“Like many many people my package couldn't be delivered because they apparently 'rang and there was no answer'. This has happened more than once with me and is simply a lie. Then my package was loaded today on a van and 'a signature obtained' 26 seconds later! I did not get the package and I did not sign for it-another lie. Awful company. I have written to the supplier who I purchased from to make them aware of this constant problem. Avoid fastway.”

“Absolutely the worst delivery service there could possibly be. Ordered to large lamps waited 3 weeks for delivery only to find out from the company I ordered them from, that they were lost in transit when they contacted fastway. Currently waiting on another order tracking says tried to deliver No They did not. No costumer service!! Appalling service.”

“I was at home expecting a parcel today and was told I wasn’t home? I have a video doorbell and I can safely say that nobody from Fastway attempted delivery! I provided a mobile number for my delivery at checkout but I guess that would be too much to ask that the driver phone the contact if they’re having difficulties delivering! It’s also extremely frustrating to get in contact with anyone there, no phone number, no email address, no Facebook messaging and no ‘Support Button’ on the bottom right hand corner of any screen!!! They only seem interested in selling labels to businesses and don’t give a sh1t about the end user!”

“I wouldn’t even give this company one star they deserve zero. I got an email to say my parcel would be delivered in the morning, absolutely no time frame was given. I was out in the afternoon for an hour and when I came home I had an email saying my parcel had been delivered and I had previously opted for no signature to be required which was an absolute lie!!!!! There was no sign of my parcel at all even after checking with neighbours. I had another email from fastway to say they had left my parcel in the lobby.. does this mean left on my doorstep for someone passing by to take??!?!! THE WORST OF THE WORST & no phone number to call.. I did find an email for them but my mail never got a reply. Avoid at all costs!!!!!!!!!!!!!”

“Waiting on a package for over 2 weeks now with every excuse on the tracking system. The both numbers of them in cork are not working or have no numbers on the actual site customer care you can't contact The most useless of useless crowd ever”

“Contacted fastway on Tuesday this week and gave me a ref number and told someone will contact me within 24 hours? Phoned up on Wednesday same lies someone will contact me within 24 hours? Thursday same lies from this useless company told lies again will contact me within 24 hours??? Last package told nobody at home yet 3 cars in drive and 4 people are in the house. Delivered next day buy driving up the lane beside the house and driver fired the package over a 6ft high hedge from his window and landed about 50 ft in the drive way. Never made any contact with me This is the worst company to deal with no contact with any human just gone on lone to made contact with them. The company is so bad that's why no body will answer the phone.”

“have 2 emails saying my 2 packages we delivered and one apparently even signed for … nothing arrived - no customer support other than an stupid email service that you get not reply from or have to wait days for a response. I would like to speak to an actual person.”

“Shockingly incompetent service, parcels constantly being delivered to wrong estate and even when they do manage to get the correct address/eircode parcels are just abandoned in totally unsafe and unsatisfactory places' drivers don't even bother knocking, I couldn't count the amount of times i got messages saying parcels were left in a safe place when nothing was delivered at all, i was at home on one occasion with front door wide open and parcel was left at the gate where anyone could have picked it up, no way to contact fastway and when you try you read about a number provided in welcome email!? But there's no facility to access anything to elicit a welcome email, absolutely diabolical shambles and practically pointless”

“Criminals pure and simple. They never delivered my parcel and on the tracking website was shown as delivered and signature obtained.There's no contact number and it supposed to be a live chat but it doesn't work.i will follow up with a complaint to the gardai since this is theft.stay away from this company.”

“I am so disappointed. My parcel was left at my front door. And my area is very busy for people who walking around. Anyone could take it.On the packaging was my phone number. Why noone tried to ring me to ask where my package could be left. Other time he just rang the door bell and same again just left it to sit on the ground without waiting till I open the door. Very bad service. Try to avoid if you can. Can only imagine if someone do that to their packaging”

“My parcel was dispatched 2 weeks ago from the UK. Online tracking shows that it has done a circuit of Ireland, north and south. It has been unloaded and then dispatched from several depots but no delivery. Their website is not functioning in that if you click on contact or email, there’s no opening of a separate page. I googled and found phone numbers. When you call there is a pre-recorded message directing you to the website. I won’t be purchasing from companies again that use fastway couriers.”

“I waited all day for my package and email stated that it had been delivered with my signature. I couldn’t contact them to find out so I reported it to guards. Then they rang me 2 days later to say they had left it in a shed at the back of my house which I checked and would have seen them so I believe they must have come back in the night and put it there. Anyways I asked him why he didn’t give it me properly and he’s not supposed to sign my signature and why he put it out back, that I was there all day, he could have given it me.... very strange and very dodgy un trustworthy company. They should be shut down, the criminals. Customer care won’t even take my complaint. 🤬”

“My parcel was delivered to the wrong… My parcel was delivered to the wrong address the dublin 1 driver left it in a spar shop then sent me a text message from his personal phone telling me to go there to collect I replied saying I couldn't & it wasn't ordered to the spar shop it was ordered to my address & I was there all day I contacted customer care & explained the same thing I sent several messages got no reply then when I Track the parcel it was returned to sender. Absolutely terrible non existent customer care never reply & I done nothing wrong I simply wanted my parcel I paid for the dublin 1 driver is lazy & didn't do his job. Terrible horrible unprofessional company.”
