I can’t find words to describe the worst customer service. I have purchased two pair of trainers April 2020. Received one pair and the other pair I have never received. Since April I have contacted several time over the phone, sent a letter to customer service, wrote few emails. They asked me to fill a form and I have sent it. September 2020 I was asked on their emails just to give them more time. Since April2020 Jd sports should have sorted out my order, not just keep £75 and ignoring emails and bad reviews. Does anyone from JD Sports have responsibility over all these bad reviews on website. The worst service!!!

Where to start from....... Primarily JD sports think that customers are stupid. I have amde an order on the 29th of November and I was awaiting for the order which were Christmas Presents. On the 9th of December I receive an email that my order goit cancelled and that I will receive a refund and on the email I did not even have a reason why the order got cancelled! Later on I started trying to communicate with someone from Support and they told me that they cancelled the order just because the items are out of stock! At the same moment I check on their website which they constantly spam you with ads and to my surprise I found that the items I ordered were still available on the site with the sizes exactly. They offered me a gesture of Good will 10% of my next order up to £100!!!!! What a joke, what Good will i ask? I would have accepted this if they informed me the next day that th eitems were not available but not 10 days later!!!!!!! I called customer care and after 1 hour waiting someone spoke to me and they told me that the items went back in stock at that time exactly 23:00hrs CET (LOL) and that the warehouse decided to cancel my order because they thought that I would be happier to get a refund rather then waiting for my objects!!! 2 weeks before Christmas. Well JD I must say, you have lost a customer and I will make sure that everyone I know knows about this incident cause this was very lame! All I wanted was my order and to be charged the exact same price I paid for it originally. If I was your customer care I would have taken the details of the customer, expedite ship the order and make sure they are happy. At the end of the day the custimer is the one paying your wages! You really need to stop investing in adverts and start investing in a good Customer service!!!!! SUPER FRUSTRATED YOU RUINED MY CHRISTMAS

Order 8days ago still not dispatched. Payment has been taken with no sign of goods. Items were for my son's 21st birthday which has now been and gone with the payment made I was unable to get him anything else to open on his birthday. Delays should have been advised before order was placed so decision was available to be made for alternative company to be used. This has ruined my son's birthday and has left me very upset at such a milestone birthday being spoilt. I would appreciate an actual delivery date being given by the company and some kind of gesture of good will to compensate for this poor service. I await your response, I have emailed the details you outline below for a response Mollie has responded to the email I am awaiting an update. I have tried to call and have been advised you are too busy to take the call this is getting beyond a joke It has now been over the 13 days (today 10th December!) stated for this investigation to be carried out with no update or resolution to the claim, please can someone get in touch as soon as possible

Ordered my sons birthday present in November , took over two weeks to deliver then had a missing hoody which took over 3 weeks to refund . I placed an order totalling £780 on the 21st November, received those texts every day saying sorry for the delay . Then this morning I received an email stating some of my order had been cancelled and they’ve refunded the money . I checked and ALL OF IT HAS BEEN CANCELLED ! None of the stuff for my children’s Xmas presents are in stock anywhere else . Saved all year to get what they really wanted and right now I’ve got nothing . I’ve been a loyal customer for years but will never order again . If they are so behind with deliveries they should STOP accepting orders and taking peoples money when they don’t know they can uphold the order . This was reported in October and they’ve carried on taking peoples money . Disgusting .

Ordered trainers on the 5th November to be delivered before the 11th November, It is now the 9th December and according to their website, my order is still being processed!!! No e-mails, No Texts or phone calls to update me as to what is happening, their bot Beckie is totally useless, even now informing me that my order is being processed and is set to be delivered by 11th November.... we're now in bloody December!!! Managed to get through to customer service who were not helpful, according to them, the warehouse didn't receive my order "ok, I said, can you phone them and sort it out?" " sorry, I cant do that i'm afraid" came the reply, "but I can escalate it up the chain so your order has priority" that was 3 weeks ago and I have heard nothing since, website still saying order is being processed. Now cant get through on the phone to refund.... the most unhelpful company I have dealt with. o/n 457538851

Terrible customer service. I'm waiting on an order that should have been delivered 2 days ago and now when I try to track the order number it doesn't have a record of it. Has my order been cancelled without notifying me. They did this before during the summer when I ordered a schoolbag for my daughter. If items are not in stick the website should reflect this. Annoyed!!!

Do not ordered your christmas shopping from here you might end up with nothing on christmas day! Thought I would also add to all the reviews as I never looked before and wish I did... Exactly the same ordered 2 tshirts for my 2 son's on 10/11/20 not heard nothing! From replies...You only get a automated response how can such a supposeably good running company become so terrible and rip so many people off!? I'm so glad I only ordered 2 t-shirts but completely not the point..

Ordered an paid for goods two months ago. Still not received them. But got a email today saying half of my order has been cancelled 😡 ordered 4 track suits an once they come I only have either bottoms or tops . So all will have to be returned . Still waiting for a refund for the goods that won’t be turning up . Simply the worst customer service ever.

Please actually tell me what the problem is, i do not need another cookie cutter response with links to pages that do not answer the question. The order #459725799 was placed on 20th November. Your retarded order bot "Becky" says it will "be delivered before Thu 26th Nov 2020". Evasive responses from every method of contact - text message, Twitter and email. If just once someone would've responded with some actual information to explain the delay it would be fine. However every response has just been a fob off with no information, even when advised directly that i want to know what the delay is you just respond with... "We've got your order, it's being dealt with, we can't tell you any more" Your customer service is an absolute joke. Give me my money back.

Disgusting service provided and it seems I'm not the only one to be ripped of but this company!! I'm waiting on a refund for an Order I placed in October and nothing!! Robbing people of their money daily it seems, it's absolutely ridiculous you can do this over and over again. No response to any of the several messages and emails I've sent and you just hang up when I call

Terrible customer service. Was told last week order was ready to send out after waiting 3 weeks to be told today that all 5 items are out of stock and still haven’t received refund. Also items are still available to buy on website. It is disgusting that you are taking peoples money when you don’t even have the items in stock

JD are ripping people off. They are taking orders and payments and not fulfilling them yet refusing to refund. Just look for reviews and you will see hundreds like me. My order is outstanding from 4 November. Phone lines not taking calls and emails have standard replies. Nobody helping customers. DO NOT USE JD SPORTS, they are going bust.

JD Sport customer service for on line shop is awful they send stuff when they tell you it cancelled cut you off when you call them up.... take days to even issue refunds... tell your refund has been issued when it hasn’t I’ll never use them again 😤
