wedding bands I brought wedding rings from this amazing company and I couldn't be happier only got married on 08.06.24 deffo recommend for dream rings also u came getting Engraved like me and my husband did got eachothers name with r wedding date

Delivered a ring that had the wrong colour centre stone and a size too big. Told me via email I could return the ring then once they received it they said they're sending it me back and I won't be getting a refund. If you try to phone them you stay on hold for around an hour and then the line cuts out. Online chat doesn't work. Only contact is by email and they are not helpful at all.

Terrible company. Placed an order with a two week lead time. The day before it was due to arrive it was still showing as 'in production' so I emailed them for an update. They responded to say that they'd have to check what was happening and get back to me. A couple of days later, already late, they said it would be anywhere from 2-3 weeks longer. I continued to wait. After that they messaged to say another 19 days because they were having difficulty sourcing the jewel that I had ordered. At this point I asked for a refund, which they refused because "it was already in production". This was meaningless because the item is refundable under their policy (I had checked before ordering) and they'd admitted that a key component wasn't even in stock. I've since done a chargeback with my credit card company. Believe the reviews- save yourself the aggravation of dealing with these awful scam artists and shop elsewhere!

Får ikke ringene i retur etter vi sendte de inn til størrelseendring. Det står 25 virkedager i mailen fra de. De mottok ringene 17 april. Om 2 dager har det gått 50 virkedager. Og alt man får er copyright paste svar, som ikke svarer på noenting!

Order arrived in time , quality 10 out of 10 . But when i ordered men's bracelet 14k gold average wight was 14.89gr . And when i receive bracelet , check weight was 9.80gr why is that difference between what you giving as average and what actual is .

I am deeply disappointed with my experience with Glamira. The engagement ring my partner bought for me, which was a symbol of our commitment and love, unexpectedly lost its center stone after just three months. I reached out to Glamira's support team via email, hoping for reassurance, and initially, they assured me that the issue would be covered by insurance due to a manufacturing defect. Following their advice, I diligently filled out a return form on March 29th, only to be devastated when, on April 1st, I received a cold, impersonal email stating that the issue wasn't covered under their lifetime warranty. Feeling confused and heartbroken, I expressed my disappointment and emphasized that the ring was only three months old and had been handled with utmost care. Despite my heartfelt plea, Glamira stopped responding altogether. Their sudden change of stance and complete lack of compassion were deeply hurtful. What's more distressing is that Glamira later misled the bank, falsely claiming they had tried to communicate with me about returning the ring. This entire experience has been incredibly upsetting and has shaken my trust in Glamira's integrity and commitment to their customers. The emotional and financial impact of this ordeal has been profound. I am now exploring legal avenues to find resolution. I share my story not only to seek justice but also to caution others considering a purchase from Glamira. I share my story to warn others: based on my experience, I would not recommend purchasing from Glamira at all.

Ordered an engagement ring, which came pretty much exactly as advertised. The whole process took about 10 days from the order placement to receiving the ring at my front door. It came packaged with a ring box with a little light that turns on when opened. My fiancée loved it, it was very slightly loose on her finger and we're still considering if we want to use the free resizing or just keep it as is.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! You have been warned. I am pretty sure most (if not all) of the positive reviews you see are fake. They remove negative reviews from social media platforms and other sites. If you order something, the chances are you will never receive the item, or at best you will receive it after several months. They will cite that delays are caused by 'our rigorous quality checks' or 'unforeseen logistics issues' but that your order 'is of utmost importance' and their 'number one priority'. Please please please, do yourself a favour and look elsewhere. Their prices are cheap for a reason, to suck you into parting with your hard earned cash. What will follow is weeks/months of trying to speak to someone in the company (impossible) to try and get your order or your money back.

I strongly advise against Glamira. In January 2024, I purchased a ring, and by June 2024, a small diamond had fallen out despite careful handling. Despite multiple contacts, Glamira refused warranty coverage (based on viewing three phone pictures) and claimed it was not a manufacturing defect. The ring had been resized by Glamira in March, possibly causing the issue – disappointing but not catastrophic. The true disappointment lies in Glamira’s attempt to avoid a warranty claim costing only 50-80 EUR on a customer who has already spent so much. Over two weeks, customer service was uncooperative, sent expired forms, and repeatedly denied my legitimate claim for fulfillment. Various jewelers confirmed that such defects within this short timeframe and with the resizing history clearly indicate manufacturing defects covered under warranty. In Germany, warranty (Gewährleistung) is legally mandated, and Glamira's handling of this situation is unacceptable. On their website, Glamira claims: "Quality assurance is our top priority." and "Each item undergoes strict inspection […]" and "We have great confidence in our products' longevity, which is why you receive your product with a lifetime guarantee." These statements are a disgrace and far from reality because for Glamira, "guarantee" includes material mix-ups, wrong stones, incorrect engravings (i.e., delivery errors); (source: customer service). You spend hours wondering if you can trust an online retailer and researching, only to be so disappointed. For the high price, I expected better service and customer orientation. The ring is no longer worn as we fear more stones might fall out. One should seriously reconsider trusting Glamira as a provider. This has nothing to do with longevity and good service. The consumer protection agency has already been contacted. We are very disappointed and strongly advise against purchasing from Glamira.

Very good filter selection, ease of use and great website UX design (phone and laptop) to navigate. Great 3D examples that changes based on filters/customization (colors, shape, design), that shows how the ring sits on the hand and what to expect when buying. Lots of materials to chose from and additional engraving options made it 10/10

Purchased a ring in Feb 2024 and was presented to the recipient late March. Since wearing the ring it has developed deep scratches (hairline cracking?) in the metal and also has several chips in the silver. The ring is always removed when doing any task where it might be damaged. my partner has been in email correspondence with the company for several days now and they are essentially refusing to fix/replace or refund the item. They have a lifetime warranty which covers manufacturer defects, poor workmanship and faulty metals however, since requesting a repair under warranty, they have said my issue doesn't fall within the warranty? I believe that the emails from their customer service are just bot or AI replies which is why, despite quoting the Consumer Rights Act 2015, they seem to be unable to fathom that they are responsible for rectifying this and seemingly unable to offer a reasonable resolution. I'm sorry but 2-3 months of light wear for a silver ring should not be showing the levels or wear and damage that it is doing - I'd be expecting these marks and damages for 5+ years of wear. How this item is meant to last a lifetime when it can't manage a few months is beyond me. The whole 'lifetime warranty' seems to be a farce also. Avoid if you want a piece of quality jewellery and good customer service. I'll continue my battle...

I ordered a custom ring by Glamira. Honestly, the work is done perfectly - starting from the quality of the ring itself, finishing with the package a service. I'm delighted and definitely can recommend Glamira!

Amazing experience! Is true , delivery will take a way much longer so expect minimum 2 weeks delay but the product is worth it x The customer service is really good as well, quick and clear.

Do not buy from this company. I bought a ring from them that was received on 2nd January 2024, less than 48 hours later the centre stone fell out, it was sent back to GLAMIRA for "repair". I received the "repaired" ring back & within 10 days the stone had fallen out again! I returned the ring yet again for another "repair" in March & I am still waiting to receive the ring back. They are refusing to give me a refund because the ring is out of its 60 day warranty period, which is unbelievable, I haven't had the ring in my possession for 60 days, they have had it for longer than I have!! I have written numerous emails only to receive the same generic reply back each time. If you're even thinking of buying from this company please do your research first, read the reviews, look at the comments of dissatisfied customers on Facebook. GLAMIRA are not what they pretend to be. Unfortunately the option to give this company zero stars is not available. Date of experience: 02 January 2024

Quality is great. Delivery was delayed, original package was lost, replaced, total of 3 month of waiting, and few customer support forms filled. So plan ordering in advance. Overall pretty happy with my order, would order again.

Don't buy from this company. Purchased a wedding ring and had to send it back as size was off. They then refused to refund and said they would send the rings back. We decided this was fine and would just resize the ring and move on. Well that's been 5 weeks now and still no ring. Wedding has passed now and they are now refusing to take responsibility for not shipping the rings back. Emails back have been of a don't care attitude. Just buy local and not online.

I thought it was a local gem store here in Singapore as their website has .sg at the end, only to realized after I paid the product that it was in a country miles and mile away from me ( this way I've been scammed already) I ordered a necklace, a topaz stone, looking at it now it's no where near 2500 dollars. It was April 7th, and promised to be deliver on the 22nd April.. Heaps of time for Mother's Day right? That necklace is for my beloved mother, my surprise gift for Mother's Day. Sure enough it didn't arrive on time even on mother's day, so I thank them (insulting) for ruining NY mother's day event. Then I started emailing them, already already 6 weeks delayed, asking them for refund, and they will not refund, then I told them I will send FBI to thier factory to sending demand letters from lawyers.. The agony and stress of waiting and waiting and thinking I have been scammed again. It was very stressful and depressing. Two months later the item arrived and I can even stand looking at it. It looks beautiful but it reminded me of stressful 8 weeks of waiting and ruining mothers day event. I gave the ring to my neighbors helper and told her don't ever wear that necklace if you you will be seeing me.. NEVER AGAIN buying from you.m You deserve ZER0 star.. To those buyer that is willing to wait weeks and weeks of delays, go ahead, if you can't handle waiting time pls don't buy.. I suggest go to local jewelery shop and at least you see what you buy.. BEWARE of thier websites that end with your countries domain, like .sg; .hk; .au.. they are not from those countries..
