“The ring came, and it is gorgeous. It is, however, not what I expected. Because I needed a relatively large size (10, T.5) it threw the dimensions of the ring off, so it looks a lot thinner. My biggest problem, and the thing I'm quite upset about, is actually the main stone. The stone is a light stormy sky blue, not the nice oceanic sea blue of the site. I expect variations in colour because screens and colours aren't always the same, but there is a HUGE difference between sky blue and ocean blue. The engraving is very light and hard to read unless you're in the right light. The ring is quite smooth, and a pleasure to wear comfort-wise however. The Leola earrings that were meant to come with the ring as a free gift never came, instead I received a horrendous pendant. I mean, it was free, but still. Overall, I would probably not buy something from Glamira again. Not unless it was earrings or something. I certainly wouldn't order anything customised.”
“I recommend glamira my husband asked me at the wedding for Christmas and the rings arrived on December 26, were splendid, we received them late because of the delivery people who did not work on weekends, so they were received on Monday December 26, 2022 instead of Friday, December 23, 2022. So nothing to say in time all the same 5 stars, because the jewelry is beautiful, we know it was used as a printed sheet for the sizes, we were between 2 sizes for me and my husband and we took the size above as recommended in the description. sizes and we are delighted the Led case is very beautiful and a 2nd box is well studied to receive the rings without hassle, nothing to complain about DHL deliverers who deliver to the door. I recently had a disappointing experience with Glamira. I ordered a ring online and paid $50 extra for shipping to receive it by a certain date. However, it arrived nearly 2 weeks late without a refund for the additional shipping charge.
When I received the ring, it wasn't what I expected and so I returned it well within the allotted 60-day period as per their return policy. However, Glamira disputed this fact and claimed that I returned it late. Additionally, they claimed that I had removed a plastic tag from the ring which made it ineligible for return. This policy was not mentioned prior to my return request or I wouldn’t have removed it. Glamira does not operate with integrity and will make up any excuse not to accept returns.
Overall, my experience with Glamira was not great. Their customer service left something to be desired and their return policy is a scam. I would advise others to be cautious if considering doing business with this company.

“I ordered a Ring Bridal Luxury with a 0.16 carat ruby and 750 white gold as an engagement ring. I knew I wanted a ruby ring and this particular ring design. But I wasn't sure about how big the stone should be and what its quality should be. In the end I decided on this size, which I am quite happy with since a stone too big would also look awkward on my fiance's hand. One has to be mindful that the metal on either side of the ring is also thick and can tend to hide the stone. The ring arrived and I noticed that there were cracks on the stone and I informed Glamira about this and they replaced the ring very fast and efficiently and I was very grateful for the customer service. It's a great looking ring and my fiancée loves it more and more with each day.”

Expected delivery date January 25, 2023. Arrived January 23, 2023 (from Bulgaria to Sicily)!!! “My wedding anniversary ring almost a year old now in in July 2020. I though, i revisit Glamira website and i give a review after wearing my ring EVERY DAY. This particular design proved to be excellent in every day wear. It's looks beautiful and nice size with my half a carat white sapphire. My stone is excellent cut and absolutely stunning in colour. Its clear yet gives a white glow. If you are into moonstones, you'll love white sapphire. I choose the best quality grade available from Glamira. They surely performed choosing this beautiful cut to set my design. I included my emerald diamond duo wedding band on my upload. My sapphire clearly outperformed my 30 years old wedding rings. It took a month to receive my order. No regrets as even my engraving turned out superior in clearness. I also received a free gift of pendant that was gifted away to my mum. “I would not recommend anyone to go to Glamira if they are going to buy jewelry. We decided to buy rings from Glamira as they have a large selection and you can make the rings the way you want them with the stone you want etc…
When the rings arrived they didn't look exactly like the website, they were still nice, but the pictures on the website were much nicer.
After just a few days, my boyfriend noticed that his ring was getting marks from normal use. It was Christmas and we didn't do any hard work, this was just normal use at home.
My ring didn't get any marks, but I therefore treated it very carefully. I took it off when I showered, I didn't sleep with it, I didn't wear it when I got dressed etc.. still after 2-3 weeks the aquamarine that was on the ring disappears. None of the pins holding the stone had moved, the stone just fell out.
We immediately contact Glamira who say they will not refund anything or help us with repairs.
I have also written to their main office and several of the top in the company but all I get are "copy/paste" answers.
I see several people on reviews have had exactly the same problem as us. Alone we are not strong, but we should go together!
I see that the default answer for Glamira is lifetime warranty and generous returns? Okay, so why don't we get it?
We want the full amount refunded, for both rings. We will proceed with the case if the money is not refunded.

“It's a fraudulent company - i have ordered form them and they just keep promising to deliver but don't.
In addition they sent an email with 300 customer details in big chain saying that there has been a problem with your order and blamed some other company - unfortunately for them more than 300 people could pick up their scam. To be fair some people later replied that they eventually got a refund/item delivered. I haven't been one from the lucky ones. Ruined Christmas. And then New Year. All that because they kept lying that order will be there any day. A month later on website it still shows" in production " and on emails/ober the phone they still keep saying it's gonna be here any day now. Just avoid.”
