“Worst company ever! Jewelry doesn't last, low quality, and they don't stand behind their product. I'm now paying another local store to fix the ring, I refuse to pay them more when I wasn't done right the first time.”
“I honestly feel very disappointed with the quality of the jewelry with being just an expensive piece and really well known company I expected the expectations to be top tier. There is a bit of discoloration on the jewelry piece and it’s weird because I have many 14k jewelry pieces and none of them have a discoloration problem. There is a small bend on the part that goes in your ear.”
“Do not use this company!! $2k ring didn't last 6 months. Stone fell out and broke, their response....send it back and pay for a new stone! I will be taking it to a real jewelry store to find out if stone was even real. Never heard of an emerald breaking.”
“Ordered solitaire emerald cut 0.62ct emerald ring on 3rd May for Daughter's 21st. Delivery was very late and missed the birthday by over a week. After only wearing the ring occasionally for 5 weeks, the emerald has fallen out. The setting is intact and undamaged so obviously not set properly. Poor quality. AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE that said the 60 day moneyback guarantee has run out because its from the order date on 3rd May (before the ring was even made!)
Will be going all the way to small claims with this. Shambles of a company. I have costume jewellery that cost £10 that has lasted years. Expect an expensive ring to last at least as long.”
“Worst experience ever! stay away and save yourself some heartache!
I wanted to design something special for when I proposed to my partner and came across this lot, they advertised that they could make it and deliver it well within the required time that I needed it for however I paid for the express process anyway to ensure I had it for our planned trip and my proposal.
The day before it was supposed to arrive I sent an email asking if it would be delivered as I had not received any notifications, I received an email back saying it would not be delivered and they had refunded the extra I had paid for the express service, the refund was there within an hour.
The next week two days before we were leaving on our holiday I sent another email asking if it would be here the next day as I had expressed to them in a few emails the date we were leaving and I needed it by, the following day they called me and said I would not be receiving it in time, six days before this I had received an email stating it had been produced and was on it's way to their distribution center however on the phone I was told it was still not there, six days......
I told them on the phone that I would like to cancel the order to which they agreed and informed me they would issue me a full refund, now keep in mind that the last refund took less than an hour..
I waited that day and saw nothing from them, half way through the next day I emailed them and asked where the refund was, they told me I needed to fill out the return form, I tried to fill out the form but it was asking for a return number (which is found on the package when it arrives however as it had never been sent I didn't have it) I email them back and asked for a return number, a day later I asked again, a day later I was told that I could now fill it out without the return number, I did this, now four days later I am still asking them where my refund is and, you get the same BS rhetoric from them every time!
Customer service does not exist with this lot, they make excuse after excuse and do not deliver on anything that they offer or promise on their website, stay well clear unless you like drama and stress in your life...”
“So, for my big day I chose Glamira services and I ordered my wedding rings well before the wedding day so I have time to change them or change sizes. The story short: they chosen DPD delivery services are really poor and after two attempts to deliver ( not even phoning me or giving me a time slot) the rings were send back to Glamira. I been calling Glamira customer services and emailing them almost every day for more than two weeks and every time the customer services assistant told me the different story and told me to contact DPD and told me that they still havent received the rings ( throught the tracking number I saw that the rings were received two weeks ago). So I received my rings 3 days before the wedding ( 1 month later than estimated delivery) and one of the ring is too small. I had no time to send them back and I had to spend my own money for resizing a ring or I could return them and leave myself without rings on my wedding day. So it was really unpleasant experience, very stressful month and very dissapointing customer service. I would’t recommend Glamira to anyone because I didn’t even get a reply to my email or an apology.”
“Awful experience with Glamira. Please avoid to purchase any items from them.
Got my engagement ring and had to change it as size was not correct. They refunded the money in store credit for me to purchase the right size. The second ring that came was very poor quality and the stones weren't shinny at all despite choosing the higher quality saphire. Return item and complain about poor quality.
Glamira is refusing to refund the money back into my account. Been calling every day for 2 weeks and only have an awful customer service that just repeats the same: "against company policies". Will be contacting my credit card to have the money back today. Very upsetting experience with Glamira in general and very poor quality items.”
“Avoid at all cost.
Ruined the whole experience and wedding for us with not only by delaying our order but sending the wrong ring wrong size and different ones.
When you are trying to get updates via email or call they give you 0 actual information and just talking air hoping somehow your order will magically go out even though they have no idea what is happening and can’t give actual updates.
Once they got your ring wrong they just casually tell you that the whole process will take probably over a month so basically no hope that you will have the wedding rings you have ordered and you can only hope that maybe at some point they will get it right in the future.
This whole company and service is a joke with clowns making false promises and providing terrible service.
Than you again on behalf of my finance and myself… truly unforgettable experience.”
“The worst possible company ever. Do not trust them. They have major issues with quality, payments, client service etc. My journey with them starts in February when I made my first order (an engagement ring), everything went smoothly but the ring was too big. I decided to change it because it took less (10 days) rather than to resize (25 days) and this is when the trouble started and put the reimbursed money into Credit Store because it was faster. When i did the new order, 2 of my orders were cancelled by their payment department although I used the same credit card from my first order. Until this got fixed, I lost 1 week and then they had delays with the delivery. I was so happy when I got the ring in April, but so disapointed afterwards when I saw that the size still did not fit (although I took the measure in 3-4 ring shops) and that it had serious defects. When I asked to be reimbursed I was refused several times because my money is blocked in Credit Store and I am forced to buy something else from them. This is unacceptable!, and after several complaints this still has not been fixed and now I am involving lawyers into it. They ruined one of the most important moments of my life!”
“Ordered 2 matching wedding rings they were amazing quality and the presentation in the box superb to the packing was good.
Good value my husband and I were very very pleased .
Would highly recommend this company to you all.”
“Terrible experience with Glamira! We bought a wedding ring set and when one arrived it didn’t fit. I tried to return it but they refused me. They are still trying to fight my returning the rings even though I got my credit card involved. They ruined my wedding!”
“I need to send the ring back for resize. I send it and postoffice put on the pack the label Glamira send by mail to me.
Then everything went wrong after many weeks I send Glamira service email and asked about my ring. Because I found out it was in postoffice in Turkey. They say to me can not pick it up because I had not uae correct courier. For me it was not a option, only one post service here. I asked them and show the the address label on pack. If it was ok and correct address. Yes but you did not use correct courier they say. GLAMIRA never pick up and after few week I found my ri f again in Germany. Before I could contact them there, ring was send again to Turkey. And again same story. YOU DID NOT USE CORRECT COURIER so we can not pick it up. Again I ask, is that correct address on pack. Yes but not correct courier..what a f... so bad service. Finally I got the ring back but with out resized. I would not recommend to no one to buy from Glamira after my experience with them.
And never I will order from them again.”
“Purchased a wedding band for over 1300 dollars but 11 days later and after our wedding, no tracking number and no ring. Customer support does not exist. Music on hold from the start and email replies with excuses and blame it in on the courier or customer
A con a scam and a fraud company.
Never ever buy from them. I am still waiting for my ring and will ask for a refund soon.
Please do not become a victim like us. You will regret losing your money. I have reported to trading standards and the police.”
“We had to hire a lawyer to resolve Glamira's quality issues. I advise you to stay away from this company. The customer service is also lousy. We spoke both by phone and email, explaining everything that happened (several times!): The continuous mistakes of sending rings with sizes we did not order. I have seen many reviews where Glamira sends the wrong ring sizes. Not just once, but on several occasions. This happened to us and for our wedding day we had to buy the rings somewhere else a week before the wedding.”
“The review before this is fully in line with our experience. Whatever you do, don't order from this company.
My partner and I ordered 2 rings for our wedding on May 10 from glamira in March. We had passed on ring sizes that we had measured at a local jeweler (me 60 & my partner 63). The rings arrived; both way too big, exactly 3 sizes too big. We knew this, because my partner fit perfectly in my smaller ring (which was 3 sizes smaller)
That was very strange. That is why we have found the form of the site of glamira for measuring the rings. We printed this out and when we measured carefully, we indeed come to the conclusion that both rings are 3 sizes larger than we had ordered. As proof we have also made a video of this:
We contacted Glamira, an employee explained the problem and shared the video material, produced a form and box (the online form was also very cluttered) and the rings were returned March 19.
The first problem was the very poor service of the shipping service (Post-NL), which meant that the package was only returned on April 14. Of course Glamira couldn't do anything about that, but with the wedding near, I called customer service that same day; another employee this time.
The package had arrived at Glamira and was processed; We asked for a note to be made by the employee of the situation of the May 10 wedding and every effort would be made to deal with it as soon as possible. The employee told us The rings would be checked to see if a mistake had been made with the manufacture.
In the meantime we had ordered a ring sizer from Glamira; when it came in we were quite confused. It was an English UK ring sizer, which is different ring.... It was also a single, plastic, tie-rip-like strap that changed size every time you slid it over your finger. Extremely unreliable ...
We heard nothing at all between April 14 and April 28. I called again on April 29, for an update. I was told, yet another employee, that the rings were 'in production'. I asked her if that meant that the rings had indeed been delivered incorrectly and that they were being remade; she could not answer this correctly, but assumed that when the rings were in production they would be remade. I told her again that we would be married on May 10th and that we were looking forward to good news.
Today, April 30, I received an email, this time from the very first employee; the original rings were delivered correctly according to the ordered measurements. No reference was made to the videos, they offered to send a ring sizer and that was it.
Then I called customer service in the same hour; another completely new employee. I asked him to forward me to the employee of the email; this was not possible, that employee had a broken headset (...). The whole story explained again; how is it possible that we also end up with rings that are too large with their own form? How, then, were our rings measured? The employee could not answer that; the rings had been in the reception office for 4 days, then it took 10 days to go to the repair department. When I was disappointed that it takes 10 days to change departments, I also asked whether our time-sensitive situation had been taken into account.
The employee was completely surprised; which time-sensitive situation? I was dumbfounded; I asked if our marriage had been recorded on May 10; of course it was nowhere. The ring sizer was again offered; I declined this, as the ring sizer we had has not been user-friendly with imperial sizes. The employee then confessed that the wrong ring sizer had been sent. This was the last straw ... I told the employee to reduce both rings exactly 3 sizes and not to return them at all; this would be passed on. I also wanted to file a complaint; of course I did not receive any contact details for supervisors, but the employee would pass it on. I did not fall for this, I said I would write an e-mail myself.
Trust has since disappeared. Glamira structurally fails to delve into the problem of their service and the contact with the customer. Correspondence is continuously handled by someone new and there is no transfer of the situation; as a customer you no longer exist when the phone is hung up. There is no handover, no central documentation within Glamira and no proper customer involvement in the process.
Whatever you do, don't order from this company”
“Was so excited . Then arrived a poor quality tacky looking ring with the diamonds missing. Glamira refused to refund and wanted me to pay for postage abroad to send back and have the diamonds put in!. I complained to my credit card and got my money back.”
