The worst company on the internet. Won t give refunds and on line chat people just cut you off. Disgusting behaviours, unprofessional company. Avoid like the Coronavirius.

Like other customers groupon lied to me about an item which was never shipped. Told me to wait until 5 may and then if product didn’t arrive I could have a refund. Turned out they would only vouchers which I certainly don’t want. Haven’t heard from them since I asked for my money back. Now going to seek legal advice

Ordered 2 of an item, only 1 came. Did a live chat with them and they refunded the whole purchase price and I could keep the 1 item. Not sure if redeeming the refund will be simple but going on their performance so far, I have high expectations.

I placed an order a month ago, expected a bit of a delay due to COVID-19 but not this long. Logged into my account and my order hadn’t even been dispatched so I emailed customer services, who told me my order had been cancelled (nice of them to let me know during that month waiting on my order!). They are refusing to give me my money back despite me paying for an order I was never going to receive. All they will give me is Groupon credit, which I don’t want and have told them I don’t want but they have to “support their merchants”. How about supporting the customers who have parted with whatever cash they have at the minute to buy essentials!

I updated my shipping adress and saved it prior to ordering. Somehow my shipping adress didn't get updated so my 2 orders totaling $85 is being shipped to my old adress. I placed the order on Sunday and the website says it is still processing and shipment will be delayed 12 days. Customer service claimed there was nothing they could do although the orders will be just sitting in the warehouse. They need to improve thier computer system. I asked the rep to update my adress so it will be right the next time I order. He said there was no way to update my adress.

Ordered goods 22 days ago. Groupon took over £300 of my money and didn't send the goods I had ordered. When asked if they would resolve the issue they said they aim to contact me within the next 30 days. So they are intending on keeping my money for at least 52 days and with no intention of sending me my order. Total scam. Will never use them again. Thank god I paid via PayPal

On 4-28-20 I ordered a subscription for highlights magazine for one of my grand children. Groupon took my credit information and bingo, the transaction was done. Did not ask where to send the magazine or anything. I tried to call groupon. Forget it!! I contacted online chat. Useless!! All I wanted them to do is cancel the current order so that I could order 2 one year subscriptions for my grand children. Scamming people even during Corona! Not giving money refund for the events that got cancelled due to PANDEMIC! They never even sent an email to inform us that the event got cancelled and to offer a refund. Saying voucher expired on the day of the event?! Disrespectful, unprofessional, untrustworthy and taking advantage of the current situation and stealing money from people is outrageous! Ignoring requests for refund and on top of it still encourage you to shop with them with points they so generously would give you, and then wondering if the item will ever arrive! no, thank you. No manager, no responsible person to be forwarded to, nothing. big 0 of "business" And bank of Scotland doesn't want to cancel and refund payment because "voucher expired".

I am writing this review as I am very dissatisfied with my recent experience with Groupon's costumer support. Due to COVID-19, an event which I purchased 4 tickets for was cancelled. I bought these tickets for my supposed to be out of town guests. As the event was cancelled and travel restrictions were placed, we were clearly no longer going to attend this event. The event has not been postponed, and even if it does get postponed, we will not be attending it due to the circumstances. Not only do we no longer want to attend the event IF it is postponed, we need to support our families as best we can which includes financial matters. Groupon refused to issue the refund. Groupon explicitly stated that they put their merchant connections first. While I am sympathetic toward all that are negatively impacted at this time, it is unfortunate that Groupon is not to their costumers. This negative and selfish experience (on Groupon's end) has completely changed my outlook of this business. It speaks volumes when the costumer is not put first, especially during a time like this. I used to think Groupon was a business which valued giving their costumers good experiences at a discounted rate. At least, that's not how they've been taught to sell it. From this experience, I learned that Groupon values revenue over costumer satisfaction. By knowing this, I will no longer support this business.

My husband and I purchased a spa package through Groupon. The date of our spa appointment fell within the stay-at-home order for the pandemic. My husband is currently only on part-time hours as opposed to the 50 he was working before this happened. I contacted Groupon asking for the refund of my $250 so I could buy groceries and formula for my family due to lack of income. I explained my situation and they could have cared less. They refunded me Groupon bucks. I went on to see if I could find some sort of grocery store or gift card for grocery store to purchase food and the only options on their website is junk food or wine. So I can feed my toddler junk food and tell my 6 month old tough luck because there's no formula on Groupon. I will not be using this website any longer. Waste of $250. Thanks for nothing Groupon.

Refund, delivery, support handling Ordered trough groupon and could highly advise to stay away from this website. I also made the big error of trusting this site and did not use PayPal. Iordered an item worth 96€. I didn’t hear anything about order being dispatched till I opened a support case 3 weeks later. I was on held up an additional 5 days saying, they are looking into it. Next I was again delayed another 5 days that they had contacted the reseller and I should receive my item within the next 5 days. This didn’t happen again and there was no explanation, further follow ups or transparency in their process. Their solution was not to refund my money, but rather to credit me groupon credit, which I would not use after this experience. They are not willing to actually talk with the reseller or provide me with any estimate dates, what ever the real reason (out of stock, business not operating because of covid19, etc). I also offered to contact the reseller myself, if I don’t mind waiting as long as I know when it could arrive, but received the answers of groupon that they don’t have the resellers contact info, which would be a requirement to become a merchant as displayed on their website. The last email after repeatedly asking the to build a connection some home, I receive an answer with another website where I could find similar items, not addressing the support case, trying to get rid of me. I’ll look into this case further to report groupon to eu regulators and consumer rights for the principal of it and to ensure future fellow eshoppers won’t have to go through this experience stretching out 5 weeks+ with poor case handling and no sign of cooperating to find a suitable solution.

Been let down since the 04/04/2020 nothing but excuses was told goods in transit went on to the app checked my purchases told that I have not bought anything They took money for the goods from my account but remember they told me that I have not bought anything from them but they still took the money that’s fraud DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY LIE GIVE FALSE I FORMATION EVER EVER USE THIS SCAM COMPANY

Ordered some face masks as at risk. Not delivered a week after promise. Say its the post. But we get a delivery most days. Just an excuse for poor service. Won't refund said I have to wLit another 14 days. Last time I will use it

They think it’s acceptable to not except customer service calls and provide contact with in (7days via email) and they are blaming it on COVID-19 this is a failed business plan not the pandemics fault! Let’s boycott businesses like these and other now and until the end of time! They can provide adequate customer service but can take out money! This isn’t right

I booked and pre-paid for a trip with Groupon. I have been using Groupon for years. Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic (which was unpredicted) the beaches were closed and we could not take the trip. There is no way to speak to a human at this place, I've tried. The customer service number is automated and cuts you off. I have held multiple chats with people asking for the reservation number because the place we were to stay had NO record of my reservation. Groupon could not provide a reservation number. The condo we were to stay seemed willing to work with me and reschedule our trip if only Groupon could provide a reservation number. After a month, still no reservation number and all Groupon tells me is that we were a no show. No way to work with condo and reschedule, no credit toward another future stay. I don't want a refund, I simply wanted to reschedule and willing to do it at the condo convenience in lieu of mine in order to make the trip. With no record of my stay at all, I can tell you this will be my last Groupon. Customer Service was a joke as all I've gotten for a month now is the runaround. Still no refund and/or no credit received. Pitiful.

Delivery takes up to a month now . Don’t listen to their lies saying 2 weeks or less . Items don’t always arrive . My advice don’t order at this time . The masks they sell are made in China . I didn’t wanna touch it . Not sure if it’s clean from the virus or not if made there ... customer service is poor .

I have placed 4 orders with Groupon and I have had 4 problems. Actually nightmares. Their customer service people are nasty on top of everything. It's really not worth the problems. Do yourself a favor and stay away from Groupon. Any company that doesn't have a phone number or an address does so because they are a scam and a bunch of cowards, not really interested in customer service.

I would give -5 stars if I could. They never sent my order, and refused to give my money back, only groupon bucks. I never want to shop there again due to this bad experience, but I'm forced to take credit or lose my money. They are using the covid 19 crisis as a scapegoat for being able to steal customers' money and claim they are helping small businesses. Shameful on their part to take advantage of customers like this during a global crisis!
