I enjoy the mobility program in that, it has done exactly what it is supposed to. This year I've been doing a 15 min session daily, and had been through it twice before, and still find results through it (and 15 a day is achievable every day). If you want to get moving better, it's a great way to do so. Elements was great as well and also had a lot of movement benefits.

I have been struggling with mobility and having consistent workouts due to an intensely bad case of plantar fasciitis. I started Elements about 4 weeks ago, and holy cow have I made progress! It was so hard at first especially on my wrists, as I do have the beginnings of arthritis and carpal tunnel. But the gradual section of the program has helped build strength and endurance in my wrists. I can now do all of the movements and for extended periods of time. I am so glad I found GMB and the Elements Program. I can't wait to complete Elements and take on Resilience! These programs really do fit into other training or rehab - I am so grateful!

I've done the GMB programs for 1.5 years now, elements end to end a few times, mobility, resilience. The programs are golden. They can be used as warmups sessions, preheb, or as full on training sessions. All the sessions allow you to move within your own limits, accessible to all. They service me as an irreplaceable complementary to calisthenics and gymnastics training. During the process I discovered how awesome locomotion is, and how it can really prepare your body for other application of strength and mobility. I would recommend the programs to anybody who simply wants to move better, feel stronger, and be able to train for the long term. Also, you will learn some cool moves

The way that GMB approaches fitness is amazing to me. Somehow, they manage to be whole-body and area-specific all at once. The gradual, do what you're ready for attitude that each exercise is presented with is refreshing and helpful - it's encouraging without making you feel like you're lesser for not being as far in the progressions as you'd like. And the interface online could not be easier to use.

I love GMB. It is an outstanding program to compliment my marathon training. It is a fun way to support functional strength and dynamic range of motion for life and Marathon running.

Well designed website for the content, I like that I can tailor the work length. Good, sounds programs and movement. I was already taking advantage of their free content on YouTube and their website before I purchased some of their training programs and very happy with it.

I have completed multiple GMB programs and participated in Momentum 2025. Across all programs, I consistently found the content to be well-structured, scientifically sound and thoughtfully progressed. The coaching cues are precise and the educational explanations are clear. Overall, GMB offers a high-quality, reliable framework for intelligent movement training.

I'm 22 sessions into the GMB Elements program and I absolutely love it. I am very motivated to improve my joint flexibility and strength to fight back against the aches and pains that my largely sedentary lifestyle has caused over so many years. I love the options to take the program at different speeds of progression, and vary your session durations each day if you wish. I much prefer the vibe of GMB to other movement programs I've seen. They create a relaxed and supportive environment for you with their online sessions that makes you feel like you're in the room with them.

Decided to give it a go for real. I'm impressed with how it is working out the kinks in my movement, and exposing tight/problem areas as well as imbalances between left and right side. I've worked out in one way or another for decades (powerlifting, outdoor pursuits, calisthenics, period of less activity, CrossFit, etc), but this one seems to address my overall goal of freedom in movement without pain, builds strength , flexibility, mobility, and cardio all at the same time. Glad I spent the equivalent of 3x physical therapy sessions for this workout program with lifetime access.

I use this alongside my weight lifting and cardio routines. It's awesome. I've improved my flexiblity, joint strength and overall mobility. I found it hard at first because its so different but it got easier as I went on. I stuck to the 15 min sessions and as time went on i started 30 min sessions. It's a different kind of strength and absolutely belongs in your fitness routine!!!!

After years of struggling to stretch and improve my flexibility I decided to give Elements a try. I’m 10 sessions into the Gradual track and have already noticed that my back is feeling a little better and I walk a little more freely. I’m looking forward to continuing on this journey.

I’m 63, and pretty active - hike, trail run (former ultra) a bit, do strength 4 x pw and occasionally play around on my indoor rower, kayak, mountain bike and yoga mat but none as regularly as the resilience programme. I have long recognised that I need to strengthen my shoulders in a very real world way. They have been problematic for many years after developing frozen shoulder and injuring the other one in a race fall. It has been difficult for me to do push-ups for about 10 years…I can do one if I’m lucky compared to 50 pre injury - My Exercise physiologist has been setting me strength exercises within my bone density weight training program the last few weeks as I kept hurting my shoulders and setting my progress back as the weight increased in the pressing movements. I was obviously lacking in the underpinning functionality - stability and strength of my shoulders, trapezius, and upper back in general. I can also feel my core strengthening. I have been doing resilience program for about three weeks now and average about five times a week for 15 minutes each time… I do still find many of the exercises beyond my ability but they’re usually is a modified/beginners method offered and I do what I can. I certainly can’t always do a full three minutes but each day especially this last week I’m starting to notice some improvement and I certainly noticed more strength/stability and confidence in my shoulders after the very first week. I had developed tennis elbow about a year ago which was also causing me some problems with various pushing and pulling movements with the increase of weights I was using but these exercises in the resilience program also seem to be helping with that. Each movement is very clearly explained in this program and I think that is one of the things I really appreciate about it… I usually still want to listen to most of the instruction preamble to each exercise so if I do it can take me up to 30 minutes which is fine but if I have become familiar with one I can skip that instruction segment and go straight into the actual movement which is about three minutes in length for each one. There is also warm up/prep section as well which is really good and I can usually do most of those pretty well. I often use the mobility program as a warmup for my weights session after I have walked the dog in the mornings. I like also that there are some prompts at the end to get feedback about how you went in each workout. Sometimes I screenshot it and save it in Strava. The program cost $45 Australian and you have it forever which I think is exceptional value and it’s certainly one of the reasons I chose this program initially. I have recommended it to many friends. My dream is to be able to have really strong, stable resilient shoulders and be pain free - and be able to do all my strength work with confidence including banging out rock solid push-ups in the not too distant future!. I am also looking forward to having this very important element of my training as part of my daily routine for many years to come. I think it is crucial in making us well rounded athletes and fully functional humans at any stage of life and absolutely, as I continue my journey as a more “senior” person, I hope to live with increasing confidence in my body not less. - I live alone and hope to stay on my large property, and I need/want to be able to do all of the things that I need to do here and want to do for play for at least a couple more decades if not 3-4! Who knows maybe one day I will be able to do all of the exercises at the more advanced level of this resilience program and maybe even move on to another one!

I have a couple (or few?) of the GMB programs - have had them for quite a few years now. Lately I've been working through integral strength with my wife. Great way to start the day! I went all bodyweight workouts a bunch of years ago and there's no looking back for me. It has helped my rock climbing, hiking, and my general moving through lilfe immensely. The programs are easy to modify movements so a really big variety of preparedness can be accomodated. I do a lot of workouts on the rings, so I'm putting myself into the beast mode category, and the workouts totally work for me. Great base to which I usually add some each day (pullups on the rings, dips, etc).

I am a middle-aged BJJ practitioner with a lot of injuries. After a couple of weeks of the Resilience program, I already feel stronger and move better in the places I didn't before.

I found GMB on Facebook. I appreciate their approach to health and movement. I look forward to using more of their programs. Right now I’m only using Resiliency. It rocks!

I'm a 71-year-old woman. Relieved long-term ankle pain like nothing else has. It's fun. Not easy but not impossible. I do not work very hard at it. 15-minute sessions 5 to zero times a week. I've skipped weeks at a time. But I've improved in Mobility, strength, movement, fitness. Like the emphasis on listening to your body and not being perfect. It works! Take it from an old slacker.
