I enjoy the mobility program in that, it has done exactly what it is supposed to. This year I've been doing a 15 min session daily, and had been through it twice before, and still find results through it (and 15 a day is achievable every day). If you want to get moving better, it's a great way to do so. Elements was great as well and also had a lot of movement benefits.

I've found everything I needed in this outstanding, unique and no nonsense program! These guys are so knowledgeable about fitness, you feel not only stronger and more flexible after the workouts but also smarter! I'm not obsessed with fitness but this has been the place I keep returning to because it feels safe, efficient and FUN!

The GMB programs all have been instrumental in keeping my professional dancing going, between knee and shoulder issues, I have utilized resilience l, elements and mobility, as I prepare for shows I use the pumpkin spice. Resilience is the program I do use the most but I implement from the others as well. Integral strength is also where I pull from. All these programs are well put together and allow for your own path in what you need. I literally only use GMB. Thank you to the team!

“I’ve must have done over 60 cartwheels”- 60 what!! 😮 said a friend, cartwheels, are you serious. Yes maybe more, as part of a (sequence) routine. Why was that so surprising? I’m 56 going on 57 soon. I got GMB cause when I hit 50 some parts of my body felt like it can come apart easily. Now much better, now i feel 56 going on 40.

J’adore les programmes mais surtout leurs articles sur les sujets fitness qui couvrent un peu de tout généralement. Ça m’a changé la tête et m’a permis d’avoir une vu différente qu’avant.

GMB Fitness delivers smart, enjoyable online training for busy adults. The programs cut through the noise, focusing on practical strength and movement that carry over into everyday life—without unnecessary fluff.

I have been involved in serious fitness for years and completed some excellent military programs (eg SealFit) and weight/bodyweight training programs (all AthleanX programs). I discovered GMB a couple of years ago and completed Elements looking for improved mobility and reducing pain, particularly in my back/lumbar region. The Program accomplished that and so much more. I then moved on to Integral Strength, which I like even better. Now that I am in my 50s, it is important to minimize injury risk while maximizing strength - this program does that. Still on the first phase, but I have been doing pull-ups along with it since I already trained those regularly. Really looking forward to the rest of IS. Should not be surprised as gymnasts always look like some of the fittest athletes. Thank you GMB.

I've just finished my first run through of the Elements program. It is without a doubt an absolute gem. I could not recommend it enough, and I often do to my family and friends. Honestly I had initially had my doubts, as I suspect many do, about all this scurrying on the ground nonsense. Now I am a proud and converted scurryer and will preach scurrying to all who will listen.

I'm an older guy (48) with a long history of decent strength but poor mobility and stability, with repeated joint injuries. I've been following GMB for years at this point via their newsletters and had purchased a couple of their programs, but never pulled the trigger on committing to finishing one until this year. After working most of the way through the gradual track of Elements, I really appreciate how the program is set up. Especially with having a gradual track at all. I had tried the normal track previously, which was too fast for me. I can feel myself being stronger, more stable, mobile, and more confident with the Elements exercises at each workout. That encourages me to keep going. The vast majority of the exercise tutorials are solid. There are a few where it would have been nice to have an example shown of a more remedial version for those of us with poor hip mobility (e.g. Walk Into Squat and Floating Table Top Pull To Squat). Even most of the way through Elements, I can't get even close to doing either of those exercises for a single rep, and I can't think of a scaled-down version that would work. That said, I've had enough confidence in Elements that I've also purchased a few of their other programs (e.g. Integral Strength, Resilience, Recovery and Mobility). I'm sure they'll be just as good as Elements has been so far.

I started the program after going through menopause, which caused me a lot of pain all over my body and made it difficult to move. I’ve tried all kinds of workouts in my life, and this program is truly effective and enjoyable to do. I feel much better and stronger since I started, even though I often only have time for 15-minute sessions. I highly recommend it.

I've been really impressed with this program! It's challenging, but structured so that I can modify to my level or my needs in that day. I've felt and seen alot of positive changes in my body, new muscles activating that I didn't know I hadn't used! I can see why people say they do the Elements program multiple times. I like that they have a small variety of models of different body types and fitness levels. I'd love to see more video examples of modifications that people with less strength can do, which is usually my problem. There is normally video for modifications for people with less flexibility, which is helpful as well. Overall, I'm quite happy and looking forward to trying their other programs.

5 out of 5 stars because GMB is the main reason why I have more mobility and move better at 46 then in my twenties. Over the years i have done almost all of their programmes with Elements, Integral Strength and Mobility multiple times. It laid a foundation to explore movement and dance as a hobby and most importantly helps me play more freely with my 6 year olds

First of all, the program IS is incredibly fun. The individual exercises are explained in detail and important points are pointed out, so that a correct execution is guaranteed. Lighter and heavier variations are shown to customise the intensity. Continous progress inspires. Personally, I'dont like strength training on machines and I'm thrilled with the variety and the success of the training. My body changed visibly and I gain strenght and self confidence. And I lern skills that I didn't think I'd ever manage.

While I started training mobility on the last few years, I always struggled to maintain any consistency. Resilience and Elements have both been excellent!

I am very happy with the training regimen of GMB Fitness. I have a few injuries, and although they flare up with other exercise programs, I find that the exercises in the GMB program work my body in a way that facilitates their healing and strengthening. My mobility and range of motion have also increased in measurable ways, and I feel more limber throughout the day.

I am really happy with the Elements Program. I'm 69 years old and have dealt with some injuries, shoulder, ankle, etc. I have tried several times to get through the program and have had to stop because my knees started to hurt. I have been doing PT and another program (Anatomy in Motion) which have been helping me with my knees, but what has helped me most this time is the option to do an easier, shorter version, 15 minutes of training time. I'm motivated to keep going and I'm hoping I can return back to the beginning and go for the longer training time once I mget through the basic program I'm doing now.

I am 62 years old, 3 years post right total hip replacement and lifelong exerciser. Since the hip replacement I have been searching for a training plan that doesn’t leave me sore and limping for days after. With GMB I can feel the mobility improvements in my hips, knees and ankles and the lack of pain in my shoulders. Your elements program is a game changer for me, I can train consistently again.
