FRAUDSTERS DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY! THEY WILL NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OF UNUSED PRODUCTS AS PROMISED!!!! Once I purchased the ix6 scooter, I realised looking back at my order, I had purchased wrong model for my sons Christmas! So I waited for product to arrive as it was too late to cancel. I accepted product and left it in my kitchen UNOPENED and immediately (within hours) tried to arrange a return. I filled in the return request on 6 occasions, with no response! I haven’t sent in total 72 emails and made over 20 calls - none of which were answered - only recorded messages. When I did get a reply via email, I was offered 5% to keep the product. I declined. Each time I emailed I was offered more and more to keep the product (up to 35%). I was even told I could simply resell it myself. Having already purchased the ix7 pro (the model I actually wanted) from another company, I declined and continued my requests for a returns label snd full refund! I was CONTINUOUSLY ignored! After 6 weeks of daily emails with no satisfaction, I eventually reported the company for fraud to my bank as they failed to meet their terms and conditions, allow or facilitate a return or provide a refund. Upon this, the company offered to collect the scooter. It was collected 11 days ago, unopened in my kitchen where it had sat for 7 weeks. I continued to email regarding my refund and was then told they had found evidence of “USAGE” on the tyres and offered me 70% if the price I had paid! I was absolutely horrified as I knew either, they had sent me a used sub standard product or (more likely) they were simply fraudsters who did not want to reimburse me what I was owed! The fact the package was completely u opened and I hadn’t even laid eyes on the scooter enrages me as I know this is a complete falsity from the company in order to take hundreds of pounds owed to me! Fortunately I took photos on delivery and throughout the returns procedure. The delivery driver was the same lovely fed ex man and could fully coverage my experience. Please NOONE TRUST THIS COMPANY. I have wasted several hours and days if my time trying to reclaim my money and they are not to be trusted! My next move is legal action, the ombudsman and as much media publicity as possible to expose this awful company in order

DO NOT ORDER A HOVERBOARD FROM HERE. I wish I had read the other reviews before I ordered from here!! The hoverboard was faulty. I sent a video of the item in use and the company agreed it was not working correctly. Despite me continually asking for a refund, customer services firstly asked me to watch a tutorial on YouTube to try and fix the issue, then they asked me to take the product to a repair shop, then said they need to replace a part. At every suggestion I have said No and repeated that I am entitled to a refund. I’m Still waiting to see if they will refund the item…

Save your money, hassle & heartache and buy from another company, iHoverboard is a disgusting company, who act illegally & who have total disregard for their customers. I bought an ihoverboard H2 and on first use the board did not function correctly, I followed the recalibration steps on their website, but this did alleviate the issue, and the board still did not function. I contacted them via email and following their guidance I again tried the recalibration steps & sent them videos of me attempting but failing to do so, and the issued remained. Their first response was to take it to a repair shop myself to assess the problem and let them know what the outcome was! On refusing to do this they then confirmed that the issue was with a faulty motherboard at which point I requested a return for a refund. They then proceeded to propose a whole host of ridiculous solutions, none of which involved accepting a return for a faulty hoverboard as per their returns policy. Each time contact is made via email it is then a 24hr wait for a response. First contact was on the 2nd Jan & now on the 16th Jan they still are not accepting a return and I received an email this morning to say that it is not faulty I just need to recalibrate it! I have already raised a dispute with the PayPal resolution centre and have no choice but to report this company to Trading Standards for not acting inline with their own returns policy in refusing to accept a return & violation of the consumer rights act.

All I wanted was a return address to send this scooter back and to get my money back so we could get our son something else for Christmas after realising that the scooter is not suitable. Scooter cost 228 Return it they want 10% and because there is no issue with the scooter they want an additional 60. I feel like we've been robbed. The FedEx didn't even knock at our door to give us the opportunity for refusal. We couldn't cancel within 30 minutes so we cancelled before anything was posted. They want £60 for a shipping label. 10% for restocking. No contact from the company regularly and emails sent to me with a reply at 1:00am / 2:00am. I'm so shocked and really upset by all of this. It's asking was the item damaged - it's still in its full box - if you open the item you can't return it. You can't return it without a returns label. You email them and they take days to get back to you and it's always in the am. There is no one to contact by phone. No one on the chat page. No one via email until the early hours of the morning. Some of the emails come back in a different language.

Pretending to be a UK company - contacts all divert to China. Worst company I’ve ever come across.
 Got an ihoverboard for my son for Christmas - it worked for less than one day! It took IHoverboard weeks to finally admit theres a known motherboard fault and they’ve been messing me about ever since. First said I’d have to open it and got a new motherboard myself, then said id have to pay another £20 for a replacement unit, now they’re offering to refund if I pay to return the faulty model. Avoid at all costs, this company does not uphold UK legislation, I’ve had to submit a dispute to my credit card company…

Brand new I hoverboard electric scooter bought for my daughters birthday Long story short the scooter hasn't ever worked as expected 15 mins is not good enough!! Reported issue they have sent us replacement accelerator and motor for us to replace They refuse to swap or exchange for a working scooter Solution to problem was disconnect the e brake and sent some videos to watch to do it I will do my best to recommend everyone I know to avoid this company at all costs really disappointing customer service without a efficient resolution AVOID IHOVERBOARD

Purchased the off road all back hoverboard for Christmas. On Christmas despite despite me charging the device all Xmas eve the right motor wasn't working therefore the whole item was ineffective. I immediately emailed the company who advised a number of things I needed to do. Once I had done everything they asked they wanted further proof it wasn't working so I had to send in a email with a video. During this time they decided to change email address from.co.uk to com therefore no one was helping me anymore and a few months went by when I come across the hoverboard which is not gathering dust. My daughter is petering me now the weathers better to get this issue resolved. After a week I'm finally speaking to someone and have been advised they will send me a new motor which I need to install myself! Ridiculous! And also wait a month! Or if I want a full brand new hoverboard I need to pay £50 in delivery when I already spent 500 on this item which never worked. Now you're saying that the fault happened after 30 days even though my intial contact to you is within the 30 days! I will seek citizens advice and take this further it's disgusting Products used: We purchase a 500 off road hoverboard which hasn’t worked since the day it was opened on Christmd

bad product and bad support 1. Wiring of the rear light is torn off after a short time due to improper attachment of the cable via the screw of the rear light. 2. The license plate holder has too little thickness of the material. The material breaks after a short time simply due to the vibrations that occur when driving on cobblestones. 3. The front light holder is not sufficiently secured against loosening. The product is defective and not recommended. The support only gets in touch very late and after you have refused a compensation of 40€, you just don't get it anymore. The manufacturer does not appear to have any warranty obligations.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF I CAN CALL IT LIKE THAT!!! Instead of giving me the address to ship back the wrong hoverboard, they told me to resale it myself. I have never experienced anything like this.

DO NOT USE, FAULTY ITEM SENT AND WOULD NOT REPLACE! Bought hoverboard for my son for Christmas, board kept round and round, he end it falling off and really hurting himself. Contacted sales and was asked to send video in, as soon as they received video and realised they sold faulty hoverboard just decide to ignore us... Wish l checked their reviews before buying... another company out there to just scam people!

Hoverboard broke first day told me to fix it my self or take it to my local fix center which is 70 miles each way while were on lockdown was a Christmas present for my 8 year old daughter its now the 30th of Jan still not fixed told me to get a volt meter open hoverboard and try to fix it then told me they will have a UK fix shop as they are Germany based not a UK company wont pay to get it send back to them wont send me a refund I am taking legal action worst customer service I have even encountered in my life

Do not waste your money buying from Ihoverboard. I bought a e-scooter from these people and when it arrived, it wasn't charging and the battery level was extremely low, I emailed them to send me another charger to test it to see if the problem was the battery or the charger when it arrived it happened to be the wrong charger. come to find out the scooters isn't even being sold by them directly, they are based in China, the scooters have been stored in Poland, God knows how long they have been sitting there for, the batteries are probably flat dead by know. Save yourself the hassle from buying any products from them.

ITS A SCAM!!!! Stay clear!!!! I decided to order from here as it stated it would arrive within 2-3 days in the UK, it was £20 cheaper than another popular website so I thought why not.... BIG MISTAKE. As I made the payment I saw the Chinese writing and thought oh no! Seeing as it claimed to be a co.uk website and coming from the uk. Two weeks later I had nothing and couldn’t see the tracking number on the Dhl website. I finally received it only to plug it in to see that it’s not working. The look on my daughters face is simply heartbreaking!!! PLEASE DO NOT ORDER. I wish I had checked the reviews but the website, YouTube videos and Facebook looked soo legit! Only way of getting my money back is through PayPal.

Ordered a pro scooter which took more than the required days to arrive upon arrival only to realise that the scooter is broken this is meant to be a gift but its a shame The customer service number doesnt connect neither the live chat no responses i have sent numerous mesaages and tried to ring this is a bad service
