“horrible!!!!, they don't care about ANYTHING, they don't even show up and they put delivery attempted on the parcel status. i would AVOID them at all cost !”

“If you use Fastway to deliver anything for you, you are taking a risk. If things go fine then you have won. If things go wrong and you need support you are SOL. This company has removed it's phone support to "provide better customer support via online contact forms". They do not answer. I have waited 3 weeks, sent emails from multiple accounts and nothing. Sent a package which was marked delivered in wrong part of the country, tracked and insured for the full amount. The customer never received it and they will not answer a single email. My only option is to order a delivery and force a number out of a driver or call a solicitor. Avoid these clowns at all costs. Company is a sham and if you need any support from them you will be left with no answers and out of pocket no matter if you have insurance or not.”

“It is said on the tracking website that is my order has been delivered but in fact i haven't recieved anything. It was a gift for girlfriend's birthday and they ruined the surprise.”

“Hi everyone , I would normally concur with everything you have said about fastway couriers , they were so so bad at delivering my parcels , never looking at my address properly and sending my parcels rightly addressed but to the wrong house and estate ,(cresent instead of avenue ) they didn't care, but thankfully now to my surprise that's all changed . Thank God for a man named Eamonn who has taken over my route where I live in Naas in Co. Kildare. Its a totally different scenario now. Parcels arrive on time and tracking is easy and from the tracking msg I know my package will arrive the following morning , and it does and the best thing I get a knock on my door to let me know my parcel is there. I have to say the service has taken a complete turn around, now its efficient, punctuality is first class and they're very friendly. Since this man Eamon took over my route. I would highly recommend them for a courier service. As I am now very happy with the new service I would have to say 5 stars all the way on my route and these days I would 100% recommend them .”

“The Absolute WORST courier service on the island of Ireland, Every time I see a company uses fastway I automatically know I will have problems and every time I'm right, they are beyond awful it's just laughable how they fob you off with lies, and excuses every day. UPS,DHL,DPD,Nightlife,Amazon have all been and gone with delivery's and collections in the last 24 hours but fastway? Fastway once again nowhere to be seen. Pathetic”

“Ordered a drink hamper for a 40th birthday this month. It was shipped from company to fastway for delivery. Tracked until 6th dec, was supposed to be delivered at that time after 6.20pm.Discovered that a signature was obtained but i received no package. Perhaps Comreg will sort this out or a court case. Absolute useles I cant undertand their mentality. .”

“Thieve! Don’t use them to send anything boxes were handed to driver, he only scanned some! needless to say not all parcels arrived at their destination! No communication, they couldn’t care less! Don’t use these liars.”

“Still waiting for 3 seperate packages, all say out for delivery, supposed to be here in 3 days, it’s 14 days now, if I ever see fastway as a delivery provider on a website again I’ll go elsewhere. Use DPD instead”

“Worst courier in Ireland. Scanned in hi. 18/11 OFD 19/11 but delivery not attempted and back to warehouse, then on 22/11 OFD again not attempted... On 23/11 scanned as delivered contactless but i never got it. While day at home and doorbell camera did not seen anyone”

“My package was left at a different house even though my address was clearly printed on the box! I had no idea it was there only for this neibors son brought it down to me I'd be still waiting for it. Very unprofessional of the driver! He obviously couldn't be bothered getting it right!”

“I am a business owner and I use Fastway to deliver to clients. They lost two deliveries this week, they gave up trying to deliver another parcel and sent it back to me. They have just lost my business. The service is terrible. Please try to avoid if possible.”

“Parcel delivered was opened and content was taken. The only way to stop all this, stop ordering from retailers that use Fastway... I will reconsider my order if Fastway is used as courier”

“Dreadful service, make absolutely no contact with you, they said they had delivered and received a signature for my package when they hadn't even attempted delivery. They sent my package back to sender without ever once making contact with me or making any attempt to deliver. When I complained to the company I ordered from they said that fastway confirmed they had delivered my package! Unbelievable stuff, you can't speak to anyone, they don't respond to emails, even though you get an automated response to say that you will get a response within 48 hours, a total joke. After a month I eventually got a refund only for the very same thing to happen with another package, so frustrating. Avoid at all costs!!”

“Why are these people still in business. Did a test run with a package from Co Westmeath to Co. Kerry. A WEEK Later !!!!. still no package. Had to drive to the depot to collect it. So anyone who wants to enhance your business DO NOT DO NOT use Fastway (AkA Sloway.”

“I ordered some masks from a company based in Limerick, on October 9th. My shipping cost for the delivery from Limerick to Athlone was €11.05. I contacted them on October 20th as I hadn't received anything. I was told that Fastway had delivered my package on October 14th and had gotten a signature. I included my postal code and mobile number in the delivery details, no one called to my home on that date as I was in all day. Today is November 4th and still no sign of my masks. This company has received appalling reviews for it's total lack of customer service and rightly so. I cannot understand how Fastway are still in "business".”

“Used a tracking service to try and find out where my desperately needed Halloween costume was for my Granddaughter who is in tears !! It says that delivery was attempted , which it WASN'T as I have been in all day . No way to contact them except email with no way off knowing how long will take to get an answer . Companies should not use them as analyst shambles . I will never order anything again if going to be delivered , or NOT , by them .”

“I purchased a fine from Eir on the 6th October, it arrived in the depot on the 13th, I emailed Fastway couriers & was told it would be delivered within 2 working days. Never arrived, I tried to ring Fastway but the 2 numbers on the site were wrong numbers. Finally I took time off work on the 19th October to go to Little Island to collect it myself after it being sitting on the shelf in the depot all this time. This fine was to be delivered to my home. Can you explain to me why it wasn’t,. My tracking number3M2400432001.”

“Terrible sevice my package has been held by them since 29th September, emailed them 3 times to be responded by 2 automated emails that shows no change of service. 3 weeks of holding my package which was already delayed from where i ordered it. Why are they still running if they are this terrible!? Orders off Wish and AliExpress has already arrived quicker than them! As of now it is 19th October now and still waiting!”
