“Well made and finished. Arrived as agreed, well packed and free from errors. Instructions lacked accuracy, but construction was easily achieved based on lots of previous experience with assembly of furniture.”

“Really impressed. We got a space saver Super King platform bed with no headboard - it feels well made and sturdy and is great value for a solid wood frame. We paid for the frame to be assembled and that was done very quickly and efficiently.”

“Oh what a lovely firm and great web site to be able to choose our new bed. I was super happy with our new Oxford Bed and Every Night Mattress (firm). It was so helpful to have the visual tracking so I could see how far the delivery was from me and had the kettle on for them. All the chaps were super pleasant and whilst I could have put the bed together myself, it was lovely to have the team do it so quickly for me, well worth the small extra cost. The bed feels so sturdy and the 'firm' mattress is great (firm, flat but not rock hard); it's also much lighter than our old one so will be much easier to turn and flip.”

“Bed is amazing and good value for money when in the sale. The bed is sturdy and well built, there were no issues with assembly other than the instructions could be a little clearer IRT pieces that need to be in a specific orientation... Only negative was the turnaround time from ordering to delivery as it took roughly 2 weeks to be delivered, the company offer a faster service at double the delivery rate hiding additional costs.”

“The bed was fine but I was very disappointed with the quality of the drawer under the bed. The pieces of wood were not all the correct length which made it very difficult to put together. In addition the instructions were really hard to follow and there weren’t enough screws. When I called customer service to complain I was told I’d have to take pictures of the pieces of even though I explained it had already been wood. If you are looking for something which is easy to put together, I would suggest looking for an alternative.”

We understand that encountering incorrect length of wood pieces made the assembly process quite difficult and the instructions were not as clear as they should have been. Furthermore, we are sorry to hear about the lacking number of screws provided. We apologise for any inconvenience caused and understand your frustration. The Customer Service team will request images and measurements from you to be able to assist you and accurately record errors so that the Production QC team can be made aware. If you do wish to have this rectified please do follow the Customer Service teams advice, they are more than happy to assist you with replacement parts for your under bed storage draw. “Overall very happy with GLB. Only slight issue was the delivery. We organised to work from home to recieve the delivery on the Friday as per our order, but only 5 or the 6 boxes were delivered. So the following day (Saturday) we had made clear to remove old and build new bed was not possible. The last box arrived on the Monday after! So we had to wait until the following weekend to finally build our new bed. All happy now. It is a nice and sturdy feeling bed. Feels well constructed. Easy to fit together, looks good. Would still recommend.”

“Our bed was delivered on time no problem, and I even managed to change the delivery date at short notice. But things went down bill quickly after delivery when we discovered there were no instructions or screws in the boxes. After contacting customer service they agreed to send it out on 24 hour courier but it unfortunately took 2 days to arrive and we soon discovered they had sent out the wrong instructions with the wrong screws! By this point we have missed the window to get the bed assembled by the weekend for our kids. When I contacted customer service (again) to make a complaint and ask for the screws to be urgently delivered it had been 6 days since delivery. By the time we (hopefully) receive the correct screws it will over a week! I was not offered any compensation after the first mistake. By the second mistake I pushed again and the offered me a small refund. The only reason this review is not a 1 star is because the original delivery was one time! And they agreed to at least a small token of good will. But Disappointing customer service overall given the amount of money the beds cost.”

“We are very happy with the service provided by Get Laid Beds and would recommend them. We ordered an Ottoman storage bed for our new build house as we needed extra storage. The men arrived promptly two days after our move and despite some difficulty in finding us (not their fault, postcode not showing yet on Google maps!), they quickly set up the bed and showed us how to operate it. They were cheerful and courteous and did a fantastic job. We are very pleased with the new bed, it is extremely comfortable.”
