They use the delivery service provided by evri and they keep messing my orders up so I now refuse to order online at jd sports until they use a different delivery service

MILTON KEYNES - If I could give 0* then I would! I ordered a pair of Air Force 1's for same day collection... I recieved an email and text stating my order was ready. I queued for almost 30 minutes and was told to wait. while waiting no one checked in on me, and I waited just over 30 minutes for them to tell me that my oder was not in store, but to wait and they will continue to look. I waited a little longer, but I was told again that they did not have the order - despite confirmation texts - and was told to come back tomorrow. At this point I was becoming irate as I missed my sisters birthday meal. The next day I visited the store, again, to wait around 30 minutes. I was told that they do not have my order and that I should call customer services as they can no longer help me. I called customer services but was put on hold for for just over 15 minutes before getting cut-off twice. TWICE! When I finally managed to get through the man was shocked that this had happened - He made it clear that the order was showing in-store and there was numerous shoes the same available. He tried calling the store 3 times but had no response. I was then informed that my order was cancelled and will take around a week to get back to me. I dont think I will buy at this store again! SHOCKING!!!

I ordered a pair of Nike sneakers from JD Sports on Nov 24, 2023 (sale code Cyber25). However, I got an email yesterday 11/30/23 saying my order was canceled (by them not me). This is a newer Nike basketball shoe not some closeout item. No reason given in the email but it said to call customer service for more details. I made a couple of calls to their customer service # where I was on hold for 15+ minutes with no response or any wait time estimates. Hope they're not selling my AMEX number on the dark web. Shady outfit. BEWARE

If I could give no stars I would. The shoes are nice though insanely expensive but that’s the market, I get it. The customer service and business practices are comical to say the least. They’ll never get another dollar from me.

Took 3 payments of £73 out of my bank instead of 1. Said it was a system error... they have literally cleared out my bank and I have no money left til payday. Said lots of people experiencing the same problem! They refuse to compensate to pay overdraft fees. Awful customer service. Wouldn't even accept a complaint!

Placed order next day collection from store made payment got message item not able for next day so had to wait 4 days before I could collect. Got home to find missing item called customer service they say they will send replacement but even that didn’t arrive after 2 weeks.

Went to JD SPORTS with my 11 year old daughter and I was not allowed in the changing room with her and this made my daughter very uncomfortable and I very unhappy. I think it is disgusting that I was not able to assist my daughter. I asked why and simply told because of theft… she is 11 years old and everything is tagged and rechecked. Personally I think it appalling

DO NOT ORDER OR BUY FROM THIS STORE. GO TO FOOTLOCKER OR CHAMPS. The customer service is absolutely atrocious. I am extremely disappointed in this customer service. I ordered a womens 7 and in return received a womens 9. The representative in your customer service department named Lindsay sent me a return label which I tried to use today at Fed Ex as instructed and it was invalid. I purchased the shoe for 40% and all I was offered was a refund and 10% off to use when the shoe restocks. After explaining this to Lindsay she stated she could not do better for me, in a dry insensitive one lined email. I then requested to speak with a supervisor on this matter. Since then, I have not received a response from Lindsay the representative. I have sent three to four follow up emails to Lindsay and she has began ignoring my emails. All I am asking is to receive the shoe in my correct size at the price I initially purchased it for as once again, I did not make the error; unfortunately the error came from their end. And if not I would like to have my full refund back along with a shipping label that actually works. I have no problem returning the shoe that was sent to me but I would like to speak to a supervisor.

Over the last few months tried to order a number of items and each order has been lost in the warehouse or out of stock this it is now 4 times. I’ve got no confidence with the order system online! it is pointless task it is rush and roulette if you are ever going to get your goods I ordered some Nike tracksuits bottoms back in April stated booking accepted and then got cancelled this happened three times even through the item was in stock online for over a week shocking. Then on the 15th of July I order another item got message “your order is ready to dispatch” and “on track” then two weeks later after I chased got cancelled due to lost in warehouse and out of stock and refunded without a solution. Complain due to the issue – explained missing out on offers, JD offered £5.00 off next order shocking when all the items I tried to order was 50 to 60 % off this is an insult. This whole experience is really bad why would I ever buying anything online again from J.D when nothing is every guaranteed because the system cannot update the Stock within 24 hours or a reasonable real time update within the inventory management systems and payment processes. I understand that this can happen, but 4 TIMES!!!!!!! is shocking and to be offered £5 it is disgusting!!!! I know that I will get a standard message back from yourselves by leaving this post most likely the below: - “If you would like to discuss this further please contact us at onlinereviewsatjdsports.co.uk quoting your review reference and dates etc” Why would I? Because you have messaged me with a rubbish solution.

Sorry to say very very bad customer service and online service .. you people are unfair . You can not cancel what you want and send what you want to me .. you can not take full money and said goods in the way and after one week you say order cancelled . You can not cancel an order and send half order by your choice . You can not say unavailable procust while its available next day and do not say System problem or time delay . Thats not customer problem . I want my rights and will never stop . If you blocked me i have more than 100 account so do not try it and show how much weak you are . I want my rights . Even one single Pound.

I was bought a gift card for my birthday but when I went to spend it on some trainers i was unable to complete the purchase because the item was shipped directly from a supplier (Nike) They basically hold your money hostage unless you are buying their overpriced items directly from them! It’s absolute sham! If you are thinking about buying someone a gift card, don’t do it! Give them cash instead and tell them buy elsewhere! Don’t support companies with shoddy business practices like this!

Still not refunded my money after 1 month. Returned online purchased item to store. Was told I would be refunded on card I purchased item online with….. have receipts and still no refund 1 month later.

Beware ! JD Sports sell their 'Ultimate' Gift Card but it is NOT usable in all of the stores listed and printed on the card ! It CANNOT be used in Scott's Sports as shown, you CANNOT buy anything online with the Addidas brand name and use the gift card to pay for it ! JD Sports do NOT tell customers this when buying gift cards and will refuse to refund the money bought and added to any cards as a result ! This company are misleading in their advertising and sales of these cards and refuse to issue refunds as a result leading to you having to take legal action against them as are your rights under the Sale of Goods Act 2015. BUYERS BEWARE OF THE ABOVE ILLEGAL ADVERTISING AND SELLING OF ULTIMATE GIFT CARDS !

I spent over £500 on this waste of a company and have not received my order. I rang them and they said an Evri driver had left it on the shed, I told them there was nothing on my shed. Asked to speak to a manager who was so rude and unprofessional - he said they had proof of delivery (an image of a box inside the shed) and there is nothing he can do. He didn’t even listen to my side of the story - appalling!!! When I got home I looked at the shed picture only to discover it is not even my shed 😭😭. I rang customer service back today, firstly spoke to a very very rude unprofessional assistant, same rude Assitant that I spoke to on Monday 😭😭 I had to hang up and ring back to speak to someone else who informed me there is nothing customer service can do for me as it’s been escalated to Order.Authorisations who are only available through emails, so I sent them an email, it’s been back and forth emails with this other unhelpful human, who when I asked for a proof of delivery with my house number she sent me a Google map 😭😭😭 highly disappointed. I made a claim back with my bank which am still waiting for an outcome which could take up to 8 weeks 😭😭😭. It pains so much that I have to go through this, if I knew I would have gone elsewhere - out of pocket and no goods. Please avoid JD SPORTS! at all costs. The customer service is unspeakable, managers they dnt care about customers all they are interested in is making money at all costs. I requested to make a complaint regarding how the manager was so rude and unprofessional towards me on Monday with the lady from Order.Authorisations and she did not even address the topic! - it’s like as a customer I dnt matter at all! I message them on instagram and upto now no reply!!! Profits are made by retaining your customers, customers are the ones that keeps your business going, you can have all the products but if you do not have customers to purchase them it’s a failed business - treat your customers with a little respect and dignity it goes a long way!!! It’s such a disgrace! I am never ever spending even a penny at this company. PLEASE AVOID JD SPORTS. Please spend your money where you are respected and valued as a customer and not at JD SPORTS where you are spoken and treated like trash!

Took my 13 year old daughter to JD in Peterborough Queensgate and was not allowed in the changing room with her. The manager told me that only small children are allowed as bigger children are not vulnerable enough?! There is a larger changing room available so the H&S rule cited was irrelevant so security is apparently more important than the comfort and security of a young, nervous teenager. The sales assistant when I asked to see the manager rudely answered me back and smirked while relaying to the manager I wanted to speak to him. You must empower managers to make local decisions my daughter was very uncomfortable with the situation and it is none of a managers business how vulnerable older children are I was not going to discuss her issues in the sales floor.

I purchased shoes on Black Friday for my son, for Christmas. Unfortunately, we were not able to celebrate Christmas with family due to positive covid cases. We finally celebrated in mid-January. It was then that we noticed the salesperson gave us the correct size 11 but it was in women's and not in men's. We tried to exchange the next day. They said no because it was past 45 days. I tried calling corporate customer service and was told the same thing. Apparently their "systems" won't allow it. Having worked many years in retail, I know that is BS. Every system can be over written by a manager. I didn't want a return, I wanted an exchange
