can pay. I shall ask for the cost of the call to be refunded.

Very poor communicate when someone profoundly deaf and they don't accepted some one in family act behalf on car of owner also they cancelled insurance policy as they think it's fraud. Being deaf is not easily to accessible. They won't accept email or in written a letter. Pathetic company I ever had insurance with.

Just rung Esure with a query and to inform them of a change of address, and been informed I must pay £30.17 administration cost, being a senior citizen I found this unfair and unacceptable, when saying I would switch to another insurance company I was informed that would cost me £35 . So I paid, and they apologised profusely, needless to say I will be looking elsewhere for car insurance next year, very shortsighted of them I would say ,wouldn't you

The most difficult to open online details to view my policy. Despites after email to them still no luck. and in the end i gave up.

Had to claim on HE policy as boiler was not working, starts and stops. They sent someone who looked but did not check boiler, turned it on, it was working at that moment. Went away, but boiler just stopped working a few days later. This time we had to wait 3 days for them to come and check, then waited another 4 days for a part but a day after they supposed to have fixed it, it stopped working again. Called insurance company, they assured me the engineer would call next morning. No one showed, when called insurance co, they never even booked the job in!! Now we have to wait two more days for someone to check what is wrong. Nightmare when there's someone who is disabled and needs heating and hotwater... so much for prioritising vulnerable people, don't believe it, just rubbish. I won't use this insurance company again.

Shocking treatment, wind damaged roof, house only 10years old told me it was shoddy workmanship. And they have not been in touch since they came out.. Never again!!!!!!
