6.40am on a Saturday morning and one of your vans is delivering. Loud voices and slamming of doors. Nobody delivers this early. Absolutely ridiculous. Many people are in bed

It was meant to be a two man delivery, but one attempted to lift my 55kg sink through my doorway on a trolley, banging the door, and my cooker. When opened, the sink was cracked from one end to the other. Not surprising as it obviously needed two men to deliver it. The driver stood next to the van stretching his legs and came nowhere near the house to help. I now have to wait until after Christmas for furdeco to deliver the replacement sink ( three weeks).Terrible experience from a company which doesn’t understand the meaning of white glove delivery. They should google it.

Having ordered some furniture from the Range, I subsequently found out that Furdeco was the chosen delivery company. I received an email late on Sunday night that my delivery was being sent Monday morning between 7-10am. As I was due a work this gave me no time to make any arrangements as the telephone hours were 9am -3pm. I phoned them later to explain the situation and said they would arrange another date. Same scenario happened the following day, I awoke to go to work saying it was being delivered between 7-10. A week has passed so I phoned them to arrange delivery. They said they could not give me a date and someone would contact me. Very poor customer service.

Still waiting on chairs collected from supplier on 21st. Communication by email says ‘they apologise and will be in touch’. Chairs are supposed to be the answer to mobility problems and required urgently. Why any company would use these ‘shippers’ is beyond me?

Having a nightmare with my delivery from Beliani a dinning table and chairs, it has sat with Frudeco the delivery company since Monday 27th November. Called on Wednesday 29th and they could not tell me when I would receive my delivery. I have Emailed countless times no one is responding. Moving house on Friday 8th Dec. When I ordered it said it would be delivered the 30th November latest. Totally stressed out now, if not here by next week will need to cancel my whole order and get a refund. So disappointed and annoyed now.

Delivery driver snapped my key in the lock on the way in, apologised but said he couldn’t do anything about it then later denied it to the company. Delivery team also told me that when I built the sofa it would be larger but neglected to tell me they were meant to assemble it and left it in pieces. When they were instructed to return and assemble the sofa they were beyond rude despite me having to rush back to the empty property with my toddler which was extremely frustrating. They also left all of the packaging despite me asking them to take it with them.

TERRIBLE SERVICE! They lie about when they will deliver, they are never on time and i had to get a crime number from the police as they tried to steal my luxury item along with verbal assault!

Good communications! Dishwasher delivered, we paid for the instalment but the guy didn’t have a clue how to fo it. He spoke to his company and the woman on the line advice us to get a plumbet as thry were only delivery company. When I zsked to give me the contact number to call she replied to look in the internet! Appalling

A furniture supplier I bought from used this company for four separate, two-man deliveries to me. One of the delivery men was okay, the rest pretty rough, trying to forcibly push expensive armchairs through doorways or dragging heavy recliners across wooden decking and damaging it. None of them offered to take packaging away as in the other reviews? The final straw was when I phoned their helpline to say that I could not accept a timeslot for a delivery they had chosen and sent by text. I was bluntly told this could not be changed. Absolutely no movement from them, despite having given me different timeslots previously, no response to the seller escalating my request for a different timeslot and no reply to my email - and so the item went back to the seller, who I will not buy from again simply due to their using this company. Really rude and blunt call handler who did not speak English very well.

Furdeco is the worst delivery company in the UK . Customers should be aware and protect their mental health by not dealing with this company or asking a retailer to deliver your goods with this company . They are full of half truths and do not care about you . Most especially their management staff like supervisor in their complaints department . This company projects half truths , does not respect customers concerns and notifications . They will drive you crazy . A company with no tracking system . They expect you to be at their beck and call and wait at home for days to receive your goods .very impolite , rude , lieing staff including their management. They will not release goods to your neighbours even when you notified them. They will not adhere to notes left on the account by the customer. They will want you to be calling them and still will not follow agreements reached over the phone. Deal with them at your peril! It will cost you both your time and money and mental health . .The delivery never took place . To punish me , the goods were returned to retailer . act was supervised by their manager - complaint department. A department saddled with resolving customer complaint but doing the opposite by deepening customer aggravation. Date of experience: 20 July 2023

Shocking delivery and post delivery customer service. Shocking. Diesel spilled the full length of the drive. They say they knew there was an issue with the lorry. Three weeks later and still not sent anyone to clean it up. Huge damage physically and environmentally some of which is across the footpath and onto the public road. They had someone quote for clean up and repair of the damage but were not prepared to pay to commission the work so they offered me the derisory amount of £300 which was way less than the costs of a professional clean and rectification work they were quoted by their contractor. They know this since they have a quote so to try and fob me off shows further bad faith. The photo shows the extent of the damage and what needs cleaning. Shocking.

Totally dissatisfied with delivery service this morning 16 /6 /2023. Furniture was to be delivered to room , packaging removed and assembled. Furniture was delivered into room and packaging removed but it was not assembled as paid for and as stated on my copy order which was pointed out to delivery men. They called their company and I spoke to a lady who was unhelpful and said that I should contact the store who supplied the furniture. When I pointed out that it was 7-45 am and the store did not open before 9am she said that they could not assemble the furniture as they had other deliveries to make ! Experience confirmed to me that the company has no idea of what customer service means and are not interested in giving it. I also have no confidence in the company taking any notice of and / or corrective action in line with the reviews and comments it receives. The delivery men were eager to leave as they were over the 15min allocated for the delivery ! After they had left the house we noticed that 2 bolts out of 4 needed to fasten the swivel legs to one of the chairs were missing ! !

It was waiting for a phone call, I was told I would get an hour warning before delivery but I get a text at 9:49 am and next was they were on my drive at 10 am, I was aiming to get to the house with the 1 hour alert, it was most horrendous the delivery people didn’t wait, the sofa is left on the drive, totally unacceptable service when I paid for the furniture to be brought into house, I should be given 1 hour warning so I can ensure I am at home, there was just a 10 min alert, totally hopeless. When I spoke to the company, the lady was exploring options, then a man was extremely rude and left me with minimal options, very disappointed

If I could give zero I would. The delivery drivers have lied about ringing our doorbell and just driven off without attempting to deliver the furniture. When you speak to people on the phone to resolve they are just foul, awful awful service and the customer service is abysmal. Speaking to the company we bought from about cancelling as I don’t want anything to do with this clown company. They’re a rude patronising joke.

Ferdeco delivered to my neighbours and in the process knocked over a post in my garden, then disputed liability. They said their drivers didn’t recall it and my video evidence wasn’t sufficient. Not to be trusted.

DO NOT USE FURDECO The operating system they use is supporting frauds during delivery. They send you a message informing you for the date of delivery. No description of what you expect (in case of multiple packages) or tracing number. You take an afternoon off work to accept the delivery and they do not turn up. No communication. When eventually you get hold of them (they have my mob number register on their system so they see who is calling and what they have delivered to the address), they told me it was delivered. Advised me to contact the retailer. The retailer provided me with a receipt of the item being delivered. On this document I can state it is not my signature and not my name. There is a camera system at the estate so I can confirm there was nothing delivered on the day. FURDECO do not share their complaint procedure. They provide an email delivery@furdeco.co.uk but never got back with a reply. STAY AWAY from this company

Absolutely useless. Make sure you furniture seller does not use these rude unhelpful morons. No customer service, no listening to what I asked for failed to even remotely consider me a customer and try to help me with scheduling a delivery over the holiday period. Totally untrustworthy and unhelpful.
