“ Horrendous customer service (shenaz) dx and H.Samuel have lost my package I have not received this upon waiting for a response after weeks they are refusing to refund me I supplied cctv footage of the supposedly time the delivery was delivered clearly no driver I have sent several picture of my door way they claim it doesn’t match well how would the image match as it’s not my door way complete carnage of a company ”
