“I ordered 2 Wine Buddies and one of them would not stay secure when twisted. I sent 2 emails to address the issue. I waited but heard nothing. I tried to contact them through the app, but the “contact us” and the “let us know” buttons didn’t work although all of the other buttons worked. If they wait it out for 30 days, the return window will be closed. So far, I am at day 19.
I don’t have the time to deal with poor customer service, so I will not order from them again and I’m stuck with a $45 Wine Buddy that is broken.”
“Customer service has been absolute garbage. Have not resolved my issues and refuses to issue a refund even though I have not received my original order and subsequent 2 orders to fix the original order. Will never order from here again. Absolutely terrible.”
“I am hugely disappointed. I ordered a to go buddy about six months ago and absolutely loved it. I was very excited when I ordered my frost Buddy Tumblr (order number fb572525) with Chapstick holder, key hook, etc. I still have not received my order. I placed the order on February 26 and even paid for the additional expedited shipping. I received a notification on March 1 that the shipping was taking a while and that I did not need to contact the company. I still have not received my product. Again… I’m just so disappointed. I was really looking forward to this item.”
“I ordered 2 bumpers and two thicc buddies. The bumpers came immediately. After 2 or 3 emails, weeks in between, I finally got I of my thic buddies I ordered over 3 weeks ago. They said the other was in the same shipment but alas it wasn't.
Supposedly they created another order for my final thicc buddy but I have yet, now two weeks, to get a shipment date email.
I don't know what's going on but I think I might be getting scammed.
I don't understand why when I first ordered cups from you all like 3 or 4 orders they came quickly and tracking was provided, yet this last order I had to call and email to find out what was going on.

“It took a long time to receive my order. And I finally received it, they sent me the wrong Color/print. I ordered the leopard and got the Charcoal one. I emailed Frost Buddy and was happy I got a quick response, however, the email did not advise as to when I was going to get the correct color and how I was to return the wrong colored mug. I was only asked in the email to send them a picture of the wrong mug so they could forward the pics to the fulfillment department so this didn’t happen again. Nothing was mentioned on how they are going to rectify my order and how I’m going to ship back the wrong colored mug. I’m waiting for them to email me back with information to get this resolved. I am not going to use the wrong colored mug until they fix this order error and to see if they are going to send the correct one or refund me and if I do need to send it back I need to have them send me a shipping return label as I do it want to pay for those shipping charges. I’m hoping they will get this resolved. It’s just frustrating that the original order took forever for them to process and send out to and when it finally arrived, it was not the color I ordered. If and when I receive the correct mug, I will update my review to a better one but as of now I’m still waiting on how they’re going to fix this situation.. Dissapointed.”
“I have been requesting tree camo on the Universal buddy XL coffee cups to go buddy for an extended period. Finally, it is available, and I paid for it. However, I received an email stating that the launch was accidental. How is it possible to have a picture of a product and not have the license? This is false advertisement at its best. Consequently, I will not be ordering anything else from this company. Over the past year and a half, every order I have placed has had issues, including missing pieces. Additionally, I have been waiting almost a year for my sport buddy lids. Furthermore, I attempted to assist the company by promoting the camo product to my friends, and three of them encountered the same problem and will no longer be ordering from the company. Therefore, I express my dissatisfaction with Frost buddy.”
