I have attempted to contact this company via their website and CSR numbers. I am waiting for a collection today, have waited in now since 08.00. I cannot get any real answer and just go round in circles with their website which tells me to log on when I am logged on, and just seem the most unhelp and obdurate organisation. I have been totally ripped of. Because even though I put in valid consignment and order references they say they are wrong, so how on earth will you get your money back??? They have my money, and haven't responded. By the way if you dial the number given as their CSR you'll be kept waiting (7 minutes) only to be told they have nothing to do with this company. Good my parcel was delivered early however driver just handed it quickly and left did not ask if this was the right house. But overall good service

WORST COMPANY UKMAIL AND IPOSTPARCEL, GOT A LOST PACKET IN GERMANY, THEY NEVER RESPOND TO MAIL, OPEN A PAYPAL CASE, DON`T WAIT FOR THEM TO ANSWER, THERE ARE MANY OTHER COMPANIES MUCH BETTER, THEY NEVER RESPOND AS SOON AS YOU PAID THEM, STILL WAITING FOR PAYPAL CASE TO GET A REFUND, THEY KEEP TRYING TO AVOID REFUND, IS NOT ABOUT THE AMOUNT I PAID, IS ABOUT THE FACT THEY TREAT YOU AFTER LIKE A FOOL, THIS COMPNAY SHOULD BE GO TO COURT FOR FRAUD. JUST AVOID THEM AND SEARCH FOR OTHERS.

100% the worst company I have ever had to deal with. sent the wrong parcel to my recipient and I spent all day trying to contact them to find out what was going on. the only way I had a response was when sent them a tweet on twitter. they do not speak on the phone. the most pathetic company. DO NOT USE!!!

Arrived on time but unfortunately left out in rain when perfectly good recycle bin available by front door,fortunately well packaged in bubble wrap inside cardboard box so no harm done but driver could,nt know that,no attempt was made to leave at either neighbour.

I received an email detailing the time the product would be delivered. I put aside that time specifically to wait at that time. It didn't arrive until an hour later. Therefore I've rating this as 'poor' service.

The parcel was collected without the address labels which had been paid for. The delivery driver delivered the parcel to the wrong house number (same street name) in the wrong village with the wrong postcode! It was signed for by a cleaner who didn't look at the label properly. The resident at the incorrect address phoned to let me know he had my parcel and I arranged to collect it from him at 1:30. In the meantime the delivery driver went at approximately 10am and collected the parcel and told the resident he had to take it back and deliver it. The resident told him I was going so he better let me know. The delivery driver said he would and that he would deliver it by 1:30 anyway. He did not let me know and didn't deliver until 2:15. When I quizzed the delivery driver he said it was human error and he was just under stress and working 14 hour days... Regarding calling me he said he didn't have signal (which I don't believe) and then forgot. I accept that people make mistakes. What I don't accept is the excuses and lack of communication.

I received an email stating that my parcel would be delivered between 10.45 and 11.45am on the 14th January. There was an option to change the delivery date, so I changed it to the 15th. I got a confirmation email to say the parcel would be delivered between 10.45 and 11.45am on the 15th, for the parcel to then turn up at 5.30pm on the 14th, in a battered state, with part of the contents hanging out the bottom of the ripped cardboard box. It's just a good job I was in, as I would have been fuming to have stayed off work this morning, expecting the parcel to be delivered within the stated one hour gap, for it to arrive 6 hours later. And it's a good job nothing was damaged too. At least the parcel arrived, which is more than I can say for Yodel's delivery service.

On opening the parcel two of the items were found to be leaking due to being thrown about i think, and not packed well.

i am still awaiting my parcel. this is a poor service and I have been told that they have collected the parcel and still no sign of delivery .This is the most incompetent service as i need the items urgently and its like they are holding on to it

The parcel was valued over £400 so was sent next day delivery on the 5th January. I received it on the 12th after a lot of trouble on my and the senders part. I stayed in on 3 different days expecting the parcel to be delivered. I send and receive a large number of parcels every week. I will NEVER willingly use your service. Shocking does not even cover it pathetic is not strong enough. You had my parcel for over a week. You caused myself and my business and my family major inconvenience. I can only hope that if I ever have the misfortune to have anything sent to me via your service that you have managed to resolve your incompetences.

Honestly I was not happy my parcel was left out side and signed for in my name !? For real that is not right I was lucky I come outside what if my parcel was stollen would have left both me and the seller in a dispute

The parcel was not delivered on the day it was meant to be delivered with no explanation for non delivery. The parcel went back to the depot and then was lost. I then asked for it to be delivered on the Saturday but this was refused. It was promised to be delivered on the Monday - it wasn't. It apparently was 'lost'. It was then promised for a morning delivery on the Tuesday but it was delivered at 6pm. The driver knocked on my door, left it on my doorstep without taking my signature which was mandatory. The sender of the parcel was so embarrassed by your lack of service the delivery charge was reimbursed to me.
