Absolute joke of a company. Do not order anything from them. I paid £16 to have the item arrive in time for a holiday. The second the payment was secured, the originally-displayed expected delivery time could then no longer be found. They won't reply to emails within 3 days (some they completely ignore) and when they do they don't actually reply to your query - they just fob you off. When the item didn't reply in time I cancelled the order within 2 weeks, as per their contract, but, nearly another 4 weeks later, they have still yet to either provide a refund, nor has the item arrived which they're blaming on the courier (which they need to take responsibility for- it's their supply chain to manage), although it appears as though they tried to send it to Iceland rather than the UK?... PS, they are more responsive over social media than email, so choose this route (not that it will actually get you anywhere) Utterly incompetent, appalling customer services and a disgrace of an online retailer.

The worst company ever. It took 8 weeks for a pair of boots to arrive. The box came bashed in. No instructions on how to return the boots that i no longer needed. Snippy replies to queries. I don’t know how they continue to do business.

THE WORST - DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Ordered a snowboard online, it said it would take 2 days to ship before I pressed purchase. Then my payment was processed, didn't received any e-mail communication from the company for a week. No update on deliver date, shipping confirmation. I sent 5 e-mails and didn't hear back, finally connected with someone over Instagram. Then they messaged me to say that they could not ship to me because of of the package dimensions, cancelled my order and refunded my money. So my snowboard did not arrive in time for my ski trip. the worst online shopping experience I have ever had. DO NOT SHOP - WARNING. TOTAL SCAM.

Absolutely shocking! Don’t trust what they say as it’s all lies. If it says the item is in stock, it’s not! Delivery in 2-3days doesn’t happen. Use this company at your own risk!

I went to buy a jacket I checked out and it didn’t ask me for payment details just said my order was confirmed Got a thanks for your order email and shipment will be out soon then never heard anything more from them. Waste of time as I didn’t know what was happening with the item so didn’t buy elsewhere from waiting.

This company is terrible. They shipped a defective item to me, which I had to return back to Germany from the US, which cost $150. I mailed it back to the exact address as listed on their website. I'm out almost $400 total between the price of the item and the return postage. They still haven't picked up the item from the post office 10 days later. They don't respond to my emails asking for customer support to complete my refund process or asking if they will go to pick up the item. They will likely never refund my money either. Do not buy anything from Exxposed -they are disreputable.

This retailer is fraudulent and a total scam. I placed a total of 3 orders over a. 2 weeks period. After the orders were placed, I was sent a tracking number for DHL for the 1st order that revealed a package was mailed from Houston (the company is supposed to be in Germany)and delivered and signed for by someone named Ahmad in the country of Chad. No refund given and I have to contest the charges. The second order had a fake DHL tracking number. When I emailed them about sending an accurate tracking number they replied that DHL had lost my package and that they would issue a refund. The refund was for 1/4 of the original amount spent and I has to contested this with Chase/Amazon pay as well. The 3rd order they send me an email after I checked out saying that they were still awaiting payment and details with their bank transfer information. When I checked my credit card they not only had received payment but changed the check out price from 667 euros to $987 USD (after currency conversion it should have been in the $700 . I requested a refund but never received it. Prior to contacting my credit card company I did initially try and contact them by phone, but after waiting on hold and having the call disconnected multiple time (never reaching a person) I gave up.

I recommend every customer to stay away from this store! I purchased a product and made the payment via online and I then received the email confirming the purchase and the order, then I also received an email with the DHL tracking number for the packaged and began to wait for the package to move to it's destination, the problem is, the packaged never left the store, I waited and waited and the status didn't change in the DHL tracking page, I sent emails to this store to receive feedback on this situation and waited weeks and got no response via email, I then contacted DHL to get some feedback and they told me the package was not delivered to them, they only received the information via online. I then had to contact this store via phone and spend money in order to do so because it costs money to call then, it was the only way to get a response, they told me they were going to see what was going on but they wouldn't give me any feedback, I then proceeded to warn them that I was going to make a serious complain to PayPal, Visa and all the companies associated with this store if I didn't get my money back, they told me that they were going to refund me and then I received my money back in the next days after complaining via phone. I will never buy from this store again and I even suspect that this store is a scam, to rob people that don't make complains and do nothing after paying for the products, in order to sell items they don't have and keep the money. Stay away from this store, read other reviews from other people that have experienced the same, you have been warned!

It’s a con. Fraudulent website. Ordered an item, they took payment and sent an email saying they didn’t have it in stock any more, I’d have to wait 14 days at the earliest before they would have the item. If you cancel within 14 days, it’s within their offered delivery time so they charge you a 6% exchange rate fee. If you cancel after 14 days they charge you a fee because it’s out of the 14 day cancellation period. customer services are horrendous, when they do contact you, it’s a barrage of demeaning email on how it’s the customers fault. Beware beware beware

Terrible company, I ordered goods 4 weeks ago, an email was sent from exxpozed 2 weeks later to say that the goods were delayed. I queried the delay via email, no response. I then queried the payment through PayPal, PayPal denied my claim due to information recieved from exxpozed, numerous emails have been ignored by exxpozed and phone calls end on hold. Avoid like the plague.

This company is dodgy never ever buy something from here. It will take for ages. It is annoying. I disappointed and cancel my order and i don't know where my refund is and how long it will take to get back

My package has not moved in 2 weeks. Exxpozed says that DHL is "backlogged" and it will "be on the next flight". That was days ago and no change. You can't contact DHL because it is run out of an office in Germany, requiring you to make expensive overseas calls. The contacts in the USA will not help you. Exxpozed is not helpful, is very poor in customer service and with the thousands of other retailers, I would recommend never using them.

I wish I hadn't ordered from them. I have been waiting since Sept. to receive my Matik. I have emailed them explaining that the USPS lost package which I know is not their fault but I do not have my purchase and they refuse to answer my emails. At this point I just want them to credit my account back, unless they plan to send new Matik but via DHL Express all the way i/o DHL/USPS. I have contacted Camp to try to place pressure on them as this is not the way you do business!!!

Fake tracking status. They don’t give an actual DHL tracking number, so you have to take exxposed at their word. My package has supposedly been “Border Crossing” for two weeks now. Bullsh*t.

Order bag and sweetshirt. There are no sweetshirt in stock, it`s ok. They say send me refund for this. But after month I do not recieved any refund and my order(status of the order doues not changed). They do not answer me via email. So i dont know what to do. VERY BAD(light words)

I would love to give zero stars. They sent me the response today I'll include in the photo section...that DHL was overloaded. Other reviewers have posted this same response that they received 10 months ago. I wont bother calling DHL to see if they were "overloaded" in Jan and now again in August of 2019. Exxpozed customer service is literally consciously lying....maybe the worst customer service experience I have had in 30 years. F#$% Exxpozed!!! The photo I am including is the email they sent another customer on top of the email I received today.....what a joke and the most blatently dishonest company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with.

Absolutely terrible experience - would advise to avoid at all costs. I purchased a pair of climbing shoes - after an online search they appeared to have the specific model I wanted a few pounds cheaper than the competition. Little did I realise that their business model appears to be to request the items from the manufacturer only AFTER your order - leading to a best case scenario 2 week turnaround between order and receiving the item. Unfortunately, mine was not a 'best case scenario' - apparently they had a supply issue which left me without the shoes for three weeks. I could live with all this if their customer service hadn't been so rubbish. Suggestions that they had provided a left than perfect service where met with first silence and then - after I called them - incredulity. No apology or offer of discount or compensation was ever extended. It's just not worth dealing with this useless company and wasting loads of your time to save yourself a few quid - spend the extra fiver and get your stuff from somewhere reputable.

Terrible customer service experience. Had ordered a pair of shoes and they messed up the size. Called customer service immediately, but call wasn’t answered. Sent an email, but that wasn’t responded back to. Finally got a hold of someone the next day, and was told that though the order wasn’t shipped out, they will not correct the mistake in the shoe and that I would have to deal with it. The person then hung up on me. Terrible service and wouldn’t advise shopping from this site.
