Within little more than an hour of my posting a negative one star review I was contacted by Philip Legge, Europasat Customer Services Manager, who took considerable time and trouble to help resolve my cyber frustration. The missing star is a) Because I could not get through initially and b) It is still a bit of a chore for me to monitor my usage, where before it was easy-peasy. However, Philip Legge's helpful intervention has gone a long way to restoring my faith. Thank you.

I have just spent over half an hour on the telephone not getting through to Europasat. Their (non-existent) Customer Service department is, perhaps, overloaded? Quite simply the "Usage Graph" no longer displays so that I have no idea at all how much of my expensive allowance is used and how much remains available. I did get through last Friday to Adam. He appeared less than interested, telling me that there was an issue but he had no idea when it might be resolved. What a pity. Although costly the system has been reliably good until now. How frustrating; we will begin to look elsewhere.

Europasat gives us a stable and fairly fast connection in a communications black hole in France. I installed the equipment myself and, with the help of 'Magic' got it working easily. We opted for. 3gb connection so as to be able to collect email etc but it is clearly insufficient for a months and we will have to upgrade. This makes the connection and expensive option at £30 for a 10gb connection but it must be balanced against the alternative which is a dial up connection where were. Customers considering this must be aware of a major and easily fixable problem if using it abroad like us. There is no warning that the allowance is about to run out and in our case it involves a mobile phone call on a poor connection to a company that seems incapable of having anyone available to answer. I've called four separate times in total and always taken three or four attempts to get connected to anyone who can help. One time I was calling for 20 minutes without any response. Now having said that the staff once contacted couldn't be more helpful and have always sorted the issue out.

Product good. Customer service non-existent, and accounts department waited 6 months before starting to take the monthly payments for the satellite dish. Then they took a payment every day for a week to catch up. Not impressed. And their usage statistics are still dated from a year ago, so I have no idea how much bandwidth I've used.

Even though I had cancelled the installation due to poor unreliable service and I had received confirmation that the order was cancelled, they started taking money from my account 9 months later. FRAUD ALERT! They have also sneakily deducted my account in a way to detect notice. Which financial authority can I report them to?

Once my system was Tooway. It worked well, they responded to queries by email or phone quickly and my download estimate was up to date. Now it seems to have changed to Europasat (?) and it is pathetic. The "new" website seems to have no options which function at all, except "Buy a booster". You touch it with the cursor to see what is next and it debits your account without any possibility of confirming. If you go back to try again and delete, it takes your money a second time. I think that is illegal and I told them so. All the options for "back" or "next" do nothing except show a red no entry sign. In other words it is completely non-functional as far as I can see. On top of that, the Tooway "download" bar which ran alongside the monthly allowance bar, divided into 4 (i.e approximately 1 week amounts) and seemed to be updated in real time, is now a circular "clock" which is not so clear, and is updated only every few days. (i.e today, 13 May @20.30, it was last updated THREE days ago, which is next to useless. Finally, what used to be my Tooway download allowance of 8 Mbytes, now seems to be 8 Mbytes download + Upload, without any notification and my online time is virtually halved. Not happy and looking to change.

It's an improvement on my previous Nordnet Satellite provider but I have found the download to be very spikey and can hang quite a bit. Frustrating the contract usage facility on my account homepage does not work so I haven't a clue how much data I have used or have left. Only just acceptable.

Awful technician installed, eventually. Lots of lies about being late: van broken in to, staff not turning up, etc, etc, then very rude in our house, etc, left mess in house and rubbish blowing about our garden. The internet has poor connectivity and falls off lots. Poor care less customer service. Good luck getting through. I was hardly able to get through by phone much of time. This month I've been charged 5 times in one week, which I am still trying to get sorted. Awful.

The service just doesn't give the speed it promises, calls aren't returned, emails don't get a reply. I think this is a company that is simply over-whelmed. Focus on keeping your existing customers rather than churning through new ones to get whatever government grants are available. Simply terrible service.

Why can't you keep one promise and call back or reply. My internet has not worked for over a month and you do nothing. i can't believe you ever get more than a 2 star review

My system has not worked for 1 month now, i have left endless messages for an engineer to call but of course they never do. I wish i had never bought it, i would never recommend it, it has never worked, and i consider it to be a total con.

Refusal to reply to e-mails - internet service extremely slow at times - still no way of keeping track of up to date data usage - now 23rd March but my data usage page is dated 9th January. not at all what their adverts promise. Would like to give a review on customer service but as yet have not been able to allow enough time to wait for a connection

This companys Customer Service is NON- Existent, I've been hung up on, put thru to irrelevant phone lines with no answer and left on hold for almost an hour. They cannot perform simple tasks like sending invoices and taking payments...

For the price you pay this is an appalling service .There is no personal account page so you can be aware of your usage and once its suddenly gone with no warning you can no longer buy the extortionately price booster top ups to keep you going .We have had to relocate our business office twice this year in order to keep working . This despite having up graded our package twice in the past year . Even if you wait until midnight , they are now so oversubscribed nothing will load as there are so many net starved clients with the same plan . Their customer service is none existent . No one answers , occasionally you may strike lucky and be told that they will look into it and call you back. No return call . Now they have started messing up our billing :Added uk vat when we are a registered company here , in the last few days 3 monthly payment have been taken without any warning or invoices and now an email with 24 hour notice threat to cut us off for non payment!!!!! please call the number no one ever answers to resolve !!

Its been 4 months now that I cannot add any volume booster through my account. I contacted them several times and despite they promised they are going to fix it... nothing yet. Their customer support is one of the worst I have ever interacted with. Also they have updated their website interface and nothing works there. My invoices have been disappeared and the tickets I have opened are missing as well.

The BB itself is OK - but the customer service is awful - no one responds and the company do not appear to be able to set up a proper billing schedule.

Je suis simplement déçu par le ping du routeur qui dépasse les 1000ms ce qui m'empêche de l'utiliser comme j'aurai voulu le faire. Le chargement des vidéos sur internet meme en basse resolution est très lent. Mais si le but est de faire de la bureautique cela suffit.
