I ordered a set of 5 Brazilian Blowout products through Groupon Goods. It was final sale, so I was hoping they were authentic. One of the items, the conditioner, smelled absolutely terrible, worse than cleaning product (and of course not matching the smell of the other items in the set), and the bottle was slightly different than the other ones in the set, especially the cap. I told Groupon but they refused to allow the return. I showed them pictures of the bottle when asked, which showed the numerous differences between the shampoo and conditioner bottle design. They said all they could offer is $10 in Groupon Bucks which I had to purchase another Groupon to use, which didn't even cover the cost of the conditioner, which I then threw away. Disreputable company.

Never use them!!! Take your money for a hotel that’s fully booked and now I’ve got nothing too show for 315 pound refusing to give a refund or even help us even after the hotel has emailed them saying they cannot book us in

Abysmal. Tried to buy tickets for Fusion festival for my 10 year old daughter. The ticket said Little mix on it I didn't realise two nights were advertised on same ticket. Ended up with two tickets for wrong day. Customer services were atrocious. Starting with the operative on the premium call line pretending not to hear me so she could terminate the call. 5 live chats who each time said somebody would e mail me. Nobody did. All I wanted to do was pay the additional money and exchange for the tickets I wanted. The fine print would not allow it and the whole company seems devoid of any human desion making. My 10 year old does not understand that because of the fine print says she cant go. She didn't really want to go and see Dizzy Rascal either as suggested by the live chat operative who didn't really get the issue. This whole fiasco has taken up a day of my life cost me £60 and I still have a devastated 10 year old. Please take my advice and avoid.

Our business did not get the amount they said as part of a deal. They ran a further promotion without telling us so we got even less. They make money off businesses and do not care if the business suffers as long as they make money. AVOID IF A BUSINESS

I have purchased multiple groupons from the company. Many have ended up in the Merchant no longer accepting the voucher. After contacting Groupon they only offered a trade in or Groupon bucks as a refund. I got a new service which again did not accept the voucher. I contact Groupon advising all their preferred merchants are unreliable costing me to pay out of pocket for the services. Groupon explained the would not refund my money to my bank account because I used the trade in. I explain I only used the trade in because that was the only option they gave me. They did not assist and had no intention to do so. Horrible customer service from the representatives and the manager Sanath.

I purchased a hair salon groupon.but the salon refused to honor.it.so I contacted.groupon.customer.service.which is difficult.to find.they let me trade it in.for another different.hair salon.plus I paid $7 more.this salon knew I had a groupon.when I got there for my appointment.that salon.refused to honor it also.only a few days after I purchased that one.the stylist said I needed to pay her full price.and get a refund.but groupon.only refunded $7 and gave me $61 in groupon.bucks.they want to keep my money and pretend I'm getting something.I do not have to accept worthless groupon.s that are not honored.it is fraud.to keep money.but a customer gets nothing.the salons are telling me.they won't honor any groupon because groupon.has reduced how much they get for .them.this is bad buisness.not my fault.they won't answer my e mails.they won't refund my full refund.but they said they would.be aware.I will never buy anymore groupons.they are a bad company they have horrible bad customer service.lots of bad reviews.they keep your money.they won't do the right thing.they try and hide how to contact customer service.no phone number.

GROUPON AIRPORT VOUCHER IS A CON! I purchased “Looking4Parking” Groupon voucher worth of £4 which said it will be up to 35% discount. Instruction on Groupon was not clear or concise, it just said to put Groupon code while booking. The only option to enter the code was at the beginning, before you pressed the compare button, which I did but no discount was shown. Even more the price with the Groupon voucher was £76.95 when if I would book without voucher it would cost only £67.72 which is £9.23 more. At that time I presumed that discount would be deducted at the end so I carried on with booking. However it never did. I phoned Groupon and I was told that I need to bring printed voucher on arrival to the company and will get discount refund. I phoned the company for confirmation but was informed that Groupon provided me with false information as no refund will be given. Also they confirmed that my booking is not discounted and I can not change or cancel it due to the type of booking. They said they can not help me here and advised to contact Groupon and solve the problem with them since I bought the voucher from Groupon. However when I contacted Groupon they advised me to talk to “looking4Parking” to sort out the issue and get refund of any surcharge from them as they would not going to pay back any difference that I lost using my Groupon voucher, even though it is Groupon who advertise that they have contract with the company on their site and they should take responsibility when something there is a problem. Groupon absolves itself of responsibility by throwing problems back at their loyal customers. Groupon just misleads customers and deliberately conceals the full information which leads the customers to believe it is a good deal when in reality it is just a con. I am very disappointed with Groupon services and "deals?" luckily it is not a large amount that I have lost, though stop using Groupon in the future. I am relieved that I realised what a shady company Groupon is before investing into a more expensive deal.

****BEWARE******* yakoe rattan sofa arrived damage but not allowed to return Purchased a sofa set with a damaged zip, groupon expect me to offer up 3 days I am able to be in for collection “all day”, (and they can’t guarantee the collection company will even be able to collect on these days) without me offering this, they will not start returns process. My only option is to take 3 days off work, since I have no annual leave available, this is impossible for me to adhere to. Other than the zip the product seems good, and I’d expect this is not typical of the prod, My advice would be to buy elsewhere, groupon are utterly useless at customer care. Amazon sell the same product at similar price and have very good customer care!

You don’t usually get the items advertised. Received lookalikes 3 times in a row. No customer service. Will never buy again from them. DON’T use GROUPON.

Near Impossible to Get Support or Management: I have had several issues. I have written to the executives in past and have received NOTHING in return regarding my concerns of the ethics of some of their associated merchants. Company now offers support by website chat. However, when I had an order "hang" in a "processing" state, the person could do nothing. I used a coupon on the order which was limit 1. I also used PayPal, but the Groupon site errored when attempting to link to PayPal. The order was then hung in "processing" They could cancel the order but not reissue my ability to use the coupon. They could not place the order for me. They could not update the billing information. They could do...NOTHING. The next day (order now in a failed - resubmit credit card state) when connecting by chat they also could not find where I could click to update the CC info. In the end they"made a one time exception" for their own error. Telling me that is belittling. I sent an email asking for a manager to call...the rep calling me back was n not a manager and took over 25 minutes of haggling with me -- wanting to know the issue - when I told them it was a personnel issue. Eventually they transferred me only to have me wait indefinitely...I eventually hung up and sent another phone request.

I only put 1 because you don't no nil, I ordered a 5 piece rattan furniture set . when we assembled the furniture it had a number of faults. we got hold of the company involved and they said they had no stock so we should phone Groupon Upon phoning Groupon Customer Service several times AND GIVEN THE RUN AROUND WE WERE TOLD WE COULD HAVE A DIFFERENT SET . Then we were told replacement parts were being dispatched then we were told they didn't have the parts and they didn't have the other set. we we THEN TOLD IF keep the broken set we can have £20 of groupon credit. SO THEY WANTED ME TO PAY HUNDREDS OF ££££ FOR SOMTHING WHICH WAS BROKEN . They said we can have full refund but that will take time to enter our account but we have to take time off for them to pick up the broken set . the summer will be over by the time we get a refund . Its safe to say I will NEVER order from Groupon again and advise others who are thinking of using groupon to think again and use a reputable company who have a Customer Complaints service because groupon don't. groupons Customer Service Helplines don't have a clue what they are doing let alone the products they are selling. all they want is your money once they have got it they want to keep it.

I received an email from Groupon advertising a deal for a restaurant, which has a location a few miles from my home. Groupon knows my zip code and regularly sends ads for local deals. I purchased the deal through it app. When I opened the Groupon, it showed the location on a map, which was not familiar. I discovered the restaurant was 40 miles away! The email ad does not show the location. When I called Groupon, I was told the restaurant did not give refunds and I would have to use it or lose it. I called the restaurant manager and he said it was not their policy to deny refunds, that it was Groupon’s refusal. Groupon Customer Service was no help whatsoever. They (more than one rep) would not acknowledge any responsibility for their error. I had to connect with the Groupon sales representative for the restaurant to get resolution and that only occurred because he’s buying the Groupon form me. So, don’t trust Groupon for pushing “local” deals out to you and know you have to fight back when they screw up. Update: After repeated attempts with documentation to support Groupon’s error, there was no recognition of error from Groupon. The useless Customer Service reps ended the email exchange with “I am not able to assist any further with your particular request and we consider this issue resolved.” Thank God the Local Flavor representative for to restaurant/deal stepped in and took care of it, personally, by purchasing the Groupon. This after the restaurant manager contacted him. So, Groupon App users beware. When Groupon messes up...you will be treated like the enemy when you contact them.

Groupon are endorsing sales to animal marine life shows where captured Whales perform for simple human level entertainment. Absolutely disgusting. This is support of exploitation! When I contacted their support team they had the audacity to say that Marine Life in France has met their strict regulatory standards. What a joke! Animals shouldn't be exploited full stop! Shame on you!

I ordered a 9 piece rattan furniture set by Davis and Grant for £299.99. The item glass table top was delivered shattered to pieces we didn't even have to open the box the glass was moving around in the box. The courier service UPS advised us to refuse that part of the delivery and request a replacement which we did. Upon phoning Groupon Goods Customer Service several times and being told a replacement will be dispatched and Management teams will be in contact via email regarding some explanation we received no correspondence what so ever. I made another call to the same Customer Service only to be told by a Supervisor called Mike that the item was out of stock and he can only offer a full refund which we still are waiting to receive at this time. After checking online and making a phone call again I found out that groupon have the same Davis and Grant 9 Piece Rattan Furniture Set IN STOCK in grey. We are left with partly assembled furniture due to missing parts and no table top. Its safe to say I will NEVER order from Groupon again and advise others to consider a trustable reputable company who have a better Customer Complaints service hierarchy as from those who have dealt with on Customer Service Helplines don't have a clue what they are doing let alone the products they are selling. despicable

Ordered and paid for aramis EDT. After 8 days nothing received but money repaid into the PayPal account. No explanation or reason given. Still being advertised on Google. Will NEVER deal with them ever agaim

TERRIBLE COMPANY!!!! ABSOLUTELY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! No way to get in touch with these fools. I tried all their accessablity routes with no results! Do not deal with them! NOT CUSTOMER FRIENDLY!!!
