2 men came to my home in Rocky River ,Ohio yesterday afternoon to deliver a small freezer that I had purchased and I paid for the delivery. One problem they refused to deliver the freezer. They claimed it was too difficult for them.Now mind you a year earlier Home Depot came and delivered the exact freezer these men refused to deliver. You can understand my level of frustration. Horrible service by these two men. Very disrespectful. To Home Depot's credit they scheduled a different delivery team to deliver it on Monday. Hopefully they will get the job done.

The employees at the store South Las Vegas are Great!!! This review is about your Appliance delivery service. We bought a washer ( not a big purchase but still pushing $1000) setup delivery for after 9am due to living in a Guard Gated Condo Community. No deliveries are allowed until after 9 am or after 5pm. Long story shortened first day arrived at 645a-7a. So could not deliver washer. Rescheduled the delivery making sure it said after 9 am. Next delivery date they arrived at 7:15 am. Refused to come back later. Called delivery service again they wanted me to reschedule again. I refused and canceled my order getting a refund. I know list of us are not big contractors but the little guys buy major appliances really adds up. Hope you don’t miss us but we will be moving on to a business that wants our business and treats us well.

Delivery date was off by 3 days Then get notification delivery was completed only to find out it was delivered to the wrong address. The remedy was the delivery will be a 7 days later. I will never use Home Depot again

Today your employee on Plano Texas went the distance assisting me assembling a knee scooter including even filling the wheels with air. Mark Stafford is the model employee that decided to help me when I really needed some guidance. While several large chains do not have the correct attitude and caring; Home Depot is the exception to the rule. Your store in Plano as well as your company are in deed very lucky to have such an individual. “5” STARS FOR MARK I will continue to shop Home Depot as I have for many years! Thank you. Barry Forman

I have been a loyal home depot customer for a long time. On July 22nd 2024 I purchased a Samsung fridge from the Allen Park, Mi store. At the store I was told that the fridge will be delivered on the 29th and on the 28th I received a timeframe which was between 3-7 no one showed up when I called home depot that night they said that they were told that delivery company did not receive the fridge on time to be delivered to me on the 29th and they rescheduled the delivery for the Aug 3rd I called home depot on the 2nd telling them that I have not received a timeframe for the delivery and I was told that sometimes they send it late and assured me that it was going to be delivered on the next day but it was a no show. And I was rescheduled for the 6th and no one showed up and again they rescheduled it for today (Aug 8th 2024) 7:10 pm and I did not receive a timeframe for the delivery. Of course I called home depot customers service at 5:00 pm and they said I should still receive the timeframe. I have been on the phone so many times but basically they are telling me I am at mercy of the delivery company and there is nothing that the can do except to give me a discount after the fridge is delivered.

I’ve been doing Electrical work for over 30 years. Home Depot has gotten to the point that I’ve stopped using them completely. I’ve had a Pro Card for 10 years and no longer need it. The professionalism and product availability is ridiculous and check out times are atrocious. Good luck with your future because I’m done. My company bought over $300,000 in 2022 from this company. Maybe I don’t matter but I hope yall fix your problems or go broke.

Bought a door decided to try their installation though my husband has done them, wanted to sit this one out. They couldnt connect my online order with the measurements their contractor did, he measured incorrectly, it was a total debaucle, we also had a installed by them in another state, most of their contractors are subpar and their computer online order system doesnt connect to their individual stores, hello Lowes! 🤣

These people are extremely rude and as unprofessional as it gets. Ordered a stove to be delivered and the driver cancelled the delivery himself after telling us our stove would be here within 10 minutes. The operators need a different kind of job because customer service isn't for them. Completely despicable. Do better home Depot! A lot better!

I am having an entire rehab on a 1920 home. I have experienced the following: Lost shipments, ever changing delivery dates, poorly trained customer service representatives or they are powerless to remedy problems. I refuse to purchase any more items from Home Depot.

I needed a new shower door. Home Depot did not have size I need the employee sent out a text and said I would get multiple quotes. One contractor called back CSD California Shower Doors listed on HD website. They quoted the door and even though they gave a 3-5 week lead time. The salesman called the shop and told me they had the metal that was May 20 today is July 31. They have not called me. They have emailed me with no time frame for install. Just excuses back order back order. HD started giving me promises but the promise of contacting me 7/30/24 came and gone. They shower is just a small 30” stall

Now that Home Depot has sold their accounts to Citibank their phone payment service is the worst I have ever experienced. I was transferred 3 times and had to repeat all of my information each time. The last time I was transferred I was connected to a live person (located in another country) and she wasn't able to pull up my account. Approximately a year ago, someone opened another account in my name, it was reported as fraud and was to have been taken care of but when I try to make a phone payment the women in another country pulled up the fraudulent account. I am not doing business with Home Depot unless I can pay in cash.

Homedepot installation services are horrible and I'll never use them again. 4 times I've dealt with their installations 1st time 5 years ago installer said cant install dishwasher bcuz can't shutoff the water, had show him he turning vlv wrong way, duh. 2nd time delivery of refrigerator hit ceiling fan and knocked it loose off rafter bracket. 3rd time they installed new countertop and didn't seal around sink and the leak cause some warping Then this time is 4th and last. Guess i am a slow learner. Their plumber was suppose contact me to fix shutoff vlv issue andd finish dishwasher installation, said call in 24 to 48 hours, been 8 days and still hasnt contacted me, i call them everyday and get nothing but lies and excuses

YOU NEVER EVER ANSWER THE PHONE TO CANCEL MY ORDER, AND REPLACE IT WITH ANOTHER MATERIAL. I AM BOUNCED FROM ONLINE TO THE STONE ON bISCAYNE BLD THAT PUT ME ON HOLD FOR HOURS IN ONE DAY. RIGHT NOW IT IS MY SECOND ATTEMPT, I WAIT ALREADY 28 MINUTES AFTER THAT A LADY ANSWERED BUT TOLD ME I AM WITH A CUSTOMER, HOLD ONE. IT IS COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE THAT AN ORDER ON LINE OR OVER THE PHONE CANNOT BE CANCELLED THE SAME WAY. IT IS ALSO A DISCRACE TO TREAT THE CLIENTS THIS WAY. NEVER AGAIN. NOW I HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL SOMEONE WILL PICK UP OF NOT.

I've experienced nothing short of a nightmare trying to replace a mere ceiling fan remote. Not only is it not available anywhere on their website, but their stand-in universal remotes don't come with the functionality needed to operate the fan. Not to mention the fact that they're unfairly shaking us down for the remote, 40+ bucks for a cheap plastic remote probably made in China. There's no replacements online anywhere. Hampton Bay is a Home Depot company. They should have replacement remotes on standby, easily accessible, but they are nowhere to be found. Not on their website, not on third party sites, NOWHERE. I have had to jump through hoop after hoop because of this bad customer service. From now on, I will never buy from Home Depot ever again.

DO NOT BUY Home Depot Extended Warranties DO NOT BUY anything from Home Depot that needs an extended warranty!!!! They outsource it to SquareTrade, a part of Allstate and it is a total rip-off. I have all the paperwork for an LG Washer purchased in January 2022 with a 5 year extended warranty from this horrible company. I called today to file a claim and it seems they have no record of our extended warranty in their system! Now, they tell me they will send me an email in a few days to tell me how to make a claim. Really? All they are good at is apologizing and saying how sorry they are. Now I find out I was supposed to go to the allstate site and "register" the warranty. No one ever told us this before. So, after speaking to a supervisor who spent the entire time apologizing, I still need to wait for them to send me an email to make a claim! NEVER buy extended warranties for Home Depot products!!!!

I work for hd . But customers today were fun ,not totally knowledge for what they wanted to get done . But after an hour of one on one got what they needed. Just gotta say it was rewarding . Thanks Jim and wife for spending time figuring out your project 😀
