“Where do I begin. I ordered flowers for a funeral service. 1). I received an email it was delivered on requested date. 2) got a 2nd email it was delivered on the following day. My sister had to go to the funeral home, day after the burial, to pick them up. 3) I called customer service and they tried to tell me it was delivered on requested date, until I told him I have the 2nd email. The flower arrangement was much smaller, and not the correct arrangement. He offered to send another arrangement. My pops was already buried. After going back and forth during my grief. He offered to refund my money. AWFUL. I WILL NEVER USE THIS SERVICE AGAIN!!!!!!”
“Disappointing Experience – Late Delivery & Poor Quality
I ordered flowers from this company, expecting a timely and quality delivery. However, after 10 days of delay, they finally sent my order—only to deliver a few wilted stems of daisies that looked completely upsolote and unpresentable. This is beyond disappointing.
Not only was the delay unacceptable, but the quality of the flowers was a disgrace. There was no communication or effort to make up for the delay, and what I received was nowhere near what I expected. I wouldn’t recommend this service to anyone looking for fresh, reliable flower delivery. Avoid at all costs!”
“Their service is unbelievably bad. I placed 2 orders online. They called the next day saying they couldn't deliver on the day promised. I told them the next day was OK. They called again the next day to say the item ordered wasn't available. I said it was OK to substitute another arrangement. Then they sent an email 2 days after the order saying they couldn't honor the other order at all and are issuing a refund.
Go literally anywhere else.”
“Never again. My sisters service was 2 hours viewing then funeral. I ordered nice spray. FTD gave the order to a florist an hour away from the funeral home and in a different time zone. The flowers arrived just a short time before the funeral and basically were there long enough to get tossed in the cemetary. CALL A LOCAL FLORIST OR GO THROUGH THE FUNERAL HOME. NEVER USE FTD FOR SOMETING IMPORTANT”
“Worst company I've ever dealt with. Didn't use local florist, had the flowers shipped from Ohio to Nebraska. Took 4 days so ship, the plant showed up dying. Agreed to send a new shipment, that one took 6 days, and the plant showed up dead. Agreed last night to send another plant "from their best florist" to be delivered on Thursday. Today is Wednesday, no notification of plant sent. I called customer service again (probably in India because all 7 people I've spoken with during this debacle were Indian) and they said "they'd do their best." This company simply doesn't care.”
“I ordered flowers for Valentine's Day. I paid to have them delivered on the 13th. Did not arrive until the 14th and have the flowers were dead. Terrible customer service. Was supposed to get a reorder which never came. In the past I have used them. I think I will just buy local.”

“Bought flowers for our anniversary, was first told delivery by 2 pm, then 8 pm. Delivery never made. Called customer service to be given a call center overseas whose answer was sorry, we will deliver them tomorrow. I explained our anniversary was today, and all he could say was tomorrow. I asked him if he realized my wife was expecting flowers on her anniversary, his answer was, we can send her an apology email. Thanks FTD. You had no problem taking the money. What's the excuse? It's not Valentines Day. We live in a small town. How can you not deliver flowers in a 14 hour window? Thanks for ruining our anniversary.”
“I spent $146.96 on flowers from FTD. When they arrived they were a lot smaller than presented, the flowers old and wilted and died 1-2 days after they delivered.
I was told I would receive a refund and it has been over a week and I still haven’t received not received my money.”
“FTD has joined the ranks of incompetent corporate america that swindles the consumers out of their products, returns and customer service. Their attitudes are “we are right and the consumer is wrong”. Received an embarrassing bouquet of flowers that were wilted, broken and not enough flowers with an anniversary card instead of a valentines day card. It arrived at 8pm on the 14th. I applied for a redelivery and never got it. They said they would refund 30 percent of 100 dollars. I received 22 dollars! SHAME ON YOU FTD!”
“I put my trust in FTD and they let me down! Flowers were delivered to the funeral home on time but NOT the arrangements we were expecting & many of the blooms were wilted. Not at all what I was expecting for more than $200… customer service offered me a 30% refund but the damage is done. I don’t get a chance to correct this mistake. Very disappointing!”
“Ordered flowers for my daughter for Valentine's Day. They are hideous. Called to get new flowers and they aren't available and asked me to pick a different bouquet. I had them refund me my money, because I can get 6 sets of roses from Walmart and they would look better.”

“I ordered flowers that were supposed to be delivered by Valentine’s Day. They were delivered Monday the 17th. The flowers were wilted and nothing like the picture that I ordered. It was called smiles and sunshine deluxe with a red vase. Got the red vase, but wilted and dead flowers. I also wrote two emails to customer service and each one says that they’ll get back to you within 48 hours. It’s been 72 hours. Not my ideal flower company as I wasted $113. I will never use FTD again.”
“Horrible experience wish I could give 0 stars. They changed the delivery date with no clear reason. On the new delivery day they sent their confirmation email saying item was "delivered" even though it had not yet arrived. It ended up arriving hours after the "delivery confirmation" at almost 9pm at night!! Who delivers flowers at night?!!! Not surprisingly their chat bot was "not available" to use. Customer Service was useless and absolutely no help with my questions, could barely hear the people on the phone the connection was so bad. I will never use this service again! INSANE. Absolute SCAM!!!!”
“What went wrong is what I would like to know! Because I ordered flowers to be delivered to my sister for her birthday and she never received them! I called at 6:30pm and someone told me they had until 8pm! 1st I was disappointed because I would have that she would get them during the day for her to enjoy! But then I called again after 8pm to see if they knew an update and she asked my what was the problem? After I just told her! So then I asked for a refund! I did get it but no explanation as to what happened! I am so disappointed and not only did I have to explain to my sister I didn’t forget her birthday but I ruined what was supposed to be a surprise!
