Disgraceful. Would recommend searching elsewhere for other more reliable firms. Failed to deliver all boxes ordered, courier uninterested, lied to by staff at call centre and forced to do a 60 mile round trip to collect missing parcel myself. Complained and given only a partial refund for missing box and advised by Interparcel that booking a delivery for a Saturday does not even guarantee this will be delivered on a Saturday. Sought recompense for failure to deliver what was booked and paid for in advance and for time and money i had incurred i having to do the rest of teh job myself and incur a 60 mile round trip as well as numerous calls and loss of time ect. Customer Services uninterested and just go round in circles but do not even listen to the main issue that you raise. So you pay in advance for an urgent delivery of 5 boxes they deliver only 4 you then have no choice but to incur financial losses in collecting the missing box yourself and when you complain Customer Services are not interested and provide an insult of a partial refund implying this is only done as a good will gesture and that they do not even have to do so. So you pay in advance for a service it is not delivered you incur losses in having to finish the job yourself then when you complain you are advised that they don't need to refund anything for the service they failed to deliver and give you a tiny bit back painting themselves as being generous for doing so. Disgraceful service and even more disgraceful "Customer Service" hence the inverted commas Would not recommend

Hi Mark,Thank you for your review. I am very sorry to hear one of the items were not delivered on the Saturday, unfortunately the service you have booked is not covered by money back guarantee so we would not offer any form of compensation any claims for consequential loss.On this occasion we have processed a partial refund for the delayed parcel as a goodwill gesture.

I found the system very easy to use and when I had to contact customer services to get a parcel booked for the same day collection (within the time frame), they was very swift in their help and it was very straight forward. Charlie Stocker even took the time to inform me my parcel had been delivered and at what time and who it was signed for by. This was a lovely gesture. Thank you.

Sabrina help me sorted out my order and she responds to me within a minutes through the online chat. This order headachead charlie and Louisa didn't. Charlie's is the worst. 5 mins to responds to me online and when he does. He doesn't answer the question I asked him. Loiusea takes time 5-7. Mins long to respond to my text online.

Not impressed. Stayed in all day expecting a pickup between 11.30 and 5.30 pm. No one came and later received email to apologise but assured items would be picked up next day. By 2.30 next day, again having waited in, phoned company to be told someone would definitely be coming by 5.30pm. When I then tried to track there was no info other than a two days earlier post saying it was booked. No up to date info so tracking was a waste of time. Driver eventually called at 5pm and three times we were asked if we really wanted him to pick up that day. He obviously didn't want to come as it was out of his way and he wanted to get home. He did come but was very unhappy to be doing so. Two wasted days waiting for the pick up. Would not use this company again.

Hi Alice, thanks so much for your feedback, so sorry to hear you have not been happy with the service received. I can see the collection wouldn't book for the original date selected due to the collection area being remote and it had to be booked 24 hours in advance. Glad to hear the goods were successfully collected however not so good to hear about the drivers attitude, I can assure you this has been raised with the courier directly so they can take this up with the driver involved. The initial ordering was, as ever, efficiently and smoothly put in to place. There was, however, a problem with the parcel delivery in New York and that's when Interparcel came into their own. My emails received a quick response and were extremely helpful: it culminated in delivery being achieved. The whole process was rounded off by a courteous email from Louana.

I find the interparcel.com site very easy to use with a step by step ordering process. We don't use the texting service on offer but today we did get an email from Charlie Stocker, Customer Services Advisor letting me know when our parcel had been collected which I found to be particularly useful. I would like to add that the gentleman that collects from us regularly (from UPS) is always very polite and courteous with no waiting around. He is in and out and I think he should be thanked for his role. Overall, we are very pleased with the service we get from you. Thank you :)

Sabrina is always helpful on the live chat. Alot of the staff are rude and clueless but she always helps every time! we send 50 large parcels a month plus and this live chat facility does really help.

I needed to get a package picked up that a customer hadn't given to the diver, I had paid and arranged the courier. So I rang Interparcel, here we go...press button 1 for......pressed the correct button waiting for the next menu.... and a friendly voice answered the phone. Hello Interparcel Kate speaking how my I help you? I explained to her my problem , she quickly explained the options and we rebooked the package and then she sent the bill :( via paypal, but it was just the difference between the services, just a few £'s. and a two minuet call :) I use the interparcel site often , they don't let me down , rarely on of the drivers may miss the pickup, but that can happen with any courier, if there is a problem then ring those nice people at interparcel and they will do there best to help. That's what I have found the help line isn't open 24/7, and I have found that some of the couriers can come later that the 5-6pm cut off, so don't worry they do there best to get your packages to you. That's a few thoughts from me I don't generally write reviews, as they wouldn't like what I wrote, so make your own mind up, cheap courier and a friendly help line.... or hours of "you business is important to us we are trying to connect you" If they are busy then they will give you a wait time.
