“ Wrong prescription issued, not admitted to, even though there is confirmation on my account/order that computer prescription lenses were required. Very slow in responding and poor customer service. Inadequate reply to my complaint, by phone and emails. Their service has deteriorated as bought several glasses previously with few issues. ”
