Never received my package I believe the ups person put it down took a picture and picked it back up and yiu can't even tell if it was the correct door but how come I received everything else

Been a JcPenney customer since 1989. Recently had a missed payment because I was forced to go paperless or pay a fee to get a paper statement through Synchrony. Paid my small balance plus the $30 late fee and was told I would get my late fee returned after they received payment. Well, I received another notice that I owed $2 in interest that was never mentioned by the agent I was working with. Small amount to pay but can't believe the runaround through Synchrony Bank. I have decided to never close my account with JcPenney after 35 years and will not finance anything again through Synchrony Bank because of misinformation!

So my order was not delivered even tho they have a picture saying it was the driver could have taken the picture and picked right back up I received everything else that I order but they want me to file a police report which how can I I don't live in the state where it was shipped and they should have insurance on there delivery's

I should have read the instructions about cancellation I'm so used to Amazon whereas I can cancel anytime a day ahead or two days ahead but I didn't know it was 30 minutes which is kind of a locked in to get you to buy permanently. As I told customer service I will never ever purchase anything from JCPenney's again. Very displeased very displeased!

Now the salon considers making a color correction by dying my hair dark brown to cover up the color mess made by Rebecca Compoy. I went in a red head looking to bleach and lighten my hair to something I never wanted. I am walking around with a hair color I never wanted. They were happy to cover it up and call it a day. I suggest avoiding this place like the plague. Unhappy

My last order at JCP. Order a jacket and the size was way small. Worst was the store charges for returns if you want to send back, unlike many other stores, and especially Amazon.

My online order was so messed up.Wrong color, wrong size, wrong everything.Wasnt even the items I ordered. Needless to say I still had to go to nearest store for returning.How can a order be so wrong? Jeans were wrong color , style I order 18 get 12short .I order a sweater size large get small in a cheap looking tee.Also on the charge back postage isn't taken off? A extra 9.00.Thats so wrong. I order online for convenience it wasn't convenient to still travel to store.ugh.Evidently I receive someone else order. I don't think I will be online ordering again. I love Penny's but the online service needs improvement.

Went to JC Penny at Dayton Mall Dayton, OH yesterday. Found one item to purchase and walked around 2 floors trying to find out where to find the ONE open register, which ended up being in the Kid's section at the BACK of the store and then had to wait in a line! Numerous people just left their items and walked away. I would have done the same had it not been for my GD wanting the item so bad. You are making it too easy to shop elsewhere

I open an account and was charged 2 times! Once on credit card and then the customer service employee told me I couldn't use the card that day so I needed to pay cash! I did give him cash! I didn't realize it went on my card until I received a statement! I found my receipt with charged to account and on back the customer service man wrote I paid cash! JC Penney denied my claim! So my sister was with me at the time of the transaction. I guess it's ok for big company to take money from their customer!

I, ordered a sweater online and paid 47.99 and it down to 29.00. Call for a price adjustment because it has not been 14days. I, was told in order to get a price adjustment that I would have to send the sweater back and reorder another. It didn’t make sense to send the sweater back as I have the sweater already. I, will have to package the item back up and use my gas to ship it back off that will cost me extra money which they could have adjusted the price while I’m on the phone. I, understand if I bought it in the store but I ordered it off line. Not very happy with the no make sense rule. In the near future be careful who you buy from because it not about satisfying customers. It’s about inconveniencing customers .

They suck alright. Rebecca Compoy at South Park Mall in San Antonio Texas burnt my hair. There were no apologies or refund. The company said to go back to the salon, hut what for? My hair is brunt and I know I am going to cut it off and grow it back. I am suggesting you should avoid the salon. I spent $550 to look like a skunk. I could gave ruined it on my own cheap. Highway robbery for sure. Beware! No refunds and no responses or apologies.

Ordered pillows which were delivered to the wrong house and they want me to get a police report to get a refund. The box wasn’t stolen from my house it was delivered to the wrong house this doesn’t make sense to me

JCPenney sucks. I ordered two dresses for a wedding. They were due to be delivered on Monday. It was delivered Tuesday and the wrong item was sent. I reached out to JCPenney and the only offered a refund once the wrong item is sent. I asked for the right item to be sent overnight and I was told to visit the store. If I had that option I wouldn’t have ordered on line. I’ll never order from JCPenney again.

I had an even exchange on a top, just wanted to exchange for a different color. Both were still selling for the same price, but they only would give me a $5. Credit towards the other top!?!?! NEVER EVER HAD THAT EXPERIENCE AT ANY OTHER STORE. That is what led me to their reviews to see if other people had the same experience.

Jc Penney and Synchrony bank have small print stipulations to their credit cards that are not ethical. Shame on me for not reading. Do not open an acccount with them

I ordered this Young Men’s Arizona Hoodie in a medium size and the label and ticket show medium but this is more like Men’s XXLg. I have had issues with the actual size compared to what the label size is my past 3 orders

I have been waiting for a call from the store manager since earlier this morning. Still haven't heard from her. I have a unique situation which needs to be handled by the store manager. She,Liza hasn't bothered to call me. Pretty bad customer service.
