Absolutely not happy with the branches opening and closing hours. It's impossible for people who work 9 to 5 to use the services in any of the bank's branches. I was late for work todey because of that. Who is going to take responsisbility for the time I won't get paid? This is ridiculous. So disapponted. At least there should be acces to the cash and deposit ATMs during the out of working hours as it was before.

Lloyds offered products or services to me that are not competitive. I’ve banked with them since 83. Currently they seem sales driven. My experience is before taking products or services seek independent advise make time and effort. My experience it’s worthwhile.

Very slow in answering your questions but quickly charge money to swap your insurance to another vehicle, won’t be using them when my insurance needs renewing!

Had a meeting to get an overdraft and a consolidation loan. I was given no information on how long the appointment would be before hand so I went in my lunch break. I was on time at 12:25 for a 12:30 appointment. I had to wait 20 minutes. Then when I was in the appointment I was told it would take an hour and half. I then decided to just go for the overdraft option. I was then told to sit through 2 very patronising videos on how I had to pay for the product etc. This shows how Lloyds do not put any faith in the staff that work for them. I had my overdraft excepted, thank god as I wasted an 1hr 30mins of my life going through this antiquated process. As soon as I got back to work my colleague got an overdraft over the phone with his bank in less than 2 minutes. Ridiculous.

Cost £105 to cancel my policy when I sold the car. £25 a time to update items.

They just seem to want to make things as complicated and difficult as possible, having these little tiny problems which end up leaving you having to wait weeks for a 'simple' solution. it makes you feel a bit played.

Credit Card Interest Charges applied to account on a Sunday...... then an 'Over-limit' charge applied (£12). I am fairly sure they did not used to do this on a Sunday as I (and probably most people) don't often check their 'Balances' on a Sunday. If applied on a Monday morning, I would have sufficient time to redirect funds to cover the Interest charges without having to pay the £12 'Over-limit' charge. Yes, it should not get to this but why are Lloyds Bank applying these Interest charges on a Sunday?! (so they can add the 'Over-limit' charge possibly?)

Spoke this morning to a very helpful pleasant man at LLoyds car insurance called John. The object of my call was to include on my insurance my son visiting from Sydney for 3 weeks. My son has no convictions continuous licence etc and Lloyds can't insure him! Have always had him insured before on visits but ofcourse I had different insurance company at the those times. Seems I need a new company now. Very disappointed at lack of client care and professionalism.

I tried to phone Lloyds Car Insurance and had to phone them. There was a lengthy and most ridiculous announcement, and I really mean lengthy, lasting several minutes babbling along and wasting my time. What kind of Customer Service is this, making your Customers listen to such a long message before you even get a choice which department you need?

Purchasing was easy but there was an issue with my proof of NCB which resulted in lloyds cancelling my policy and notifying me 2 weeks later. Raised an official complaint which was dealt with fairly well but then when I moved house and changed address I was basically fined 30 pounds and my payments went up despite the fact I moved to a better area with a private drive and garage and had previously been parking on the main road in the town centre! Ridiculous!!! I again raised a complaint and as a goodwill they cancelled the 30 pounds fine but I would certainly not recommend. I cannot wait until my year is up! (I have been driving for 15 years and had no claims etc and this is the worst car insurance provider i have ever dealt with)

Changed my car insurance last year to Lloyds - got an annual premium for £299.46. Was very impressed when it was reduced by £24.68 as my no claims was 9 years and not 8 as I stated. Now the problems - had an accident not my fault - contacted Lloyds who passed it on to a York based solicitors who were only interested in personal injury. Eventually got to an accident management company who did a good job. The solicitors continued to push for liability. Now due to renew insurance and been quoted by Lloyds for £513.99 with no claims still at 9 years - have not yet spoken to Lloyds but looks likely I will be changing. Also looks like all insurance companies push the premiums up thinking you can't be bothered changing - Wrong I can be bothered changing and will.

Be on your guard with this lot, if you decide to go with them! I was very satisfied with Lloyds' Car insurance for the last two years. However when it came to the renewal in this year (2016) I was dumbstruck, that every time I contacted Lloyds, my insurance costs got higher and higher. I wish not to go into the details of my ordeal, but fact is, my renewal was quoted 1st for £670, two days later £880, about an hour later £930 and in a renewal letter dating just a day later for £1490. ( I had to contact Lloyds several times, because I was buying a new car and I had to transfer my insurance onto the new car just a few weeks before renewal. ) However, all these quotes are for the same car ( the new one ) with the same policy terms and conditions, starting at the same date. They gave me absolutely no explanation as of why the sudden and unreasonable increase, every time I spoke to them. For this shady act, I have decided to part company with Lloyds.

if you have a business account you cannot top up phones via ATMs which is very frustrating. a lot of other services don't seem to be available like standing orders . logging on to internet banking is also a continual issue. I don't know if these problem will end when the free period is over.
