I enjoy the mobility program in that, it has done exactly what it is supposed to. This year I've been doing a 15 min session daily, and had been through it twice before, and still find results through it (and 15 a day is achievable every day). If you want to get moving better, it's a great way to do so. Elements was great as well and also had a lot of movement benefits.

So I've been doing these programs off and on for the close to a decade now and I still absolutely love them!! Coming back to them time and time again brings such a great awareness and understanding every time. As a college baseball player, climber, capoerista, parkour athlete and father of 2 active boys, I have always appreciated strength and conditioning, but MOVING was something that got lost along the way. GMB has made it accessible, comprehensible, achievable and most of all FUN. The programs give you the chance to stay with a movement, and truly understand what is happening on a strength, coordination and mobility level and figure out what you need to do to work at the level that is right for you. I am so grateful to have this in my life. It has opened deeper understandings of myself and a general sense of gratitude for my body, what it can do, and how adaptable it can be when given the chance. Thank you all for being a part of my journey!!!

I started with GMB several years ago and I got pretty frustrated with slow progress. Impatience and physical limitations got in my way. I drifted away with a deeper squat. Then I went to F45 and got stronger, more flexible … and tired and injured. I returned to GMB and the sessions and teaching clicked. A little more strength and flexibility gave me early wins that stymied me before. I’m able to slow down a focus on the quality of movement. Still learning how to tap into the GMB community but expect that will come with time. Jump in if you’re down for workouts that focus on movement quality and time under attention

I’ve been using GMB on and off for many years now, but recently I finally committed to being consistent after being relatively sedentary. In only 4ish weeks, my knee pain has pretty much stopped ruining my life. My hips move so much better and my lower back feels 5 years younger. And the time required is so little. I just needed to change my mind set and appreciate where I am and every week I seem to be moving the needle towards where I want to be. GMB is always responsibe to issues and questions so even though this is online, you’re not left to fend for yourself too much. They really do strive to make their programs dummy proof and their web app is intuitive.

It’s been hard to find consistent time to exercise, but elements has been a great program anyway. I find myself playing around with the movements even when i don’t have time for a session. My shoulder mobility has gotten pretty rough after a few too many years of desk work with limited exercise. This program’s been just the medicine they needed. They’re more mobile, which is making me more confident, which is getting them more exercise, a virtuous cycle back to a healthier me. Huge fan.

I am 64 female. Had lots of previous injuries and was not very mobile at all. I couldn’t even kneel down to the ground. Now I can do almost everything I want to. I can now sit to stand cross legged without any assist from my hands. I can squat all the way down. GMB will be in my life forever!!!

Vraiment Top!

GMB Fitness has been a game changer! I am in my mid-50's, and a professional pianist, and an ACE personal trainer. After too many years of repetitive motion issues through practicing/playing piano, and teaching Bodypump, I needed to change my fitness routine and address deficiencies. I have regained flexibilty and strength, and things are less crunchy sounding. I am also learning new, cool, fun skills that can be incorporated into any existing routine. I love the fact that I am getting stronger without feeling wasted after workouts. The method stems from science, and can be modified based on how much time one may/may not have on a particular day, and where one is physically. I highly recommend GMB to everyone!

The only regret I have is that I did not incorporate GMB into my workouts in my younger days. I’m 68 and Elements has made a tremendous difference in my life. Along with some mini programs , shoulders unlocked, all you kneed is load and several others have kept me moving and strong in so many ways. 👍👍

I love how easy it is to build training momentum with GMB programs. You just show up, click 'start session' and follow along what has neatly been laid out for you. If you are not at your best on a given day, you scale it back. If you are feeling strong, you give it a little extra. It makes you feel that every session contributes to the long-term goal of getting stronger, more mobile and confident in moving your body.

I’ve been using GMB Fitness programs for about eight months, starting with Elements and progressing through Mobility, Integral Strength, and Triple Shot Conditioning. Each program is thoughtfully designed—well-rounded, accessible, fun, and scalable—and they deliver real-world results. My flexibility, strength, and body control have improved noticeably. That carries over into everyday life: I move with more ease when playing with my kids, during martial arts practice, and even out on the hiking trail. The team’s support is excellent whenever you need it. Highly recommended.

I have been training one way or the other all of my adult life. Outside of injury or illness i have not missed more than 2 consecutive weeks of training. I started out with swimming, but then with back and should injuries moved to weights training which i have been doing about 14 years. Initially I stumbled onto GMB as I was interested in learninng to do the planche. But in the meantime, I have come to appreciate the more fundamental aspects of core strength, flexibility and mobility that I get through the programs GMB offers. I started with Elements, but for some reason was not that motivated but once through with elements I wanted to try Integral strength. So I repeated Elements, this time doing it at least once a week to move to Integral Strength sooner. That is when the breakthrough came. . With a lower back injury flexibility is always a challenge, but I am hoping with a little more focus on that aspect more of the basic challenges like the L-Sit will be more comfortable to execute. In the meantime the training has made the sciatica much easier to live with. Elements is sill my favourite and as I work through Integral strength I am figuring out, along with the fabulous Animal Rx library, what my own weekly routine might look like. I look forward to being added into the Alpha Posse thing to be able to get some ideas to that end. Thanks for the great programs and tips. /Ryan (also 53)

100% recommend The GMB method focuses on consistent effort and listening to your body. It’s not what your body looks like or how heavy you can lift. Following these programs improves what my body can do in daily life - increasing my range of motion, bodily control, and balance. I wish I started this sooner!
