Egypt 2024 Enjoyed our tour to Egypt 2024….Great company to work with … They kept us updated of any changes and got us the best flights..it was soooo PEACEFUL and SERENE in Egypt .they arranged to fly us from nyc to Cairo and to fly us from Cairo to Luxor and by boat on the Nile to Aswan all without a hitch ….luxor…where the history was amazing. Abu was our great tour guide with exceptional knowledge..,.thank you Roger for arranging our travel. .will travel via Jetline again.,,

I booked a vacation for myself and two cousins. We stayed 11 days in Italy. 3 in Rome 3 in Florence 2 in Milan and 3 in Venice. Everything was awesome. Hotels were great. Each included breakfast. All documents were sent in a timely manner from JetLine Vacations. Airline tickets Vouchers for hotels and trains were provided in plenty of advance of our trip. All in all we had the entire trip (other than skip the line excursions that I booked through Viator for less than the airline tickets would have cost us. Will definitely use JetLine Vacations again.

We booked a vacation through jetline vacations for Spain. It was truly wonderful and they are a wonderful company to work with. As this was our first time dealing with them we were Leary, but the hotels, breakfasts, and tours were wonderful. I would give them 5 stars and recommend them highly. Thank you Jetline for a wonderful trip.

This is a follow up to my past review that I wrote at booking about 6 months ago. I guess we lucked out, because we had a fantastic trip. Prior to leaving, I had a change of address and received an immediate reply and amendment. Our travel documents arrived by email in advance of the trip, as promised. We had absolutely no problems on our trip except for the flights home being delayed, but that was airport issues (strikes) and had nothing to do with Jetlines or the airline (TAP Portugal). In fact, when we missed a connecting flight in Lisbon from Rome, TAP Portugal had new boarding passes and hotel, meal, snack, and Uber (Bolt) vouchers already printed for us when we stepped off the plane, even put us up in a 4 star hotel. Our accommodations at all locations were perfect; our rental car was great. It was literally a flawless trip. I don't know that I will ever book a trip through one of these sites again (booked through Travelzoo) because of the initial upcharges, but I cannot complain at all about the experience. I followed the advice from another reviewer on this site and verified everything myself before we left, created documents with all verifying and contact information for the hotels, etc., which eased my anxiety. I would recommend that for peace of mind. I was overall very happy with the experience with Jetlines.

This is a terrible company to deal with and if I had read the reviews before booking would not have booked with them. Never ever book a holiday which includes flights. Airlines cannot trust the information given by them is correct. I have had enormous trouble with Ryanair to get my boarding pass. I had to verify who I was by photographing my passport, taking selfies and sending a photo of my signature. It literally took me 2 days to sort it out. I asked for Jetlines help and they were very rude and couldn't or wouldn't explain why I had go thro the process. When at last I was able to get the boarding pass Ryanair set me a nice email as to why this has happened. Simply they didn't trust Jetline cruise to give the right details. They also said the co. paid with their credit card and if a refund was due couldn't guarantee I would get it because of how the seat was paid for. They strongly recommend never to book a flight thro a third party. It is not safe

Jetline Holidays were able to provide us with the accommodation that we really wanted when we wanted to go. You were recommended by the staff at Casas del Sol and they were right because the process was very easy.

Booked an amazing cruise through Travel Zoo with this company and absolutely loved it. We sailed from Southampton to New York and on to Niagara Falls, as seasoned cruisers we had never seen an itinerary like this before. Everything went smoothly and as planned so wanted to say thank you to Jetline Cruise for this magical experience.

We booked our short break to Prague for March with Jetline Holidays. Price was good, options were good and we definitely enjoyed our stay. Agent seemed to know his product and gave us some local tips. We will book with them again.

Deepika set us up with our Ishca, Sorrento and Naples stay! Everything turned out beautifully! The Imperatours company met us and transported us from airport to ferry, hotel and on to the next two hotels! Our cooking class and Capri day trip were professionally handled and fun! Thanks Deepika! I guess my review is not going to offset the tremendous amount of negative reviews here, but in my case, every single leg of our trip to Madeira went as stated/promised. One week BEFORE our trip, the middle leg of our flight from Zurich to Lisbon was scratched, but Abbie, at Jetline, found a replacement flight via Newark (from Miami, our airport of origin), a few days later. We flew from Miami to Newark on UNITED, with NO issues. We flew from Lisbon to Madeira on EASYJET with no issues. We flew from Madeira to Lisbon on EASYJET with no issues. We flew from Lisbon to Dulles on UNITED, with no issues. We flew from Dulles to Miami with no issues. Our hotel in Lisbon was not spectacular, but comfortable and we had no issues. Our hotel in Madeira was beautiful and amazing and untraditional. Was more like staying at a huge mansion with smaller houses on the compound. No issues there either. Perfect trip, but I am also aware that at any point, something could have gone wrong with so many pieces. In fact, we arrived in Madeira just AFTER bad weather and high winds, causing flight cancellations and enjoyed rather decent weather (despite the bad forecasts) and left BEFORE bad weather rolled back in again. So, in short, I had no bad experience. My package went as expected and in fact, to Jetline's credit, they gave me an EXTRA month to pay my last installment.

Our holiday to Madeira was handled by this company and everything went smoothly and we have absolutely no complaints and would be willing to recommend Jetliner holidays.
