We were in all day yet they chose to leave a parcel with a suit worth £2,000 in our porch. This is ridiculous.

The parcel was left outside our office door and according to your email - "Your delivery driver has left your order 40617530256634 safe in your porch. We have left you card reference 6985401 to advise." There was someone in the office and no one knocked or left a card!

I have to say this is the worst service I have ever known. Four days I have waited for a collection (which I paid next day delivery for) in a bright blue building on a short street with a big sign of the store I work in. Each time they have not been able to find it. The person I am sending to is going mad, I am having to stay at work longer for the allocated times I get texted every day and even the person receiving the parcel has looked on Google maps and can't believe it. Please get your act together iPostParcels.com/UKMail.com you have now cost me a lot of time and money and all I want you to do is pick up a parcel. At least call me to ask where it is if you are struggling so bad (not sure how you could be) you know you have my number because you text me everyday with a time slot.

I send parcel by courier ipostparcels with insurance. im really dissapointed. parcel was stolen by one of the driver ipostparcels. i send so many message to ipostparcels. They reply to me after one week with only apologise and thats it. I sent the claim but doesent help any thing. i didnt recive the money back from ipostparcels. If you wish you can check the parcel was not delivered Consignment number: 40328682244506 please do not use this service!!!. very poor comunication they they dont even help!!!

I haven't received any parcel. After emailing to ask what address you posted it too iv heard nothing back. Useless customer service. Very disappointed.

Parcel arrived two hours after the one hour time slot I was given,which is no big deal but the printer was damaged in transit,luckily the Ebay seller was very good and is going to send me another printer,Let's hope that's not damaged in transit.To be honest the seller did say that 'ipost parcels' have been very good in the past and has not had any problems with them.

Ref: Consignment No. 82611403211866 CC Mr Kane Executive Chairman UKMail Plc. I am writing to you re: the above. On the 12/2/16 I had occasion to send a parcel to Roma Italy all seemed well until about a week later, I received a complaint from my customer that he had been delivered a box off cosmetics, when he ordered and I sent him a Macerator. I immediately got in touch with your service dept. and they issued me a number and said it would be investigated. I heard nothing I went to your office and was inform that on the 13/2/16 the parcel was relabelled at 3.12pm. as to why I and your staff could only guess. I again complained through your system and was given another number. I was then asked via your system and various subsequent numbers, Questions like where were the cosmetics addressed to and the phone number of my customer which was on the original consignment note. In fact the only thing I got from your system was a whole host of numbers, which are all dealt with as original complaints and leaves your customers with no redress whatever. I at present am £180 out of pocket have an Ex customer in Rome who (quite rightly as had his money refunded) who will never deal with me again. I have paid you for delivering a parcel to Rome which you have failed to complete. I have heard nothing from your system apart from them closing several of the numbers they have issued. Would you kindly inform me as to what is happening?

I have notised that the item is delivered, but I have not seen it yet. I think that the item is delivered by you in UK, and I do?t know were it is now. I am living in Sweden and hope that someone will take the item to my house, because I have payed for that :-)

I was so impressed with your service from the online booking to the price to the contact with me as the customer.I was very excited to receive my top of the range HIFI speakers and they were delivered (and collected) on the correct day with the driver kindly phoning me to say that he was here with my parcel.The Guy that sold me the speakers had warapped the items very well but when I got to unwrapping the package 2 days later I was horrified to find the glass plinth on of of the speakers was smashed into a thousand pieces.These speakers are £700 a pair British made hifi speakers and the plinths cannot be purchased seperatley.I will be heading to your website to put in a claim but from memory the box I ticked on booking only insured me up to £50.As you can imagine I am very upset and its a shame because your service apart from the breakage of my item was first classs.Regards.Alan O'Donnell tel 07909 982281 Consignment no. 40617530219804

Delivery itself was fine, driver very friendly, but it would have been much better if someone could have phoned/emailed/texted to say approximately when he would arrive: I was just toid the day, and had to wait in till 3 pm.

If a parcel is left where the recipient is absent it would be better left at the rear of the property , unseen by passers by. Delivery was speedy and the parcel arrived in good condition. The request to participate in this survey promised inclusion in a draw taking place on 1st February, even though the delivery of both the parcel and email was later than that???

Real time tracking showed my delivery to be expected between 12:30 and 1:30pm. I requested a text when I was the next delivery and popped to the shop. I returned home at 11:30 (the tracking showed that the driver was at stop number 19 and we were stop number 30) however when I opened the door I had a "we missed you" card stating the parcel was left in my red bin on the street! Needless to say it was empty and I assumed they thought better of it and would call again at the appointed time... Sure enough I got a text at 12:45 saying we were the next delivery.... However, no courier came and my missing package was marked as "delivered" at 12:46 shortly followed by this review email..... I have since had to replace the order. Truly appalling service.

delivered on stated date left with a neighbour as instructed and no damage only fault no card left to say where parcel was left

Despite the sender labelling very clearly that the parcel contained a fragile item and they packed the item very well you managed to break the contents.

I requested the parcel to be delivered the following day as we were out this request was Ignored and the parcel was left at the back of our house with the side gate left open by the driver.

The Delivery service is an absolute joke the parcel delivered yesterday was posted on the 22nd December 2015 and delivered on the 2nd Feb with no explanation or apology for the delay

Parcel was left with a neighbour which was fine. The box had a large dent in it but fortunately the product was well packaged with bubble wrap so no damage was done. It appears the box was probably crushed in your van.

Parcel was supposed to be delivered on Monday, it was not and I had to phone to find out where it had gone. Apparently they could not find my address, the first delivery company I've ever used that hasn't been able too. It was then rescheduled for Tuesday and when it arrived, although the parcel was covered with fragile warning tape and had "contains glass" stickers on every side, everything inside was completely smashed, not just cracked, smashed. It look like it had been dropped on one side and hit with something sharp on the other. Extremely disappointing.
