Totally terrible service from start to finish. Used them once in the distant past and never again. And now they are taking unauthorised payments every few days. Has their data been hacked? Or is it just inefficiency? I can only advise anyone considering using Deliveroo- don’t. One star- far, far too good.

Today. I decided to close my Deliveroo account when I discovered that all undelivered food via Deliveroo is wasted. Deliveroo differs the responsibilty of undelivered food to their drivers to avoid any additional charges. I got this information from Deliveroo support team which I found extremely disturbing and utterly irresponsible for such a critical player in the food industry today. Whilst hundreds of million if not more than 1 billion people starve today. Deliveroo is wasting food with no sense of responsibility. The least I can do is to stop ordering from Deliveroo until they take the food waste problem seriously.

The website is shockingly awful the page doesn't load until you are scrolling so you end up adding things you don't want and taking away what you do. It's so annoying and the only delivery service that has such a cheap, child like made website. Il be speaking to whom I order from to get in just eat.

I ordered twice in two weeks and on both occasions deliveroo got the order wrong. I was issued with a voucher instead of a full refund which meant I am forced to reorder. The voucher has an expiry date, this system is highly unfair and I will be escalating this to industry standards.

This is the 5th time this has happened this year, Tonight it just happened twice. THE FOOD NEVER ARRIVES. We have been waiting 3 hours & it says the driver delivered our food when we were not called, our apartment did not ring, we even waited outside! We call deliveroo & they always have the same response & say they can’t contact the rider, they can’t contact there own employees?! They re order the food for us from the restaurant (which is extra hard work for the restaurant who has already made it once before) & it never appears. For this to happen twice in one night & then 3 times before this is APPALLING. I will NEVER use this app again. We have suspicions the riders eat the food or give it to there family / friends. DO NOT ORDER FOOD FROM HERE! I’m shocked this is still a business.

Order arrived almost 2 hours late and when it did it was a completely wrong order. Was promised a refund for my order and for courtesy a redelivery of my order which took another 49min Not to forget this was all stated on a online chat so both of us have proof. Not knowingly refund was never processed and Now asking why I never received it they are trying to say it was a miscommunication from them and they can’t do nothing about it. Very bad customer service and agents give out wrong information even with proof of this communication they are not willing to do nothing. Deliveroo is fraud as you cannot be promising people something and then telling people “my bad”!!! And now being on hold for over 40min to speak to a supervisor or manager!!

Ordered food from an Indian restaurant and was tracking the delivery on the live mapview, which was already 30 minutes late. My address on the order reflected 100% correct. Saw on the map view how my order was delivered to apartments several kilometers away from home, and received the notification that my delivery was completed. Found the option on the app to complain, and started chatting to an agent. They offered to re-order free of charge, which I accepted. New order arrived a few minutes early, but some of the sauces started leaking from the sealed and shrink wrapped containers. The order may have experienced a rough ride before reaching me.

Yesterday i had my bank contacting me confirming some unusual transactions made on my card. I confirmed it wasnt me and checked my bank to see 2 deliveroo transactions i didnt make. Checked my emails and someone had hacked my account and used my bank details on there to put 5 orders through, 2 thay were accepted and delivered and 3 of which were luckily declined once my bank were able to intervene and stop it. Deliveroo had sent me an email to say there was a new log in on my account that seemed suspicious and to reply if this wasnt me, but still allowed the order to go through anyway before my confirmation. My bank have had to cancel my card and send me a new one and now Im chasing up deliveroo for 40pounds worth of food bought fraudulently with my deliveroo details. I unfortunately dont feel my details are safe and will no longer use their service

Absolutely disgusting!!! Customer service is outrageous. Disgusting company. Spent £60 and forgot half our meal. Ring customer service got through to London and had an argument with them over they can’t send half the order and give us nothing back. What an utter cheek of a company.

Absolutely terrible drivers tryed working with deliveroo and food would go out ok then I would just see the driver sitting in his car in the phone or picking there nose lovely hey, not making the customers delivery then the food get to the customer's house and we get a bad review thing is we are a 5 star well established restaurant if u value your business pls pls dont use there drivers are on another level terrible really really bad

You can’t give 0 stars but if I could, I would. Terrible Company. Have taken money from my account for good that were never received. Now I am seeking a refund from this there is radio silence. Have had to report it as a fraudulent deduction with my bank. Was reluctant to use them again as both my partner and I experienced our accounts being hacked with no support from Deliveroo. Have deactivated my account and certainly won’t be using ever again.

Only used deliveroo twice, first time food was cold and missing items, 2nd time food on time but 3items missing, tried contacting deliveroo to be ignored, so if you want to pay for items you don't receive then great service, else would give this useless company a wide birth.

Terrible costumer service. I get missing item in two orders and when i contact them by email and chat the only answer is : "we are sorry... but we can not do anything" stay away, your money is not safe!

Placed order for delivery from 5 guys for my sons birthday. Order arrived missing 5 portions of fries and stone cold, We through it In the bin . When we contacted Deliveroo They offered us a £10 refund. Unbelievable!!! We ended up ordering a Dominos. Would never use Deliveroo again and I urge everyone to do likewise.
