Though I paid cash on 14th June at 1-30pm to Bheemesh drive on my trip again it showed balance in my next trip at 4pm to Raghavendra driver and was forced to pay 459 total.This has happened 3times to me please clear and refund my extra amt paid

What are the drivers using as a location app to pick people up? They have not found my location the last three times it tells them to stop at the beginning of the complex and they are not looking to see if address is correct if I do not call the driver then you will end up getting charged if you don’t show up I do not blame the drivers Uber needs a better location app

I have left several messages on the Uber help support link and received no response. You owe me four dollars and change for a cancellation that I didn’t make and remove my hold on $14 and change which would’ve been the cost of the ride that I never took. If I do not hear back from you within 48 hours, I am going to report this as a fraudulent charge. In any event, you’re off my list of possible drivers, and you get a zero star. You’ve got a great name but very poor service. IRENE LERNER, Maryland.
