My flowers were a surprise gift. They were left in my porch upside down. The water had run down from the container and ruined the box and flowers. They have asked on 2 occasions for the order number, which of course I do not have. I understand that it was probably the delivery drivers error but I have received the same response from them. I personally have not ordered from M&S but will not in future.

I received flowers from marks and Spencer for my birthday and to be honest I was not impressed. Firstly the box arrived drenched in water. Flowers half broken, or droopy. There was no card and my friend asked for a card to be included. I had no idea who they were from And had to ask around until finally my friend asked me if I had received the flowers. I felt bad as I hadn’t called to say Thankyou. I told them there was no card, they replied I requested one. I checked the website too and over priced especially how I had received them. I received four other bunches from four other stores. A week later the three are still fresh marks and Spencer one finished in the rubbish. I would not use your floristry department ever. I was highly disappointed .

Very Disappointed ....... I signed up for the Marks & Spencer flower subscription 2 months ago. The 1st delivery was very poor and the flowers turned brown in 3 days, the quality and quantity were not satisfactory. I complained and M&S sent me a refund. I have just received my 2nd and for all the flowers are lovely they are not worth £20 I have purchased similar bouquets from my local co-op for £10. I was looking forward to receiving a nice bouquet as a treat to myself every month but have cancelled my subscription, I'll go back to buying from my local stores at half the price. Very disappointing both quality and value for money.

Two boxes of flowers delivered in unmarked boxes, no" THIS WAY UP" Or " Fragile Flowers" hence on opening, the flowers had come away from the cardboard restraining circle and were all crushed up on the flower heads. luckily they revived in water and only one bloom was broken, I didn't tell the senders, but it could have been a disaster ! your Boxes used to say"THIS WAY UP Fragile Flowers" Very disappointing. ( But the flowers are now a delight Thank you )

I ordered some flowers for Mother’s Day from marks and Spencer, expecting they would last for the price, however they didn’t last even a week! I thought it was normal, so I brought four bunches of roses the other day, and after 3 days they started turning brown and didn’t last aswell. I’m not sure how they’re other flowers are like but I would avoid their roses at all costs.

Hi I want to complain about the delivery of a bouquet of flowers on 29th March. The flowers themselves are beautiful, but were supposed to be delivered to my home address. The night before I got a text to say they were going to the local DPD shop with no way of changing this which was very awkward as I was shielding. Inside the box was a very lovely thank you message that wasn’t for me so another message missing from someone’s box. Not good enough M& S.

Could I add to the deluge of complaints regarding your flower delivery service. A few months ago, I sent a bouquet to a friend to thank her for her help and kindness. This was to be a lovely surprise. However, no gift card and message from myself was attached to the delivered flowers. This completely messed up the gesture. My friend was too embarrassed to ask around to determine who might have sent these flowers and in the end, I eventually had to ring and ask her if she'd received them. Today, I've received a box of flowers - again with no clue as to who they've come from. Now I'm left in the embarrassing situation of being reluctant to ask any possible sources. The sender will be expecting me to be delighted and ring to thank them for the flowers. I am delighted with their kind thoughts. As has been the experience with other complainants, two of the stems of flowers look completely unrevivable. I won't be using M & S flower delivery again and shall advise my friends not to either.

Made a mistake in the post code when ordering, after 30 mins no changes can be made. Phoned customer service and was told that since it was my mistake, it was hard luck and they would not help, this despite the fact that there were 5 days between the order and delivery date. Shameful customer service department, don't use M&S for flowers

My daughter bought me My 100 stems of daffodils for Mother’s Day. They couldn’t be delivered for nearly a week and were practically dead when they arrived. Not the quality I expected at all. What went wrong !!!! I am So very disappointed as I bought some for my mum delivered on the Sat for Mother’s Day and they were beautiful. Lasted ages and she was thrilled to bits with them. How can 2 same bouquets be so different in quality

I paid for next day delivery on an order for clothes. I had a confirmation email then a despatch email. Nothing was delivered. Hermes tracking said they were waiting for the parcel from M&S. I rang customer services, as there is no email contact on the site. After a performance getting put through, the customer service chap said it had been despatched and he would reorder it for delivery the next day. I asked for the p&p to be refunded. Now another day having to wait in for a delivery I’m not convinced will come. It’s the last time I’m ordering if it fails to turn up tomorrow. If you can’t do next day delivery then say so and don’t charge people for a service you can’t fulfil.

Two deliveries ,two weeks apart. First was daffodils, worth about £5. Second was tulips that arrived yesterday, they were DEAD,no amount of water and food could resurrect them. Trying to cancel the subscription was a nightmare. Got through on the phone this am ,to speak to a human don't use the word " flowers" you will be sent around in circles. Use the words "speak to an agent" then next prompt " complaint". Had to ask fora refund on the tulips. Horrible experience. Come on M&S get a grip.

Ordered a Bocquet of flowers from my auntie‘s 70th wedding anniversary and they’ve just arrived dead leaves in the box heads of the flowers. We have been tracking the delivery driver and they had 109 parcels and we were 90th no water and no Oasis all dried out would definitely not recommend Marks & Spencer‘s flowers to anyone got a refund but that’s not the point specially when it’s a 70th wedding anniversary not many people get that

My Alstroemeria Mothering Sunday's bouquet is lovely. Ten days later the flowers are still in very good condition. Thank you.

Very disappointed with my Mother’s Day flowers from the family. Yellow and White Roses and lilies. I have always praised and encouraged friends and family to use M&S for bouquets but not any more I am afraid. The yellow roses felt damp to the touch on arrival and never opened. The white roses opened slightly but just looked sad. There was no perfume from the Lilies and half did not open fully. So very disappointing. I haven’t told the children as they would be very upset. Due to COVID restrictions they have not visited to see how awful there gift was bare. Such a waste of money.

I ordered my mum the colour burst bouquet for Mother’s Day online costing me £35, I expected good quality from marks and Spencer’s but would have got better quality from a £10 bouquet from Morrison’s, some of the flowers where withered and a couple had the heads snapped off, my mum was disappointed with the quality, also the delivery driver dumped the box at door and didn’t even chap the door, my stepdad had been waiting in for them to arrive and only noticed the box sitting outside the front door on the street when he went to his car for something, doubt I’ll be ordering flowers from them again.

I had a bouquet delivered for Mother’s Day from my son. They were lovely for a few days and then they looked very jaded. So disappointing as they must have been very expensive. I won’t say anything to him as he would be upset but l won’t be recommending Marks and Spencer for flowers anytime soon. Plus l sent flowers to my granddaughter and they were left at her front door. Didn’t even knock on the door.

I ordered a beautiful bouquet of flowers for my mum for Mother’s Day and was so disappointed when they started dying after one day! £30 isn’t cheap for flowers so you’d expect them to turn up alive
