Then when the payment went through my bank, I asked why they continued and requested a refund. They refused, saying that the order CANT be canceled, the button is there for 'other' product orders'?! I asked them to return the item & stop production because I will return it if they send it to me, & they said it CANT BE RETURNED - The site STATES 60-day returns!!!

“I wanted it engraved and it is very cute. Of course, it is my mistake, it seems to me that I chose 1.6 or 1.8 thick, if they squeeze my hand the ring bothers me and it hurts. Still, if it were thinner, perhaps the diamond would stand out more. The precious quality. Although the diamond is small, the warm VVS shines as it should. I would have really liked the same design but with two more diamonds of the same size, in a row or with a subtle separation between each diamond. In general I like it a lot”
“Do not make the mistake to buy from this company. Last year my wife and I bought our wedding rings here and they did not look alike as the one setting was much higher than the other. We tried to get it fixed but they wouldn’t do it. We did however wait for months and months to get the ring back that hadn’t been altered to match the other (besides re-sized).
Furthermore I discovered a crack in the setting today. One of the diamonds almost fell out!! The whole main setting is crooked and it is just flimsy put together. Of course, as one would expect from Glamira, this won’t be covered by the insurance policy… Do not buy here! This company is not trustworthy and the quality is not what you’d expect if you pay nearly €1000 for a ring.

My biggest problem, and the thing I'm quite upset about, is actually the main stone. The stone is a light stormy sky blue, not the nice oceanic sea blue of the site. I expect variations in colour because screens and colours aren't always the same, but there is a HUGE difference between sky blue and ocean blue. The engraving is very light and hard to read unless you're in the right light. The ring is quite smooth, and a pleasure to wear comfort-wise however. The Leola earrings that were meant to come with the ring as a free gift never came, instead I received a horrendous pendant. I mean, it was free, but still. Overall, I would probably not buy something from Glamira again. Not unless it was earrings or something. I certainly wouldn't order anything customized.”

For an experience that caused me significant emotional distress, financial inconvenience, and put a significant strain on my relationship, this gesture felt inadequate and insincere.
In the end, the ring did arrive, albeit too late for the intended proposal date, and the emotional scars of this experience will remain. My hope is that Glamira takes this feedback seriously and strives to improve its customer service and communication processes to prevent others from enduring a similar ordeal.

“I ordered a Ring Bridal Luxuy with a 0.16 carat ruby and 750 white gold as an engagement ring. I knew I wanted a ruby ring and this particular ring design. But I wasn't sure about how big the stone should be and what its quality should be. One has to be mindful that the metal on either side of the ring is also thick and can tend to hide the stone. “To all those couples out there looking for something different. I highly recommend Glamira. The Amelie ring we chose is beautiful. I fell in Love with it the moment i saw it and my fiancé said it was made for "me" the complements i have received too were all good . Although you will need to be patient because it says on the site that it is ready to ship in 5-7 days. It will take longer than that to make and ship. We ordered our ring in the last week of January and it came a few days before Valentine's. It was a little stressful the waiting but the customer services were outstanding and the followed up on all of my requests. We will certainly be purchasing our wedding rings here also.”
