i purchased a new escape 7 months ago and it has had the warning lights come on 33 times. it likes to engage the emergency braking system for no reason and has been known to switch the headlights off on its own. while it adds fear and excitement to every drive I'm getting fed up with the lack of help from the dealership and the company. this is my 4th escape and will be my last ever ford.

I purchased a Ford F150 Lightning on November 21,2024! Instead of taking an additional $2,000 off, I opted for the charger and installation of the charger! As of today, January 8,2025, my charger has not been installed! I’ve made several attempts to contact Ford customer service, with no success! My F150 came with a level 1 charger and yesterday I made a trip with my truck. At the end of the trip, I was down to 9% battery left! When I plugged the charger in, it will take 5 days to reach 100%!!! Take my advice, DO NOT BUY A FORD EV VEHICLE!!! Fritz Tobrocke

Purchased a 2024 Expedition limited edition 3k miles in the panoramic sunroof just shattered!! Nothing hit it it just burst with glass landing on my children!! Took it in for a technician to check it out and they said a rock hit it just Wow!!! I did some research and what do you know ford is being sued for unexpected sunroof exploding!!! FORD IS TRASH I HATE THAT I WENT WITH FORD FIRST AND LAST TIME!!!

In all my years, I have never had a worse experience when purchasing a car. Although the salesman was excellent, all he did was shuffle back-and-forth to the sales manager, who sat upon his “throne” and dictated all of the unnecessary costs that I was subjected to. The first car I test drove, being a bronco, was truly dangerous to drive, but the salesman said he would simply recharge the battery to make it all better! Seriously? Then, when I found another vehicle, that was more money, of course, they waited until the document signing to hit me with excessive document fees, paint, coating fees, and some kind of theft prevention fees, which was nothing more than a bogus one year insurance policy As represented for the cheap etching that was placed on the car. They refused to show me their dealer invoice until “after I bought the car” and for which they were all in a hurry to go home for the day and where I never received it anyway. I traded in my Jeep Wrangler, where they offered me way below market value because it had to be sent to auction, however, just this morning it was reconditioned and placed up for sale on their parking lot. This dealership is the epitome of the car sales “hussle” that has destroyed the auto industry in this country. I suspect that many of the positive reviews posted may have been inauthentic. So, to be more Specific, below, please find the various and erroneous charges you will meet and as “pre-printed” on their closing cost form: *Doc fee:$689.00 (just check the internet for the Appropriate Fee in NJ.) * Mysterious theft, deterrent: $339.00 * Mysterious interior/exterior protection: $342.00. Shame on me for not walking out, but it was very late and I had already returned to this dealer-from the previous day. Buyer beware!

I was duped by FORD COMPANY, which stole my hard-earned money. To be quite honest, it was difficult for me to approach several reputable recovery companies to ask for assistance in getting my money back. Fortunately, I was introduced to aixaLtd .COM. I nearly believed I had lost everything until I contacted aixaLtd .COM, who assisted me in recovering my lost assets in just 48 hours.

Man Ford really has some balls! I’ve been having issues with my AP module since 6 months after buying a new car. It was recommended while under warranty to be fixed. But the part was on back order. Then I moved took it into 2 places 5 TIMES. that jerked me around “updating”it making it worse. Refused the original recommendation of replacement. Now it’s not under warranty and they finally say “ya this needs to be replaced” and want me to pay full price for it. SHAME ON YOU FORD!

Buy back on a 23 escape st that motor blew up. Got 1400 back out my 7200 invested. Ford it junk to me now. 45 year customer. Toyota now.

FORD LIGHTNING IS A SCAM! I bought the platinum right off the showroom floor. It would be a great truck; it wants to be. Alas it has been in the shop 3 times in the first year for everything from re programming to complete battery change. All of those things were covered by the warranty and handled well by the dealership. The big hustle comes with the home charging station. That broke within months. Red light came on and wouldn’t charge. Truck display said charging station fault and truck charged fine everywhere else. I called to get it warranty replaced. After hours literal hours of calls an transfers they wanted to “diagnose it over the phone “ at one point they asked me to open the unit while plugged into an 80 AMP breaker installed by a professional electrician! I refused and continued to tell them I had e mailed photos of the red light on the unit and the truck display saying it was faulty. They wanted more proof. I had to have the electrician come out and “diagnose” that it was in fact faulty. They agreed to pay for the diagnostic as well as the uninstall and reinstall the replacement cost. Finally they had me send it back and mailed a new one via pony express or whatever the slowest possible delivery service is. After months of not being able to charge the vehicle (and I live in the country near NO charging station) I finally had the replacement installed. I was now out $2,700 to the electrician not including the initial installation cost I had to pay. I spent many more hours of calls trying to get them to pay for the diagnosis and re install they promised to pay for. I was treated so rudely by my assigned “specialist” that I requested multiple times to report her and be switched to a manager or anyone else to no avail. Now we are at a full year later and the same rude specialist calls me long after Inhave given up on getting paid back. She wants me to send the same invoices I had sent many times. I did. She then called and said they would only pay for the reinstall not the diagnostic which THEY required! I said I disagreed and it was unfair and dishonest but send me the refund. She hen called back and told me upon “further review” they would only give me $300 refund on the $2700 in invoiced costs I had incurred. $300 out of $2700 on a $100,000 truck!!! NEVER BUY FORD!

The largest piece floating at the top of the bucket!. I've purchased more replacement parts from this company and they will not honor a warranty on their Ford Motorcraft parts!. I have purchased from other companies I have purchased from Ford directly they refuse to even acknowledge my request nor will they return my emails!. Now I file my complaint against their business license. With the Federal Trade commission. Better Business bureau. Consumer affairs. And every other consumer agency that I can contact.

I have been a Ford guy since 1997, this is my fourth F150 and it will definitely be my last, I would strongly suggest to anyone who is considering buying a F150 now to stay away from them. In May 2022 I bought a preowned F150 xlt from a dealership in Brampton Ont, Canada, on receiving the truck it was at 52,000+km and at 60,000 +km it started giving me a loud clung sound when starting as if it wants to jump out of park gear mainly in the mornings or after a short drive and also has a rough shift when changing gears. I took it into the dealer, on reaching I met the new vehicle manager who took a ride with me to experience what I was talking about, I was asked to bring it in the following week, after there assessment I was told it was a software issue that they will have to reset because the previous owner driving habits are different from mine, I was then told to drive it for 1,000km after the rest was done for it to make adjustments. After about 10 to 11 months the sound came back but it wasn't as bad as before and only happens once in a while, about 3 weeks ago it started skipping gears with a slamming sound when changing, I called Ford Canada to find out if there was a recall on the problem and they said no, because after doing my research I realized there were a lot of people having the same problem I even stopped at the stop light and it was stuck in 7th speed when I got the green light I had to be gasing it before it change back to 1st speed. Ford have been having major issues with these 10 speed transmission since about 2018. The lady I spoke with at Ford Canada ask me to take it back to the dealership where I was told after there examination that I had missed 2 software updates that I did not get a notice or a call about, now I'm been told the transmission needs a rebuild, I informed the dealership that I had called Ford Canada and lodged a formal complain since then the dealer has been back and forth with Ford Canada over the matter which they are now told the rebuild will have to be at my expense which is about $6,000. Ford Canada is not willing to cover the cost when there is a defect with the transmission shortly after buying the truck, I also asked the dealer what about the power train warranty because the truck is only at 85,000+km they said it is either 5 years or 100,000km and the 5 years has passed. This is now the 4th week my truck is at the dealership and I can't get any where, I have a loan car from them which they might ask me to turn in any time soon. My advice is don't buy a Ford F150 truck even the new ones are turning up at the dealers with transmission issues.

I am so disappointed in ford. They use to make good motors. I have a 2013 f150 with a 5.0l and it only has 109k on it and the motor is already junk. I am a big ford fan but after spending everything I have to get this truck. I rather drive any other brand of trucks out there. I even did all the maintenance on the truck and it still broke down

No compre un vehículo de Power Ford. Compré una camioneta de $ 65,000 y tuve que hacerle mantenimiento seis veces por el mismo problema y hablé con la gerencia de Power Ford y me dijeron que lo sentían, ya nos habían pagado. Así que debes saber que una vez realizada la venta, ya no eres importante para ellos. Hablé directamente con Ford y tampoco me ayudaron, así que tenga cuidado al comprar en Ford y Power Ford en Albuquerque.

I’ll never buy a Ford vehicle again. I’m spreading the word everywhere I can how they treat their customers. I’m not talking about the dealership, I’m speaking about Ford Motor Company. In Jan 2023 I purchased a new overpriced F150 XLT. Two months later I couldn’t drive it because the rear axle bolt broke. I was stranded in the middle of nowhere ND. The dealership “fixed” the issue. A couple months later it broke again and I was stranded in below zero temperatures in ND again. I was able to limp it back home 13 hours away. The dealership “fixed” it again. Apparently this has been happening to other vehicle so Ford sent out a recall on this issue but it wasn’t for a complete fix, it was more of a bandaid until they figure out what’s causing the problem. A few months after the recall the same exact issue happened again. The GM of my local Ford dealership said Ford doesn’t know how to completely fix this issue and it would keep happening to me. This happened to me 3 times and I was left stranded and vehicle less I called the Ford Motor Company and explained to them that I had a lemon and I would like them to buy it back or replace the vehicle. Ford said no because it was a recall issue now and I had too many miles on the vehicle. What kind of customer satisfaction is that? I was completely screwed over and robbed of my money. Ford refuses to make this right. They just don’t care about their customers and they make a horrible product. Please don’t give Ford your time or your money. They’ll screw you over too. It’s all about the bottom line and their profit instead of the people who work hard and buy their vehicles. Please spread the word.

Keys locked in Ford Edge while it is running. Started the car, then needed to grab my jacket from the trunk. After getting my jacket, and shutting the trunk, I could not get back in car. FIX THE DEFECT FORD!!! Hopefully no one else runs into this problem, I certainly will not with a Ford. Never buying Ford again.

Purchased parts online from a Ford dealership out of state. Tried to contact them to inform them that one of the parts went defective. I can't find an email. I looked them up on the Internet they apparently are in Assembly center for ford. No email no phone number tried several phone numbers they failed so I called for directly. Spend an hour explaining everything to them. They contact Ford parts who can't help me at all. I just want a phone number or an email contact for Ford Kansas City hvc. And Ford cannot even provide me with that!.

I have bought 5 brand new vehicles from Holmes Tuttle Ford in Tucson. We were loyal customers for 15 years. My 2023 Bronco Sport has a fuel leak. (It's a recall). They can not get me into service 7 weeks. The service there has gone down hill for the last year. My husband and I will never buy from them again. We will go were service means something. Unhappy Ford family member. It's such a shame.

Ford sold a brand new car Edge 2024 with engine noise. Noise is so loud while starting from engine as if something is going to burst from engine. This is a 2024 model and service says its default noise from engine as Ford went cheap by not installing engine cover and noise dampening foam under the hood. Within one month frustrated to drive this noisy car while wasting 54k for it. Shame for cheap engineers at Ford for such a noisy car

Absolutely do not buy FORD a piece of junk ... I have a 2021 Mustang Mach-E ... Rust on the doors, peeling paint on the roof, driver's seat leather that is already cracking, a real piece of junk ... Plus with these problems FORD highly does not care about a service that completely scrap...

Sync 3 Audio used to default to what I listened to last. After a software update it defaults to a radio station that's nothing but static and EVERY TIME I start the truck I have to reprogram. And EVERY time it reminds me why Ford can't get things right. I've spent hours researching this and spent over an hour waiting for a chat session (40+ minutes as "next in line". Clearly, Ford doesn't value me as a customer. This comes on the heels of a horrendous experience trying to get them to fix the black screen of death which they initially refused to provide the update THEY notified me about. Why can't they get updates correct without creating a burden on their customers????
