"Jetline is literally the worst travel coordinator I have ever encountered. In August-September, I went through a month-long process of unanswered calls and emails trying to change a traveler name, for which I was charged $700 and given an arrival time in Rome that ate up 1\/2 a day of our two days there. Also, starting in September I started asking for train transfer vouchers and was put off until the 2nd week of October. On October 10th they asked for our selections of departure times from Rome and Florence, which I supplied. On the 11th I received an email that I would receive the vouchers within 5 business days. On October 23, I sent an email following up on the vouchers. The email, not a call, was never received. Today, on October 25th, I called the 2 telephone numbers I have for Jetline and both rang indefinitely, with no opportunity to leave a voicemail. I again emailed our agent and the department supervisor, requesting the vouchers. The first leg of our trip leaves on November 7th. Will this insanity ever end??\r\n\r\nPSA, when booking a travel package, check to ensure the travel coordinators are Jetline. If so, run. Run as fast as you can."

"So, I read these reviews after I purchased, and do wish we had read these earlier. However, the price seemed so inexpensive, I was lured away by the sales person. \r\n\r\nSo how did our trip to Portugal work out? Well, fine actually. \r\n\r\n I will say the company is fairly disorganized and leaving an itinerary to be sent only 14 days prior to departure is pretty unacceptable, since we needed to do extra planning for all we wanted to do, and that requires advanced bookings. Since we are well seasoned travelers, we sleuthed our itinerary from the breadcrumb clues in the first email confirmation and later called the airlines and hotels to verify and assured our contact number was on everything, so we\u2019d be notified timely if there were changes. This was the best thing we did, as we never got change notification timely from Jetline: however the airlines kept us up to date since we gave them our contact info. \r\n\r\nThe flights were the cheap ones with no assigned seats, so we booked our own seats directly with the airlines early, just as soon as we found out there were no seats reserved for us. \r\n\r\nThe hotels were fine and very clean with really good breakfasts, but the rooms were pretty tiny. They were also not city center, but had good metro stops very close by. I usually book city center when I plan my own trips, as it makes it easier to access things, and easier to use the hotel during the day. \r\n\r\nSo the trip was fabulous, due to what we built on top of what jetline did for us. \r\n\r\nWould I use them again?\u2026well, probably not. Too many loose ends and the last minute itinerary proposition (had I waited for that) would have made it impossible for me to plan. We only got our actual itinerary 2 days before departure after I called them\u2026but by then I already had everything figured out and the extra bookings made on my own. \r\n\r\nSo\u2026I will return to my usual habit of planning and booking myself. That way I am in control, and the price is about the same. I really didn\u2019t save money using Jetline in the end."

"Deepika set us up with our Ishca, Sorrento and Naples stay! Everything turned out beautifully! The Imperatours company met us and transported us from airport to ferry, hotel and on to the next two hotels! Our cooking class and Capri day trip were professionally handled and fun! Thanks Deepika! "Glossy brochure\u2026..exciting looking holidays! That\u2019s where it ends! I wish I had seen these reviews before I booked. NEVER AGAIN! The Cunard part of the trip was great but went rapidly downhill from there. New York Hotel still being renovated opposite a total building site working til 4 in the morning and beginning again at 6! All arrangements constantly changing including our next part of the holiday where we flew to Toronto, were taken to the agreed hotel in Niagara only to find that the voucher was for a hotel of the same name but in the United States! Our fault apparently for not noticing the minute print on the voucher which only arrived 2 days before we set off! They did finally pay for the hotel we went to but deducted $5 for a drink we had at the bar!!! Couldn\u2019t believe how penny pinching this company could be. I really hope more people see these reviews and that this company stops trading."

"I wish I'd read these reviews before I booked with them, sadly I don't think most people must. \r\nI booked two trips, one to Greece & one to Iceland. At one point someone literally yelled at me & I had to be transferred to another agent since the previous one was so rude. I am a kind person, & I consider myself pretty patient, but the interactions with them were very stressful. I found them on Travelzoo & I will never book with them again now that I completed my travel.\r\nMy trip to Iceland was booked during the pandemic, they refused to return my deposit, by the time I traveled the trip cost had almost tripled in price. Due to \"changes\". \r\nWhen we actually did leave we almost missed our flight because they had gotten my birthdate wrong, which I emailed them about on several occasions. They said it was taken care of, only to find out once we were late that they hadn't done it at all. I ended up booking most of my rooms for my Greece trip as the places they offered weren't good quality. \r\nI will never travel with them again.\r\nAnyway, I truly believe you should stop advertising for them as they are taking advantage of people, are unprofessional and just plain rude. \r\n\r\nJust wanted to tell someone so I'm not letting other single parents get swindled & charged high prices when it's a struggle to pay the low advertised price in the first place."
