The system does not work properly yet and trying to get some help to sort the problem out has been very difficult. Europasat did not call back and when I called them just passed the buck

I ordered the package over the phone as it was impossible to state a final destination address in Eire and pay in UK £. I specifically asked for the delivery to be made to my UK billing address. The dish was delivered instead to my Eire address and since there was no one present it was returned to the depot and the courier contacted directly. My email address was recorded wrongly which meant I didn't get the confirmation of order email and satellite configuration codes. When I tried to align the dish I got an error and when I phoned up the next day after several 10 minute periods on hold I was told that the polarisation was wrong and that I had to change it. Apparently there had been a delivery of transceivers with the wrong polarisation but in which case why wasn't this checked before it was dispatched? When I had the dish aligned the connection still could not be setup and I had to phone again. This time it was the MAC address of the sat modem that had been incorrectly recorded on your system (one digit was wrong)

The dowload speed is very slow (2 Mbps so 10 minus than the subscription ), and the DNS request are too long. Bad service

The dish arrived fast, was easy to assemble and it really does give us internet on a remote farm in Scotland. 3 other companies had tried to provide this service but only Europasat managed to do what they say they can do!

SES broadband internet (PAYG) does what it says on the tin! Good quality kit, good instructions (do not overlook video, is very helpful). Now have internet at remote holiday home on fringe of footprint. Good support from Europasat Bicester team - real people, friendly and helpful (Jess and Trina in sales, Alex and Magic in Tech). My system worked out of the box but was painfully slow at first; resolved in a couple of hours by Europasat; zero downtime since and better speed, now completely useable though download still slow (2-4 Mb/sec for up to 10 Mb/sec service). Have not investigated if further improvement is possible, as OK as is for our needs.

the approved installer had problems as not told updated dish. the person we bought the dish from did not return our calls. when we called europasat uk on premium call 37 minute waiting time. tried again later in the day with exactly the same message but could leave our telephone number with details but no one called back. one month later still can not Skype even with out video and current download is 0.77mbs (which took a long time) upload tries to connect for the test with no luck. emails are painfully slow and this is at the start of my 2nd month. Im on a10mb, I should have stayed with orange

I have been so impressed with the service from Trina, who was my first point of contact, down to the technical team who helped me with a small getting online problem. My outgoing provider quoted to me : all providers of this service are the same ! Well, I beg to differ and I will explain why. After 3yrs with my other provider and nearing contract renewal time, On telling them that I was going with another provider, they made it quite clear that they would lock my modem to themselves only, even after I had bought the system from them 3yrs prior. Trina has arranged for a pre loved system from yourselves to get me online with you, and I am very grateful. I will be pushing your company here to all the expats that are looking for an internet provider, It is early days, but I am so happy with the change. Kind regards, Steve Nash, France.

Good sales experience with excellent delivery. Also very good technical support with swift clear answers. However there was no clear installation instructions included as promised - no dvd, just a one page manual. The on-line video is only useful if you have a broadband network to start with!! The Iphone App is completely devoid if any instructions at all! If I did not hire someone to install the dish who had some experience with Tooway I would have been lost!! Also the router needed a computer with a DVD drive which not everyone has.

Excellent service. Very quick and smart. I love the idea of fast internet everywhere though it is not as stable and reliable as advertised. I am still "new" to the system though and I hope it will stabilize somehow to a decent speed. So far I see lots of drops in service...

After tearing our hair out trying to get BT Broadband installed at our house in rural Dorset we decided to try satellite broadband as my wife and I both depend on broadband for working from home. On my initial call to Europasat I was gobsmacked by the helpful, knowledgeable, articulate and friendly lady who explained all the options and answered all my queries (I'm in IT so I had a few technical questions which she fielded without any trouble). I placed the order the next day and received the dish, modem and router within 36 hours by courier (it really helps that the courier they use in our area - Interlink - send a text on the morning of the delivery with a one hour timeslot so you can plan your day). Unfortunately we had some issues with the equipment as the connection was dropping out after a few minutes of connection time. However, the Europasat technical support were quick to pick up the phone and the engineers had immediate access to our system on their screens so could see exactly what we had experienced. They sent out a replacement TRIA and modem by next day courier with all the explanation we needed to feel completely confident and reassured in the service. The replacement kit solved the problem and we are now happily online with 17Mb download speeds in an area where BT gets you 1.5Mb if you are lucky. However, it's the customer service that really blew me away with Europasat. Our experience was excellent by any measure, but in comparison to the frustration of dealing with BT, Europasat blew us away. Can't recommend highly enough. One word of warning if you are new to satellite broadband: there is 'latency' on satellite that you don't get on copper wire connections which means establishing a connection to a website or server can take around 1 second which is a noticable lag when browsing the web. It can feel like a slowish connection in web browsing, even though the download speed is very fast for streaming music and video. Just something to bear in mind, but not a criticism of Europasat as latency is an issue with any satellite broadband connection.

I was told equipment would arrive in 3-4 days in Italy from UK. In fact ... equipment didn't leave shopping in UK for 4-5 days at order time , I finally received 14 days later. I recently sold my home so I only need approximately 6 more weeks ... one of the great selling points that there are no long term contracts . My request for termination was just responded to , e mail states it is to be terminated Aug 30th ... but I asked for Oct 1st ?? Maybe I'm missing something ? In general , the install went well with local man .... the instructions not so clear .... The setting up and online account info had been good , sans the termination request. I've had no problems with signal. All good there. I am finding I'm using more MB's than I thought. It's a bit expensive in that regard. Happy I found this service in Italy ... would be fantastic if the price could come down a bit !

So far signal seems good, tech support was very good. Just watching data usage, the initial pacage maybe to low so amy work out expensive

I used Europasat to take over an existing contract when I recently moved house . The transition was incredibly smooth. I also asked about receiving WiFi through the satellite dish as I live in a very remote area which is poorly served by BT. The WiFi router arrived within a couple of days and I was able to set it up and receive WiFi within 20 mins. My mobile signal is terrible where I live however I can make calls via my mobile now with WiFi on Whatsap . The lady that I dealt with was Jess , thank you for all of your help , best wishes Malcolm

I was a previous user and getting speeds of 0.02MBPS despite paying for 20Meg! - after swapping to a new sector speeds have improved, but still nowhere near advertised speeds.

We came to Europasat Italia after a week of interrupted service with a different Satellite WiFi company, which refused to send a technician to our property despite multiple attempts to resolve the technical issues on our own to no avail. Richard Burnett was our first point of contact with Europasat Italia. He was fantastic. He answered the phone on the second ring (we could never actually connect with a human voice with our prior service provider). He listened and offered a reasoned assessment of what our technical needs were. Because we had quests at hour holiday home who had been without service for so long, Richard adjusted his schedule so that he could drive out to our property with just 2 days notice. He spent 5 hours addressing multiple deficiencies and left our home with fully functioning WiFi. We are so thankful to have found Europasat Italia. Richard's professionalism has been exemplary and he continues to be accessible despite having completed the needed repairs. What's more, Europasat's prices are far more economical than our previous company. Europasat's website and client account page allow for easy oversight of service quality and data usage from afar. The peace of mind we now have knowing we can manage our guests' internet needs with a highly responsive, professional and timely service provider is beyond measure. GR Seattle, Washington.

I was struggling to get internet connection at my static caravan. A friend suggested satellite broadband - I telephoned a local installer who came and explained the different systems to me and did a site survey. The installation followed within 2 weeks. i am happy with the Tooway Easy pay as you go system which means I am not subscribing during the winter months.
