I enjoy the mobility program in that, it has done exactly what it is supposed to. This year I've been doing a 15 min session daily, and had been through it twice before, and still find results through it (and 15 a day is achievable every day). If you want to get moving better, it's a great way to do so. Elements was great as well and also had a lot of movement benefits.

After years trying other things, I've finally made significant progress improving my posture, shoulder strength and shoulder mobility. Thanks to GMB. I would advise it to anyone working behind a desk.

I absolutely LOVE GMB. If you’re on the fence just buy a program and get started. You’ll move better, gain strength, and feel great. Doesn’t matter what your starting point is. You don’t need to be flexible, strong, or even injury free to begin. Ryan saying “that’s perfectly ok” when you can’t do a heels down squat or any number of other movements will relieve the pressure of “perfect form”. The video tutorials and follow along timer make it super easy. I used to get sore knees while hiking but not anymore. This isn’t just an exercise program. It’s making you more capable of living the life and doing the other things you want to do.

After rehabbing my back for approximagely 1 year, I wanted to take the next step to improve my mobility and also create a preventative approach to reducing aches and pains. I am approximately half way through the Elements program and really do feel I am moving better. Whether getting in and out of car, picking up groceries, or warming up before going to the gym I am happy to share that my overall movement has improved. Morever, I actually feel younger, which obviously feels great. Thanks GMB!

I have tried Elements (completed 2x), Mobility (nearly 1x), and Integral Strength (didn't get very far due to circumstances) and dabbled in Resilience as I have time. Resilience is my favorite of the lot. Elements, the introduction to the GMB approach, is an excellent program for improving the movement capacity of the general population.

The Floor Loco program brings me joy! I feel like a kid/undercover ninja getting to roll around and learn some basic mobility moves. It keeps me motivated to do something different from all the rest of the fitness scene that I can scale up and down as I need to. I am also doing Elements at the same time and these two programs help me meet my goals for strength, mobility, and fun. Yep. Fun. Joy and not obsession leads to greater health, perspective, and love for one’s self. Joy helps us have motivation to help and serve those around us. I invite you guys to try out GMB. Go all in! You won’t regret you. Much love, Melissa.

I’m 45, fairly new to strength training and not very flexible, but GMB’s Elements program has been a great experience so far. It’s well-structured, varied, and excellent value for money. Watching GMB’s YouTube videos really helped me when certain movements didn’t go as planned—especially the one about recognizing progress, which kept me motivated. I learned not to expect miracles; things like the deep squat take time and patience. Overall, a thoughtful and sustainable program I’d happily recommend.

If you're at the point where you're actually reading reviews, you probably have the "flavor" of what GMB is about. So why go all in and give them your money? Because the programs themselves are going to work better than a series of online stuff you've cobbled together for yourself. I know because I've tried. GMB programs take you on a rollercoaster ride from frustrating to fun. Unless you're doing this kind of training already ... if you are, what are you doing here? ... you're going to find weaknesses and limitations quickly exposed. You're going to go from "That looks easy ..." to "WHAT THE @%&!!!!". If you have the "embrace the suck" mentality, you're going to love the journey. GMB can give you a body that you can move through the world with. For work and play. For life. You'll likely do stuff you've never done before. Have fun!

Clear explanations for each exercise, which you can also skip if you've already mastered it. Doing the exercises doesn't feel like an effort; it's actually quite enjoyable. You'll quickly notice progress in your movements, not only during the exercises but also in everyday life.

I have Elements, Mobility and Resilience programs on somewhat active use, I try to do them 15minutes/5 times a week. I’ve noticed great improvement on how my body works and feels. Can greatly recommend. All of them work se standalone programs also I believe

I’m primarily a runner and as such, incorporating strength training has always been a challenge. I’ve found that the Resilience has been a great tool that is not only scalable but also approachable for a variety of skill levels. It’s now a regular component of my weekly activities that provides that base level of strength training to my program.

GMB's programs are intended for general fitness, strength, mobility and control. The program I use is purely online and works in any browser. Basically one follows a pre-determined sequence of sessions that gradually build up the skills in a planned and reasonable way. This is nice as one does not need to think about planning. For me the program is more demanding regarding strength and also mobility. But the way the sessions are performed are different from what I know (with fixed sets and reps or EMOMs) as it is more about focus and less about full power and sweat. Therefore you will not burn out which is good in my age group.

I love GMB's internal strength. I'm a busy father and nursing student so having flexible workouts I can do at home make exercise possible. I feel stronger, more flexible, less sore and better able to play with my kid.

The feeling of improved posture and aches and pains that I thought where part of my future, are now manageable, maybe they will vanish when I finish the elements program. First program that I felt I wanted to keep showing up. So far it made me feel great!

The exercises are interesting but it gets boring doing the same thing for 3 or 7 minutes with no verbal cues or music

GMB fitness has really been a life changer for my fitness. I'm a 49 year old man who spends a considerable amount of my work day at a desk so I must make an effort to stay active. During the pandemic I had really started to become sedentary and gained more than thirty pounds over the weight I had maintained for most of my life. I was also stiff and really had lost a lot of muscle. I had discovered functional fitness and quadrapedal movements through internet research and eventually discovered that GMB had developed the Elements program built around this. I've never really enjoyed weights so was really drawn to the prospect of working out virtually anywhere with basically no equipment (though puzzle mats can really help). In the past I had dabbled with bodyweight training but hadn't gotten too deep into it because I never had a well designed program. I went on to complete the Elements program several times and have also completed several other of the GMB programs including Integral Strength Mobility, and Sequences. I've since shed all the weight I had gained and considerably more. I'm more mobile and stronger than ever before in my life and have started training even more advanced bodyweight moves like handstands and muscle ups. I genuinely look forward to my daily movement time and it doesn't feel like a chore as it had for much of my life. GMB also reinforces a healthy outlook on exercise to help you maintain consistency and avoid injury. In the programs the lead coach Ryan consistently mentions to do what feels right for you today. This helps take some of the pressure off of feeling like you have to go all out every session and helps to foster a sustainable relationship with your body and fitness program. I highly recommend GMB Fitness.
