“Ordered Rakhi + Haldirams Kaju Katli combo on 3rd Aug, 2024 for delivery to Brisbane on 13th Aug, 2024. Package was finally delivered on 20th Aug, 2024 after several hours of follow up on phone calls and chat box communication with the customer support at FNP. The worst part is FNP's assigned partner delivered a local brand "Aman" Kaju Katli Sweets which did not have an expiry date on the package and the sweets were turning stale and not fit for consumption. The customer support team had the audacity to state that they can offer an alternate brand based on availability . It is like we order apples and they deliver bananas because both are "fruits". Hence, FNP is unwilling to provide a full refund and instead offering a coupon code for a 20% discount on the next order if placed with them in the next 3 months. Worst customer support team at FNP and zero internal alignment in the FNP organization. I strongly recommend that as Customers, we should avoid ordering on FNP to avoid these sour experiences.”

Immediately after ordering I request to cancel one of the two they gave time for 2 hours but their two hours never happened.I tried contacting them for the same but sometimes they said it cannot be cancelled & sometimes gave me 2 hours time as usual. “I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received concerning my recent order placed on Aug 4 for a cake and a bouquet at your Jabalpur location, intended for my friend on Friendship Day.
The cake was delivered around 1 PM, while the bouquet was delivered at 4:40 PM. Unfortunately, by the time the bouquet was delivered, my friend had already left for Mumbai for the next three months, rendering the delivery unsuccessful.
It was my expectation that both the cake and bouquet would be delivered simultaneously, as they were meant to be presented together as a gift. The significant delay in delivering the bouquet not only defeated the purpose of the gift but also caused great inconvenience.
In light of the delay and partial delivery, I promptly canceled my second bouquet order once my friend received only the cake. However, I have been disappointed with the customer service response, as they have refused to acknowledge the mistake and are unwilling to refund the amount for the undelivered bouquet.

The cake was from one vendor who could find the address and the flowers were from another vendor who could not find the address so I had to pay for their incompetence. I tried emailing them, trying to chat, called them but was not able to get through. This is not the first time they have messed up my order. I would NOT recommend using their service.”

They delivered only Rakhi n not any gifts of niece n brother. Order is showing as delivered. No proper response from customer care chat.

“Very bad experience with Ferns & Petals that accepted my order on 24 July and on the date of delivery (31 July), F&P emailed in the morning and informed me that the peonies are out of season hence unable to deliver my bouquet on 31 July.
If F&P is already in the business since 1994, they should be experience the flowers season and they should have make the effort to remove the advertising on their website. And F&P should not have accepted my order. This obviously show that F&P being operating in oversea is lacking on the coordination process.
The joke is at 31 July 12:20pm, I still received an automated email reply that I'll be receiving my order soon.
Regret that I should have check their website before placing the order. Now I hope that F&P is not a scam company to "retain" my payment.

You can never rely on Ferns N Petals. My pre-ordered cake delivery was cancelled on the delivery date. I asked them multiple times whether they would be able to provide the cake or not. It was my daughter's first birthday. Pathetic experience. Never trust them. I wish there was negative rating. They don't deserve even a star.

Very poor service. Ordered a birthday cake online for midnight delivery (249 inr extra). Firstly the web page was not functional and payment could not be processed. I was thinking of cancelling the page when their customer care agent called me and said "madam, we can deliver the cake by 11pm if you select 7pm-11pm slot" I said okay. I confirmed that the order can be delivered around 11pm and not before that, since the receiving party would be available only around then. He assured me with all grace. I paid for the order and felt relieved, thinking how nice FNP is!! Fast forward to 730pm, when I receive a msg that delivery has been attempted but nobody is available at the location (of course nobody would be available, didn't I tell you already?). Again I spoke to another customer care agent, who put me on hold multiple times while he clarified the details, finally he tells me "madam, I spoke to the delivery boy, it will be delivered only at 10pm". One again, I thanked him and felt relieved. Around 835pm, I received another msg that re-delivery has been attempted but nobody is available. I again tried calling customer care but to no avail. Finally I get to know that the delivery boy has told them that he will deliver only tomorrow.
Well, they do not see that the birthday cannot be postponed.. Never ordering from them again..
Cake has still not been delivered after 24 hours. Birthday is almost over..”
