Always first class service from Interparcel.Queries always answered professionally and accurately. I had a delivery query recently relating to a consignment being delivered to Japan and was very happy with Rachael Smith's response. I will continue to use Interparcel as I find them very easy to work with and good value for money.

Always get good prices online. Recent request was for a parcel to be collected and delivered to myself. Unfortunately I didn't know until collection was refused that the lady sending the parcel did not have a printer so was unable to stick the label on. I had to send to her via post and Stacey Kay kindly arranged recollection.

She was very polite, articulate and helpful and explained what had happened to my parcel (Which was an address mistake by the Sender) Katy Hall is a credit to your company. I had difficulties booking online, so called by phone in the end and have been helped immensely by Nicole Rowland who has sorted everything out for me and demonstrated great patience with me.

I have used Interparcel many many times and they have been faultless every time. The Interparcel branded service which uses UPS is great value for money. I recently had to use their customer services in regards to a PayPal query, and found it impressively quick. The advisor (Stacey McKay) was fantastic and resolved my issue much easier than I could have hoped for. Top service, thanks Interparcel!

All I want from a courier is to get my packages to my destination on time and intact, just as I have sent them. Over the christmas period I had one parcel badly damaged, the other got "lost" (as in STOLEN) which cost me a lot of money, a lot of stress, disgruntled buyers and all I got from the online agent in return was worthless platitudes coupled with slow responses. I strongly object to paying an additional "insurance premium" for loss or damage, as in whose hands is the parcel in when it gets lost or damaged?? So far, Interparcel has been a refreshing change. Firstly, they use reputable quality couriers, not the cheap cowboys who couldn't care less whether packages get there whole or at all. Secondly, a collection was not made due to missing documents and I emailed Interparcel to ask for another collection ASAP to get the package on it's way without delay. Next working morning I got an email from Charlie Stocker in Customer Services informing me the colection would be made that day. Polite, courteous and efficient, just the way it should be. I won't be using the "cheap" couriers again and my first choice will always be Interparcel from now on.

I needed to check the status on a parcel going to Europe as the tracking system had not updated in a few days. I spoke with Nicole Rowland who was very helpful and asked for several details about the particular package in question. She said she would check on the delivery and get back to me ASAP. The following morning I had a an email from Nicole explaining that the parcel had been held up at a port in Poland but that it had since cleared and was out for delivery that day. Very satisfied with customer service received.

Booking a service online is simple and the prices are very competitive - excellent value overall. Yesterday (1/2/16) I received a courtesy e-mail from Rachael Smith confirming that a parcel I sent had been delivered. This was unexpected and a pleasant surprise as none of your competitors offer this level of service. It is the little touches like this that keep me coming back to your company and also the fact that you use decent courier services too. I would have no hesitation in recommending Interparcel to my family, friends and colleagues.

I booked in 1 item twice due to the recipient messing me about due to ( might not be at home ) signed for delivery. in the end i sent bt Royal Mail signed for & if he isnt at home thats his problem. I contacted Interparcel twice to get the 2 bookings cancelled. On both occasions i had brilliant service from Stacey McKay & Louise Evison. Fast cancellation of the orders & refunded monies. These ladies are a credit to your company Roger Winter

I have a small business that uses Interparcel on a semi regular basis..... and have always found them to be competitive and a very professional operation. I have never had reason to contact them before today, as everything sent via them was always delivered on time, but I had a query on a delivery, flagged by the recipient. I called the helpline number, spoke to a very helpful and professional lady , Nicole Rowland who resolved my query politely and promptly. In an age where it is almost impossible to speak to a 'real' person this experience has been a welcoming and refreshing change. Thank you
