“Order number: 729334119 Mens Celtic Claddagh Ring.
I ordered it on the 26th November, estimated delivery date stated on my product order on their website was 7th Dec. Once the 7th went by I contacted them by email, they told me there was hallmarking delays, that would be resolved in 2-4 days working days, on the 3rd day I contacted by email regarding an update, Sarah Jones who has been dealing with me, said it had been shipped. Then got another email saying actually that wasn't true, its not been shipped actually, its still delayed.
Then she called me from a suspected spam number 02045253681, she told me the same stuff, no idea when it'll be there, that it's some other delays not, that "hopefully" it would be there for 24th Dec, told her I needed it 20th to propose to my partner. They had also previously offered a downloadable gift voucher to give to the recipient if the ring didn't arrived in time, I asked, are you seriously saying because of your incompetence as a company, suggesting I get down on one knee and propose to my partner with a piece of PAPER?!?!!?
She wouldn't answer any questions I'd ask with a straight answer, panicked when I said I would be contacting the trading standards and PayPal for a refund.
She said to wait until Friday 16th Dec for the tracking number from dpd. I asked on website live chat today (16th) for update, got the same automated response and I decided to ask for a refund, but the agent on the live chat was barely reading or replying to my questions. Even when I became emotional and told them how they've ruined one of the happiest days of my life, stressed me out to no end and left me 3 days before my engagement but no ring and have taken my money!!!
I believe they never planned on sending my item and I highly doubt they will refund me. I reported this through PayPal and made a claim with them. I also also contacting the UK Trading Standards authority regarding Glamira and my experience. I am also contacting Trust pilot as I've realised the majority of their good reviews, are fake reviews!
Also in the space of an hour I had talked to one rep on live chat who told me my product was delayed because of hallmarking but its shipped now, another rep on email said no its not shipped, its delayed because of "logistics" and we don't have a tracking number, with no proof to show me if was actually shipped or not!!! Literally just pulling random fake excuses out of thin air.
I don't have my money thay glamira are holding since they havnt sent the product I bought and I need to buy a new replacement engagement ring in 3 days!!!
I should of listened to my friend who after a few months, had to buy a new engagement ring that she got from Glamira as it was so low Quality and kept getting discoloured.
Stay away and tell your friends, future couples etc to stay away unless they want GLAMIRA TO RUIN THEIR WEDDING OR ENGAGEMENT!!!”

Answers given to open questions, thank you also to the support lady, whom we had online. The wedding rings are superb and despite their wavy shapes, very pleasant to wear, also thanks to the rounded edges that can be configured when ordering. We are very happy with the result and the size is good thanks to the size measurer provided by Glamira, although it was not so easy to take the correct measurement, but with patience... it works. Delay Delay Cancel Not Refunded
Purchased a necklace for my wife £240 Order Number 729333326. Ordered 21st Nov, no sign of it except many excuses for its non delivery and continual delay. Around Dec10th I had heard enough and cancelled requesting a refund. They say they apparently have to wait for the item to arrive in the UK from Germany, what an awful customer service decision that is. Where it is in your internal logistics has nothing to do with my refund. Tying one to the other is like saying sunshine is dependent on walking the dog. Just refund my money.
For others viewing this - avoid avoid avoid. Customer Service is non existent. Before you respond with your text scripted response, appreciate you are already in contact with me!
I gave you the opportunity to refund me for in a timely manner after wasting my time but you chose not to.

Logged a complaint with Trading standards

W returned a ring set they claim it was not received yet we have a signature from FedEx. A signature they claim no one at the location has that name yet the name was used for 20 deliveries as confirmed by FedEx.”

“📢 Don’t trust them!! The worst services ever!!! They don’t give a thing on the client, they don’t care about your situations with their products!!!! There is no life guarantee!!!! My engagement ring is now broken in 2 pieces after less than 2 years from getting it. Glamira kept telling us that the ring was worn for 674 days (this was the number of days from the purchase but I got it after one month and also it was sent for a month to them because it was too big). We asked for an answer regarding the following thing: we sent it to you for resize, how can you prove that you didn’t do anything to its structure? The answer was: it was worn for 674 days. It was like we talked to a robot! Very disappointed and I definitely don’t recommend them!!”
“Amazing Gemstone Engagement Ring
My wife has been loving this engagement ring. She needed something that wasn’t going to irritate her fingers at work, she were gloves all day working in a lab. She picked out the Morganite gemstone awhile back and I worked with the Glamira website to find a perfect combination of gemstone/band. The gemstone came a little more champagne color than pink, the original shade she wanted, but it so perfect she wasn’t bothered.
Third ring purchase with Glamira and no complaints from us.”

“Extremely disappointing service.
My wife and I got married the 8th of December 2021. Eleven months later the rings are completely deteriorated. Just take a look at the pictures below.
The white gold turned yellow, the yellow gold faded, the ice matte texture became smooth. The ring doesn't have any sort of colour contrast anymore between the two different type of golds and the two different textures that we originally designed. They are anonymous rings now. They look made of common metal now. Keep in mind that the rings have not been in contact with chemicals. Actually, from the beginning, we realised that they were quickly deteriorating so we have worn it with extra care.
We contacted Glamira but they said that they cannot do anything because we didn't buy the additional protection plan. So, even though we have the lifetime warranty they cannot do anything.
Long story short, stay away from this company or you might risk to get stuck with a very poor quality, but still expensive, piece of jewelry. Glamira will let you down.
We will have our rings inspected somewhere because jewelleries suppose to last 20+ years. Not 11 months.
Do yourself a favour and buy somewhere else.”
“The website was great allowing me to create the ring I wanted and size it correctly, very easy interface. The communication was also really good through the creating (loved the photo of the finished ring before shipping!!) and shipping process.
When the ring arrived it was packaged beautifully and even had a light in the ring box! The quality of the ring is just beautiful and it is better than it looked online. Only thing is it was one day late and missed the anniversary, but we were okay with that we ordered it last minute :)”
“DO NOT BUY! I have bought an engagement ring, diamond they said... after 3 days diamond started getting yellow. I sent it back for repair, it came back, after 2 days yellow again! This is where I lost it, and on of their representative wrote this: ''The first time the stones were cleaned and the rhodium plating was renewed due to your satisfaction even though these procedures are not covered by the lifetime warranty.''
WHY DO YOU STATE THEN THAT YOU HAVE LIFETIME WARRANTY?
Now they do not want to receive it for the third time for repair. At the end of the day, it is not about the money here, it is that they have absolutely destroyed the whole experience. They are a big time scam, liars and God knows what else. I really hope that this review does make you think twice before buying from them and that you do not make the same mistake like I did.”

“Glamira is a borderline scam. I purchased a wedding ring for my husband. It was supposed to be engraved, but it just has a logo inside. It also looks almost silver instead of gold and isn't the same shape as shown in the image. Glamira won't rectify this because they say I took a sticker off it that is the return bar code. I have seen many other reviews complaining about this. The company clearly use this to get out of issuing any refunds. I was planning to spend over £5000 on a wedding ring id seen on their website. I'm just grateful I hadn't yet bought it as I will now buy from a more trusted jewellery store. Cowboys”

I couldn't fault this company: the communication was great, the product of high quality and a lovely detail in the little lighted box that gives a special touch to the jewellery piece l bought. “Brought rings a few mouths back and only got married last weekend. The rings came out the box once in that time and that was to try on. A few days after wearing mine it has become tarnished and scuffed already!! Spoke to Glamira and because we’ve had the rings longer then 60 days they will not do anything about it. Many people buy their rings long before 60 days before their big day so this is where they catch you out!!”
