Tasha @ Interparcel was quick to correct an error whereby a service quoted and paid for on their website was not available. Rather than compound things further by asking the customer (myself) what options I'd like to take (rebook, refund, which alternative would you like a), b) or c)) she took action by booking the parcel onto an upgraded service at no extra charge Thanks very much

I always get a great deal with Interparcel and in the couple of occasions where I've needed to contact customer service, they've gone to extra lengths to solve any issues. I was particularly happy that Katy dealt with my email query quickly and James via online chat was also very helpful. I would recommend Interparcel without hesitation.

I found the service provided excellent. I booked the collection and within an hour the courier turned up, unfortunately I did not realise they were going to be so fast and had popped out. On my return I found the note posted through my front door, I gave them a call and the parcel was collected shortly after. I chose the premium service which was reasonably priced. The boxes arrived promptly the following day in perfect condition. Extremely pleased with the service and will definitely use again and recommend to family and friends.

Sent a care package (35KG) to my son in Milan, typical student missed the delivery! Wife in a panic, UPS can only deliver the day of his exam, Went on to the Live chat and spoke with Kate O/T from Interparcel at 8pm uk time. Kate calmly and efficiently dealt with the issue has now re arranged delivery for tomorrow, crisis averted fantastic job Kate, someone buy this lady an extra special lunch tomorrow! Keep up the great work Kate, you are truly an asset to Interparcel!

Had a little issue with the collection but called interparcel, was easy to access over phone, did not wait in queue for long times, friendly efficient and responsive staff. Thumbs up..

I had a slight problem of my parcel not being collected even though i was in all day from 7am. I did not leave the house, or the front end of it, as i care for my mum and would have seen the van pull up outside of the window, i would have heard our very loud doorbell, but the parcel was not collected. I spoke to a very capable and cheerful chat host named Kate and she was amazing, she sorted out my problem immediately and said she would raise a complaint with UPS ( the carrier) and re-arranged the pick up for tomorrow, i am so pleased it was re-arranged as i know interparcel to be a very good and reasonably priced carrier. So thank you once again for your help in this matter, which i found to be dealt with very fast, very efficiently and such a polite chat host assisting me, thank you so much Kate you are a star :)

I had a problem where the recipient said they did not get my parcel, i contacted inter parcel and they solved the problem in 24 hours, very pleased with the response.

Upon first impressions I was very happy with my choice to send my parcel via InterParcel as they had a clear & concise website & offered multiple worldwide options. I received 3 e-mails stating what I would need to do prior to collection; apply the shipping label, one copy of the customs invoice & print an additional 3 to hand to the UPS delivery driver. At no point was I informed the receiver would need to obtain a notarised power of attorney for delivery of the item. The next day I had online updates but two days later this stopped, after a day or so I contacted InterParcel who were neither use nor ornament saying they had no further updates from UPS. From here on in, I dealt mainly with UPS via Twitter & e-mail. Today 24/09/15, 17 days after originally posting my item I've received an e-mail from InterParcel stating I would be required to pay $250 to have my item returned within the next 4 days or my item will be seized by customs & not returned. I've also been informed that they will not extend the length of time able to pay this fee. I paid the additional extra to have my item insured, I don't see why I should be penalised for your failure as a company to a) adhere to the contractual agreement b) keep customers informed of tracking progress c) provide the correct requirements at the time of purchasing your services. This is absolutely disgraceful & I will be taking it further.

I was very pleased with Interparcel today. We used interparcel most days as we like the easy to use website and today we had to contact customer services. We booked out a delivery and just after it was completed, and paid for, the customer contacted us to say the address we had was wrong. So I then re-booked the delivery and emailed Interparcel to see if we could cancel the first booking. Nicola Rowland replied within no time at all and have cancelled our order and arranged a refund. Very pleased with the customer service received today.

I was very happy with all the help your advisers provided. I dealt with 3 or 4 ladies. They were all extremely helpful, polite and highly professional. I would like to particularly mention Rachel Smith and Sabrina (sorry, I do not remember her surname). I shall certainly use your company again. Thank you, Helena Grant.

I have always found the staff at Interparcel to be very helpful if there have been delivery problems. None of the problems have been caused by Interparcel themselves but unfortunately the companies with whom they work. The communication in respect of notification of delivery is always valued such as that by Kirsty Cooney early this week.

Very pleased that Lisa came back to us. I have to say I don't find the live chat so helpful sometimes, they tend to cut off the chat too soon or sometimes don't even come back to you
