My daughter returned an item 6 weeks ago, despite sending proof of return and many emails still no refund !

“Appalling-I’m furious - received wrong order - rather than just send me what I had paid for I had to go through a refund and return process - my refund will go through in about 21 days - so I have no item and they have my money despite it being totally their fault 🤷♀️”

“I’m so disappointed, always buy at I saw it first with no problem but this time I’ve received a completely random and different order, I was expecting the outfits to use on my daughters birthday, contacted customer service and they said they can’t sent my original order , everything they could do for me was wait for me to send the items back to refund me. Now that I went to place a new order again to try to get the correct items, most of them are not available on my size anymore. I’m so disappointed as they did not even try to do something else for me as it was completely their fault.”
“Honestly couldn't not-recommend a company enough. This review is after I posted on trust pilot and I just found out that because they didn’t like my review ISAWITFIRST reported it and deleted it! So this is what I originally said: The clothes are quality you could get somewhere else, but most importantly their customer service is abysmal. I request help on Twitter and they proceed to have a go at me, for messaging two messages instead of one? This was after my two parcels took a week to arrive when they should have been next day, and they have not even got in contact regarding my refund now I have returned both orders. I have never had a problem like this before and I won't be shopping here again.”
“Ordered a cord set, received a clearly used one. With rips and stains that looked like semen on it. Contacted them to see what they can do, they were completely useless and didn’t even care. Their resolution was that I should return it and buy a new one, which is fine but then they refused to cover the price of posting. So I was expected to pretty much buy something pay for delivery to receive disgusting product to then return it and be expected to pay for delivery again (they also didn’t want to return the delivery cost for when they got it wrong).

“First time shopping with isawjtfirst and I was appalled! Terrible quality of clothing, spend the extra money and buy off better high end retail! Received wrong items and only received a partial refund which is miles apart from the refund I anticipated! Not happy with the company at all. Shouldn't be even have to chase this up to begin with. Don't waste your time or money.”
“Bought a top and necklace in December before the cut off for next day delivery for NYE, managed to get the order in the middle of Jan after their customer service refused to refund me for my missing order that was still at the depot.
Finally got the order, sent it straight back unworn and unopened and I've finally had the courtesy of having my money returned weeks later in FEBRUARY. They've now discounted one of the items and knocked the discount off my refund (not sure how this isn't breaching trading standards, either way, their customer service doesn't give one)!
One of the scummiest companies I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with, will never ever ever ever place an order with them again.
The below reviews are clearly either fake or a result of a loyalty scheme, very easy to spot the genuine ones (clue, not 5 stars).”
“I sent back two pairs of Joggers on 4th January. I have proof of postage proving that they received them back on 8th January. But still no refund. I have been emailing for weeks - but only get a generic automated reply. They have no contact number. The automated message always promises to get back to you within 24hours but nothing ever happens. I will never order from them again. I think the same as everyone else on here. They are scammers. Beware if you buy from them & it doesn't fit. Don't bother to send it back to them as they won't give you your money back.”
“I would give this company zero stars if I could. I have been waiting 2 months now for a refund of a return that I have made through their returns portal. I have the return tracking and everything but they are refusing to refund me because they haven’t received it. The last communication I had was with ‘Teagan’ who told me that there is nothing they can do. What the actual F? I feel like I have been robbed. Do not ever order from this company because they have the worst customer service I have ever come across. I’m so furious about this whole situation and how they have treated me.”
“The items that arrived looked worn not new. As well as the quality of the fabric was below standard. As I bought it without seeing it I returned everything the next day and after a month I only got a refund for 2/3 items. I contacted the company and they just ignored me. Now that I opened a case with PayPal they keep messaging me to close it or I wont get a refund.

“I have placed an order on the 23rd of December and today is the 23rd of Jan and I am still waiting for missing items. Absolutely disgusting customer service. 3 times didn’t get delivered and the items which have been delivered had not had an order form. Going round in circles none stop and they keep asking the say questions even though they had answers weeks back. They are saying they are busy and it may take over 48 hour per reply. Some weeks it had been much longer than that. So so disappointed and feel I have been mugged.”
