Ordered flowers for my wife's retirement - never showed up. They said, sorry, we do not deliver to your area after allowing me to buy them. It was for Sacramento, CA! You don't deliver there????? Horrible customer experience

I ordered flowers for the funeral of a Dear Friends wife who suddenly passed away. I picked an arrangement and paid extra for Sunday delivery. They contacted me on Monday to tell me they never delivered Sunday. Then missed the funeral altogether on Monday, claiming to upgrade and send flowers to the home instead. Finally on Tuesday they emailed me that they somehow failed to deliver at all offering a refund. I am embarrassed and ashamed to feel bereavement guilt and humiliation to boot. I pray my friend will forgive me for trusting these Clowns with a sensitive service.

I have ordered twice from this website/ company and both times my order has been nothing like what i ordered. I was informed after the first time i ordered that if specifics weren’t available they would do as close as possible to the arrangement. The arrangement i paid for was black and white, but what they sent was pink, purple, yellow, and orange. When i complained about it just like the second go around i was told that they “upgraded” my arrangement. If you can’t send almost exactly what the customer wants they should be notified and not you get to pick for them. Especially not with the price of these arrangements! Customer service is a complete joke and i was told since they “upgraded” my arrangement they saw no compliant and my file was done. Don’t order from them unless you want complete surprise for a high price.

Nothing like the photo, much much worse. When complaining, they said I should of said "no substitutions". Bouquet was supposed to have all roses in a tea cup and received carnations in a cheap glass.

Customers beware....I ordered a non toxic palm for my friend who has pets. The company did a substitution plant (a peace lily) which is toxic to cats. Without contacting me first. After a few back and forth with customer service they basically said they'd take 10% off of the plant they substituted. Doesn't do me any good, recipient still can't keep the peace Lily due to safety concerns for her pets. Make sure you contact company if you have pets or allergies and need the plant you ordered. 90+ dollars out the window. Very bad customer service. Had to go out and grab a palm at the grocery store fir 1/5 the price of the poor substitute plant. Unhappy customer here

Horrible. Ordered flowers on 12/26 asking for Saturday 12/28 delivery (which they offered). Flowers didn’t come. When I asked where my order was at 3pm only then did they say “your order can’t be completed”. They offer Sunday delivery if Saturday cannot be accomplished. But told me they can’t do it. Will never use them again. Don’t waste your time

Placed an order before reading all these reviews and I was really worried my flowers wouldn't be delivered, but they were and I'm pretty happy with them. I had ordered same-day delivery on boxing day (26th) and my order ended up being delayed, which is understandable since it's the holidays, but I wish they had been a bit more communicative. I got an email on the morning of the 27th apologizing about the delay and confirming that they would be delivered the following day (but didn't specify whether that meant the 27th or 28th). They were delivered later that day (27th, so one day late) and I got a "confirmation" email saying that they were delivered/would be delivered soon. They don't look identical to the picture, but I think it's close enough, and the dog stuffed animal is cuter than the bear in my opinion anyway. My boyfriend was happy with them and that's all that matters to me. I'm fairly certain this is just another company like Bloomex that contracts out to local florists, and while my experience was alright I think I'll just order from an actual local florist next time.

This has been by far the worst experience, it’s more than 24hours later and still no delivery. All i get is we are investigating when there was NEVER A DELIVERY. And they won’t give my money back, they don’t have an answer to what happened to the order. I’m dumbfounded and beyond upset. Do NOT ORDER FROM HERE ITS A SCAM

They delivered flowers 10 days late and after I had cancelled my order and still charged me full price. DO NOT ORDER FLOWERS THROUGH THIS PLACE! Horrible customer service. Very unfriendly.

This site is a scam big time. Ordered an arrangement, not even a day later, cancelled my order due to inability to deliver blah, blah, blah.... Contacted my bank and had charge denied. Don't use this scam!!!!!!! Impossible to contact. They set it up this way!!!!

I ordered 2 identical arrangements to 2 separate coworkers. One recieved theirs and loved them. They were both set to be delivered on Thursday 12/ 19. Thursday I tried to call about the second delivery only to have to submit the request via email. On Friday and 12:00 I received a confirmation email for the second delivery that they clearly missed for the day before. At 5:01 I received a cancellation email stating that they would not be able to fulfill the order and are refunding the money. NO PHONE CALL or offer to send it any other day prior to Christmas. Now instead of rewarding a team for their hardwork, thanks to you I have slighted on coworker and had to pay double to get another arrangment sent. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

I wanted something to portray the holidays. Last year I went with red and although there were substitutions it looked okay. I picked a winter white looking arrangement this year. What was delivered 12/21/24 is NOT a great depiction. It looks amateur like and definitely not Christmas/New Year’s. Why have pictures and categories to pick from if you can’t represent?

I ordered an arrangement for delivery and received an email moment's later confirming my order. I went to sleep thinking everything was taken care of. The next morning I saw an email sent two minutes after the confirmation email saying my order was canceled. This company cannot deliver.

Worst company ever. Ordered flowers for Christmas two weeks ago. I asked that they be delivered 12/19. Starting 12/19, I got daily emails from them saying “so sorry, can’t deliver…”. Their contact phone number was unavailable. Today, 12/21, I received an email saying they couldn’t deliver the flowers and cancelled the order.

I have had a very bad experience with this company. Conducted a Google search for a local florist in a new town and somehow ended up with flowershopping.com. I ordered one item and received nothing that was even a close resemblance. Everything was replaced! I complained and they told me the local florist used all accepted substitutions. I asked them why have me choose from pictures of arrangements if I don’t get anything even CLOSE to what I choose? This place is UNBELIEVABLE!

One star is too many for this company. I ordered an arrangement for a specific date and it was never delivered. I contacted customer service via their website and didn't hear anything back. I contacted customer service a 2nd time and was told, if I sent a message through their website, they would get back to me and would not put me through to anyone who could help. When I did finally receive an email confirmation, it indicated the item was successfully delivered or would be shortly. It referenced an order number that was not mine. The order was never received by the recipient. I have requested a full refund. Let's see how long that takes....terrible company!

Terrible! Do NOT USE! I ordered flowers from this website at 6:00 am on my 20th Wedding Anniversary for my wife , paid extra to have them delivered before Noon; Never Showed up. Called to have delivery location changed because now my wife isn't home anymore, two more hours go by; then get a call saying they "can't fulfill the order." Terrible Terrible Service, AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Go with SOMEONE ELSE!!! DO NOT USE!!! They will RUIN your special day, and then leave you to scramble, DON"T CHANCE IT, AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

One of those cases where negative stars would come in handy. I must admit, I have fallen for this before, as they dominate search. Fourth order that was not delivered. I only discovered it when I went looking for my most recent order's confirmation in my email. These were for a funeral, so the family never heard from us. Never again.
