Gmb rocks. I'm a 52 y.o. powerlifter, full of injuries, pains and aches. But Ryan and the crew makes me move like a ballerina!😂

I started elements a few months ago. Started doing 15mins a day option I found my daily movements just became a little easier. I am moving a lot better. I’m 46 and have not surfed properly for 10 years, with having kids and back aches. I feel like I’ll be back in the water in spring and able to surf with my kids rather than just pushing them into waves. The moves are easy to follow , if you can’t do all of it, get as close as you can , don’t be hard on yourself and just enjoy the process. Thank you

60+, needed to get stronger, more balance, more coordination, wanted privacy in my workout and to be able to rewind, try again, and improve without feeling left behind.... I finished, started over, and return when different areas start to ache. So much better, safer and more efficient use of time for me than going to a gym... Thanks so much!

I like the fact that the moves are changing from day to day and include things I haven't seen elsewhere. I also like the reflective part of each day. Realizing that I AM making gradual progress even though I am not totally wearing myself out is motivating. Ryan and Jarlo are excellent instructors! There's always something new to shoot for.

These guys know what they're doing... and talking about. I love how their content is backed by the latest research, not just about exercise science, but also about how mentally to stick with a program and get the most out of it. The "Ponder" element of the programs is an important missing component in a lot of other training programs. These guys recognize the psychology behind how to stick with new habits and gain a sense of progress. I also love the way they "resist" perfectionism and reinforce gradual progress. They do a great job of offering modifications if you need them, but also challenges with movements.

The GMB system works. Period. Full Stop. I tried all of the mobility apps, recovery apps, yada yada. i did all the foam rolling and pt exercises. Nothing comes close to how i feel when i am done with a GMB session. My body feels great. My problem areas aren't so problematic. It feels like i dipped into the fountain of youth and got a little younger. They are constantly refining their products for free. What's not to like.

Been really enjoying GMB. I have always considered myself someone who just is not flexible. But after doing elements I can actually do a squat all the way down! So many other movements have gone from, “almost impossible” to “pretty easy”. Now I am almost done with mobility and have more programs qued up next. I don’t see myself stopping GMB. I have just seen too much benefit in a very short time to just quit.

I have several GMB programs and my favorites are Elements and Integral Strength. The best part of the GMB method is that you can always improve. With consistency, even the movements you think you'll never be able to do become a bit easier. Just follow the instructions and trust the process.

I’ve been doing GMB programs for a few years now, and I think they’re terrific. I’m a middle-aged office worker, and a mediocre runner: I do 20-ish miles a week, pretty slow. So my cardio fitness is okay, and I’m reasonably strong, but I’ve always been extraordinarily unflexible, stiff, and clumsy — in that sense, totally unathletic. I’ve never touched my toes with my legs straight and squatting with my heels on the ground is immensely difficult and awkward. GMB programs have helped with that more than anything else I’ve tried. I’m still less flexible than most people, but I’m folding forward much more easily and squatting more easily, both of which are really convenient for day to day life. They’re very difficult for me — in a couple of years of doing them I don’t think I’ve rated the quality of a workout better than “Rough” — but they seem to be helpful and beneficial even when you’re doing them really badly, which I am. And the variety and progressive nature keeps me engaged. Some things I don’t know if I’m ever going to make much progress on, like the Frogger stall, but continuing to cycle through the different programs is definitely good for me and I don’t see myself stopping anytime soon.

I operated equipment for a long time... which required sitting all day. From time to time I would stand up stretch and do a partial squat and was fine with that. I'm now retired and noticed there were parts of me that were very stiff and inflexible. I followed GMB and kept at it slowly. I didn't know what to expect. But 15 min sessions have surprisingly increased my range of motion and freedom. I wake up encouraged to discover what other movements are achievable. Thank you GMB!

I have followed GMB for years! I can’t say enough about their programs. I have just about every single one of them. Even their legacy programs! I continue to use all of them in some way, shape, or form and I’m glad that they continue to improve and evolve each and every single one of them.

I love everything these guys stand for. It’s not about exercising to get buff or look a certain way, it’s about feeling strong and helping your body move freely- regardless of age. I find the tone encouraging and friendly and the newsletters have a tonne of useful info. Thank you GMB!

I enjoy GMB so much! I look forward to my next sessions and ponder the workouts I've completed. I can note my progress. I'm now able to move in ways I always thought possible, but could never quite accomplish. GMB's instructions are easy to follow, even when they challenge me. Most importantly for me, GMB Fitness is fun! Sometimes, I feel like I'm back on the playground, challenging myself with cool new moves.

I love this program. I’ve been using Elements for about 1 month and I have seen improvement in my range of motion especially in my hips and shoulders. I would definitely recommend it. Well done GMB!

Can’t say enough good things about GMB and Elements program. My friend turned me on to GMB and I watched/listened to/read a lot of the content while I was recovering from major shoulder surgery last year. Once I had gone through enough PT and was starting to develop more strength, I signed up for Elements a couple months ago. I can honestly say that this 55 year old has now regained more strength and mobility than before my injury which was 10 months ago. Don’t be fooled by the name - Elements is really hard! There’s still a lot I can’t do well, but if I slow things down and really follow the great instruction, I always improve. I love the warm-up/practice/play/finish strong ethos to the sessions. And I’ve emailed the GMB team a number of times for help/tips/suggestions, and they are super responsive. I get some funny looks in the gym I go to sometimes because I’m sitting there on the floor, tuned into my phone, doing the Bear or Monkey or whatever. But all the folks looking at me are weaker and less flexible than I am, so ha. No seriously, this is a great program if you take it seriously and pay attention to your body, how you are feeling that day, take things slowly, and “run your own race” with it. Thanks GMB!
