late collection 20 days to deliver the parcel tracking was showing as exception even when the parcel was delivered i had to tell them it was delivered no help from inter parcel at all i asked for a part refund on postage for the mess about phone calls and emails to them to receive no information at all interparcel refused any refund so i did a paypal claim and i have just been told that i will receive half the postage cost back as the service provided was not what i paid for

Interparcel have misplaced a parcel worth £120. A month later and many many calls from the seller and I and all we both keep getting told is someone will email us. I've received 0 emails since opening the case. Also when I tried live chat through their website the woman I was talking to used solely automated replies, and took ages in between responding. A very very unprofessional company. DO NOT USE! There are much better couriers available.

If I could give interparcel 0 stars I would “Interparcel lost my parcel which was going back to a seller for a £339.99 refund. I have been offered £25 compensation .... I will see them in court. Thank you for your negative reply Interparcel would you kindly give me the owners name of interparcel and the address for the court papers. thank you.

Interparcel who used Tuffnells Delivery lost my parcel which was going back to a seller for a £339.99 refund. I paid for the shipment on 5th June... on 16th June I contacted the seller to find out where my refund was,she informed me that she had not received the parcel. From 16th June until 13th July I telephoned Interparcel daily always being in a stacking queue of 10/18 people in front of me. Eventually on 13th July I was sent an email declaring the parcel as lost in the system and offering me £25 compensation.after reading the reviews I’m not alone they have many many upset customers. I will never use them again. They have slammed the phone down on me twice. And very rude on the phone. No refund as yet and they blame me for not taking out an insurance.. if I took my £300 suit to the cleaners they would not ask me to insure it. If I went to a restaurant for a meal or to the hairdressers, I would not be expected to take out an insurance in case anything went wrong. So why shouldn’t they take responsibility for them losing my parcel worth £339.99 but Interparcel and Tuffnells think I will go away ...I won’t

Interparcel used Tuffnells I sent an awning back to a seller for a refund. The awning cost me £339.99 shipment had been arranged on 5th JUNE Eventually after many many phone calls they declared the parcel lost in the system on 13th JULY. .... IT took INTERPARCEL 38 days to declare it lost in the system! As I didn’t insure the parcel I get £25 compensation.... In other words they are blaming me for loosing the parcel I would never use them again, they don’t care If you ring them you are always in a stacking system with some 15/18 in front of you. They have h7ng up on me twice and I have always been polite they just don’t care

Lost a desk I'd waited 2 months to have made. Their customer service team were hopeless, keeping me waiting another 2 months before going completely quiet on the matter, informing the sender that it had been lost.

Absolute joke!!!! A very unreliable service - I paid for 24hr express delivery but they didn't even collect my parcel until 28hrs after I Ieft it at the drop off point. I placed my order on the Interparcel website on Monday morning and it is now Wednesday - the item has yet to be delivered to my customer which reflects badly on me. Contacted customer services and were provided with an opportunity to resolve the problem and couldn't care less. My loss, not their problem. I received a patronising and condescending email from Laura at Interparcel, were she actually CAPITALISED certain words in her response - I guess for my benefit in case I was stupidly under the impression that 24hrs delivery meant it would be DELIVERED WITHIN 24 HOURS, and not 2-3 days later!

5th June I booked interparcel for a large parcel to be collected. The parcel was a blind costing £339.99. 20th June parcel still in transit and my answer from interparcel was “ we are looking into the matter” 23rd June problem with shipment 7th July shipment closed I have been telephoning daily and eventually on 13th July I received an email from Interparcel advising me that they cannot locate the parcel and I had to provide an invoice showing the value of the goods....14th July Next email offering me £25 compensation, blaming me for not insuring the goods. If any of us go on a bus, train, out for a meal, hairdressers, even the cleaners with our valuable clothes, we do not pay insurances up front ‘ just in case they loose them’ no we trust them. I will be seeing interparcel in court, where it will be decided as to whom is to blame.

Courier stolen large Parcel I placed a shipment order via interparcel and chose TUFFNELLS as the courier to be collected and send to my customer, courier went to delivery address but no answer so I had informed them to return it back to collection address, to date I still have Not received the returned item and courier are still unable to locate the missing item, not so why it is so hard the parcel weighs over 39kg and size is 39kg - 71cm x 45cm x 84cm, not happy at all, will escalate this further if I don’t get a satisfactory response, I don’t believe item is missing and one of the couriers must have stolen it tracking/GB4185718624.

Tracking ...GB2185159306 INTERPARCEL used TUFFNELLS Paid for a collection OF MY LARGE PARCEL 4m x 25cm x 25cm and delivery service......they take the money and then do not want to know the booked collection did not get delivered. I emailed and telephoned repeatedly my answer was... WE ARE LOOKING INTO THE MATTER The parcel is a return and until the shop receives the parcel I will not get my refund. The refund due is £350 so I’m very upset that this is being handled so carelessly can anyone out there offer me some advice please as I need to recover my money desperately, tracking says ...5th June booked 16 June out for delivery ...23 June problem with shipment.... 7 July shipmen5 closed When I telephone interparcel they say matter closed ... I am registered blind and rely heavily on other people and their honesty ...is there someone out there that can give me some help. Thank you

Interpercel if I can give them 0 star I would but unfortunately you can’t do that this company I have used to send very important items To Suadia Arabia on 5 of June they said will take 5 days now we are on 1 at of July items didn’t reach Suadia Arabia and we don’t have any knowledge were the parcel , staff they lie and no accurate or genuine information they are the worst company I have used in UK , they are definitely not reliable I would recommend DHL last time I used DHL items reach in 5 days unfortunately on 5 th of June DHL wasn’t working international parcel and I have used this interpercel it was complete disaster I can’t show how much I regret use this low class courier service they took my money and I don’t know we’re my parcel because they just mislead you and lie continuously. It’s so painful experience

I had a package sent via interparcel to Central America. They used UPS and it has been 2 months of back and forth communication between UPS and myself. The package was small. Less than 2kg. (A shoe box) I have contacted interparcel help desk 3 times and received not reply for help. It seams once you purchase from them they disregard their customers. Would not use again or recommend.

I booked a collection and delivery with this company three weeks ago and it has been a nightmare from start to finish. The collection was two days late and then this company has somehow managed to lose a 100kg double van seat. The problem being that after speaking to 5 or 6 of the customet service staff and emailing the director of the company the servicd i received was awful. This company is clearly just a broker and the they have no real lines of communication with the couriers they rely on to move your parcel. The customer service team are less than helpful and I will not be using this awful company again. You are better to go direct the courier rather than this broker.

$1300 to have my goods shipped to UK and returned because Interparcel failed to inform me there was a tax duty owning. No email, no text, nothing. Interparcel are not a professional shipping company.

the web site at midday said pick up Monday. It wasn't booked until Monday. No pickup, and no explanation until I rang. The web site seems to not have a system for a quick quote

Booked a collection with DPD today. Never showed up. Never never use DPD. Interparcel basic ly gave me my money back. I wanted and paid for a collection and never got one. UPS From now on never DPD.

A parcel has been lost and in spite of my repeatedly contacting them I have not heard back at all. My Ebay customer has demanded and received a refund. To make matters even worse their price was 2-3 times higher than one of their competitors. Unfortunately I only found this out after sending another, similar, package. I will not use Interparcel again.

Customer service operative completely indifferent to concern about delayed collection. Tone of voice was though I was massively inconveniencing her simply by querying delay. No apology, just a dismissive "well, what do you want me to do about it?". Awful customer service, in keeping with what many others have said about Interparcel's telephone help service. They're simply not interested in pleasing or retaining customers.
