The 2nd order was shown as Delayed by 2 days after I booked and as of today it is apparently going to be delayed by 5 days post the supposed delivery date. Not just that, the person I COURIERED TO, now has to GO AND PICK UP what was supposed to be a surprise gift, from DHL
Absolutely pathetic. They won't even respond to my mails, except for an automated acknowledgement and an unnecessary feedback link which makes no sense

They used cut outs for the outer fnp branded red wrapping sheet, the flower petals are coming apart in just 12 hrs and I paid for early delivery but received the bouquet 5 hours post the deadline.”

“I placed an order for cake fruits , bouquet and balloons to be delivered to my husband on 24th Oct. I paid around Rs.13K for this.
Only fruits were delivered and rest of the order was not delivered. On 25th Oct evening 05:00 PM, my husband receives a call from delivery person that the cake and bouquet that was delayed for delivery due to rains, will be delivered. My husband checked if the cake was fresh. They advised it was collected on 24th and is at the warehouse.
We didn’t want stale cake and wilted flowers delivered and hence requested for refund as the occasion was on 24th and this conversation was happing on 25th evening.
No refund is the response with an option to have the delivery on next occasion.
Very sad service. For Rs.13K all I got is a fruit basket with 4 apples, 4 mandarins and 500 grms of grapes
While FnP claims that there would be refund if no delivery is made. It’s all a lie”

If you are using otger partners , i suggest you see the quantity rather than Ferns and petals getting such a bad review.

“placed multiple orders with 3-4 items in each order. One item had problem after few months ( heartfelt spell mug with picture). picture started pealling off, so I opened ticket with FNP (Ticket #241012-04608086), which in response i was told "products issue should be reported in 48 hrs or deliver" well ur products are very cheap quality and pic on mug should not just peel off, shows its a bad quality.”
