How am I expected to return a shrub [not as described] when the courier left the box outside in the rain? It's just a soggy mess of wet cardboard and sellotape. Please try harder to help; you have taken almost a £100 of my pension money. AND, don't wish me a "super" day.; that's just adding insult to injury.

I am complaining about two orders I have just received the second first one was ordered on 9/4/2020 costing 62.76 box battered flowers lithodora so small looked like labelia still does bleeding heart broken no buds two standard orange roses are pink second order dated 20 april cost 38.89 arrived yesterday two dwarf Korean shrub partially dead and broken lily ok I have spent a hundred pounds waited patiently from beginning of april up to 3rd june have sent two tickets in and have no communication from anyone only automated. I wanted to cancel the second order when I received the first one but coulod not contact you. I have not only got two pink rose bushes with orange labels still on them the restr was a sham I expect someone to call me back and discuss compensationcompensation forthwith

order no.600529932 placed May 2 and like everyone else a)no plants b) no actual contact managed and so, c)refund or cancellation not an option. Another couple of days and will refer this Company/situation to the appropriate authorities. Like everyone else - should have read the reviews.

How can the readings be that customers are happy with your customer service when it is actually disgraceful. No replies except for generic emails. No way to refund. Wrong good sent and when I mailed received one email and then nothing else as they wanted me to return the wrong items. 2bottles of fruit tree feed would have cost me an arm and leg to return. NOT the branded bottles I ordered and paid for.
