Ordered a bathroom suite delivered to our office, it came 3 days earlier than promised I wasn't there to accept delivery. Coming to fit the suite it was noticed after opening the boxes that the toilet seat was missing, reported it to them but they said I should have checked the delivery. So you receive a delivery 3 days early, that you aren't available for so it is dropped off and you are meant to hold the driver to get the person receiving the delivery open 6 boxes 2 jiffy bags and reconcile what isn't there. Absolute joke! Definitely would not recommend.

Do not use! Avoid this company i had to search for my delivery sent to wrong address. Spent hours on the phone and emails trying to get thing resolved when it come to a return after weeks of trying to sort it out they now want to charge me £160plus VAT which is against the customer rights act 2015 but they don't care! Consumer Rights Act 2015 stipulates that traders must not impose any fee on the consumer in respect of a refund. Specifically, Section 20 of the Consumer Rights Act 2015 states that "the trader must not impose any fee on the consumer in respect of the refund".

5 weeks a go I ordered two vanity units including a sink on the top. They were fitted a week later. There are two cupboard doors under the sink. In less than 4 weeks they have split and blown. I contacted heat and plumb directly to ask if they could replace the doors with better quality ones, assuming that they were maybe a bad batch. They replied to tell me that at no point should any water come in contact with the doors. THE DOORS ARE FITTED DIRECTLY UNDER THE SINK. I had similar units from another company before these and the doors lasted over 5 years! Poor quality products. AVOID.

Do not order from this company !! They were supposed to have delivered a bathroom suite last friday only to tell me there was a problem with their warehouse and that I would not be receiving it. They were overly apologetic and promised me to deliver next week which is today with a 2 hour delivery slot. I informed them I had taken 2 days off work as annual leave to wait in for these deliveries. It's nearly 5pm and guess what still no delivery. I've been on the phone to them 5 times today to only tell me now they cannot get hold of their delivery driver!!!! I'm furious. Never again will I be ordering from this rubbish company Date of experience: 20 September 2024

Horrible experience. I bought a cabinet unit with a mirror from them. The mirror started to peel off after a few months. I contacted them and asked for a refund or replacement but according to HeatandPlumb it's okay that the unit is extremely poor quality but costs a lot of money. Hugely disappointed. I wonder if there's a customer support that could help. They refuse to replace it.

I ordered from this company a Rak sink and all its fittings. The mixer tap I ordered started to leak so I called my plumber. I rang Heat & Plumb to expect a new tap but all I had was a part for tge tap. I had to call my plumber to fit it. I asked if there was any help available to help me pay this unexpected bill. I spoke to a person who's name was Anna. She said she would ring me back but this did not happen. So I sent her a message this she ignored. This is a cowboy outfit AVOID at all costs they are totally umprofessional.

Faulty item but refused to provide a refund. Customer service team have no idea what Consumer Rights Act is and kept telling me incorrect information about my consumer rights. Bounced from one customer service agent to another until I reached a "Senior Customer Service" agent that sent conflicting information and emails that made no sense what so ever. I've had to complain to my credit card company to get my money back as they refuse to collect the item to inspect the fault themselves and refuse to fund me. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Do not use this company, zero care of the customer. Hides behind small print and small print 'Terms and Conditions'. We ordered a few items from Heatandplumb and unfortunately one of the goods arrived damaged. Value £600+ Despite boxes being sealed and not opened and kept safely until the plumbers needed them, they were damaged in transit except we couldn't prove it. if you do order do more than peek in boxes. Get each item out and inspect for damage as trying to claim or change after 4 weeks was extortionately expensive and exchanges not possible due to stock unavailability. The items are likely to suffer from shipment damage because they are constructed with cheap chipboard and thin brackets. Tried many times to resolve no support given and company disputed section 75 claim with vigour. Go elsewhere just to deal with humans who care if their customers are suffering. I dislike writing these but feel completely let down.

Ordered Villeroy & Boch tap and waste for a deck mounted basin, as shown on the HeatandPlumb website photo shown below. The narrative did not say that the supplied waste would not be compatible and the order process did not give any opportunity to select a different, compatible, waste. HeatandPlumb say their photos are "purely illustrative" which means that the fault is mine for believing that I would get what they advertise. They will accept a return of the complete order, presumably at my expense, but I paid £84 to have the tap fitted and it will cost the same to get it removed, so that's not realistic. A reasonable supplier would simply exchange the wrong waste for an appropriate one and change their advert to avoid other people falling for the same error but they flatly refuse to take either action.

I contacted the company to ask for delivery contact details and was refused. They told me that the delivery had been made - then they told me that the delivery driver could not find our address - then they told me that they had contacted the delivery company and that the driver was half an hour away! All lies. My husband took a whole day off work to help with the delivery as per their instruction that assistance would be needed for items weighing more than 30kg. What are they trying to hide by not providing details of the transport company they are using, and with holding contact information. If the driver had my address and telephone number why was no contact made if he could not locate us - I do not believe a word I have been told and will be cancelling the order and claiming compensation and reordering from a different supplier. UPDATE> UPDATE >UPDATE. MONDAY AM. I have just received a telephone call from this Company - no apology - but a gesture! Actually I was offered £25.00 - which is an insult. As previously stated my husband complied completely with their instruction requirements and due to THEIR dire communication system with the transport company and ourselves lost a days wages. The person I spoke to blamed the transport company - saying that some of their transport companies do not provide tracking details or communication options HOWEVER I pointed out that they were employing the transport company - so the issue should be dealt with between themselves and THEY should be compensating us - and claiming the refund from the transport company IF indeed the transport company was to blame. If the excuse given is true - i.e. they are using uncontactable delivery companies to transport their goods - my question is WHY have they chosen this method - as in the event of a BOOKED non delivery the only person losing out is the customer so whilst they were slightly cheaper than other bathroom companies initially - the actual cost has resulted in the item costing double! Buyer beware- in these times of huge price rises - NO ONE can afford to lose an entire days earnings, so choose your supplier carefully!!!!!!!!!!! IF THERE WAS a ZERO star option HeatandPlumb would be getting it. We do really understand your situation but due to the nature of business sometimes such things happen. We can confirm that the Vanity unit was delivered to you on 15th July 2023. Indeed we cant compensate your precious time, which was wasted over waiting for the deliveries, But looking at all the inconvenience you had, can offer a reasonable discount on your upcoming purchase. Courier came today and instead of contacting me or getting a neighbour to take my parcel in they chose to return it and are going to charge me a fee to redeliver plus I’ve lost an afternoons work due to not having the materials so I’m fast I’ve lost a considerable amount of money. I’ve had issues with them before but I’m leaving a bad review this time. Bought the item from Drench.com and won’t use heat and plumb again!

Terrible customer service. Item arrived damaged. Replacement sent eventually. Arrived damaged and missing parts. Advised me to cobble together a whole unit from the two broken ones…. Now refusing to send a replacement or refund. 0 stars

NOT DELIVERED - Appalled by the lack of understanding of their customer service. They confirm several times someone else by the name the customer rep keep mispelling themselves, telling me a neighbour has accepted the order, when they've not. I've got no one in the building by the name they are stating nor is it EVER considered delivered by giving it to a stranger "near or on the street of your address" - using "kerbside delivery" as an excuse not to deliver it to me, nor inform me that there was a delivery at any point. Obviously meant it wasnt delivered, but they are not taking responsibility for it, saying it's delivered to a neighbour, when they can't identify who and none of my neighbours have claimed to accept it or even see it. Ridiculous, at this point, you just have to inform your courier choice to do better and accept you havent delivered it to me. Still havent recieved an apology or refund.

I bought a comfort height toilet from this company. When the box was first opened it was noticed that there was a crack in the cistern. It was not until I opened the box completely to take photos that we could see the toilet pan was also broken. The box had remained on the pallet and fully wrapped in cling film, in the position that the delivery driver had carefully placed it. There really was not any damage to the box. Due to having building work in the house, we were not able to open the box within the 48 hours that was required. There was no way that the damage could have happened in our possession. Clearly, with the amount of damage, it had been dropped from a height to cause the impact cracks. I was asked to send photos but the customer service supervisor couldn't have cared less and even said that if it had been damaged before being delivered, we would have heard it rattle! Will never purchase anything from this outfit again.

I got the Delphi elite l shaped bath there was a hair line crack under the cardboard that covered the edges of the bath which I didn't inspect properly before courier left I had to pay £90 to have fixed and suppliers or heat and plumb are taking no responsibility so I am £90 out of pocket

Bought 2 items off these went to fit them a week after delivery both damaged wouldn’t refund or replace them as they say their returns policy is only 48hrs so they must deliver damaged goods a lot absolute con merchants! Never use them again!

Purchased two Hudson Reed illuminated bathroom mirrors which were initially delivered to wrong street. On locating and receiving the mirrors one was found to have a deep scratch to the glass which was reported to Customer Services. After a lengthy exchange of emails and two requests for photographs was advised no offer of replacement available as any such defects must be reported within 72 hours of delivery. Believe a policy such as this not to represent a reputable supplier and advise buyers beware.
