“This delivery was less pleasant than previous ones. I ordered on November 24 and collected the delivery on December 22, so it took 29 days in total. I hope my review can help improve the delivery process. Here is a timeline; I hope it is useful to you: - the first delivery point did not come through. This is of course not 100% your fault. + You informed me of this and asked me where I wanted the package delivered. This communication (with Daniel) was good and went quickly. The delivery was sent out the next day and delivered the same week, on December 6. The delivery was sent to a 24/7 locker. - Unfortunately, the pickup delivery service did not send me a code to access my locker, so I was not able to collect the delivery when I visited the locker on December 9. - When I checked the Track & Trace on December 9, it said the package had been returned to sender. I don't know if this was true. I did not receive a message notifying me that my delivery had been returned to sender, either from JimmyJoy or from the delivery service. + Communication with JimmyJoy about this issue was fast and pleasant. I asked to reship the delivery. The delivery was quickly "Ready to send", on December 12. - Unfortunately, it took a while before the package was on its way. I emailed on December 20. + Communication with JimmyJoy about this issue was again fast and pleasant. The order was shipped the same day. The order was delivered the next day, on December 21 + DPD delivered the package to a different Pickup Parcelshop than I had requested, but they notified me about this; this is fine - Unfortunately, this new pickup point is only open when I am at work (opening hours are 08:00-18:00 weekdays). I cannot pick up this delivery. Moreover, this shop is closed on the weekends and closes for more than a week for Christmas. I would have preferred to be kept in the loop to indicate a different pickup point, where I could pick it up more conveniently, even if it had meant more delay. (in the end I made it work by working from home and going there early in the morning, but this is not a choice I want to make only to pick up a delivery). - Unfortunately, JimmyJoy misinformed me about where my package had been delivered. JimmyJoy emailed me on December 21 that my delivery had been delivered to Pickup station DeBuren - Zaaijerp. It appears there was some miscommunication between JimmyJoy and DPD. Again, in the end everything worked out and I am now happy with my food. I hope that you can use this message to improve your processses. Merry Christmas”

“I've had a lot of Jimmy Joy products over the past 4 years. I'd love to recommend the plenty shakes at the moment of writing again but be aware that the quality of the shakes can vary every couple of months. The texture can be very grainy or very smooth, the taste can go from flavorful to downright wet cardboard. It's a real shame and I've stopped buying it for 1.5 years because of this. It should raise some alarms about the actual quality control of the ingredients but I'm just a sucker for the concept. When the shakes are good, I love them, it's so easy and tasty but when you've got the "bad" bags it's terrible and you'll doubt yourself untill you compare it to an old "good" bag. Other than the shakes, I didn't really like the pots and the bars are almost inedible for me. If you order something from Jimmy Joy be prepared to have your email inbox absolutely ravaged by their marketing department for months to come (-1 star). All in all, it's a good breakfast for me but I'm not recommending it to anyone I know because of the quality fluctuations and terrible mail spam after every order.”

“The overall shopping experience from JimmyJoy was delightful as always; however, I noticed you have sent the package via UPS this time. I must confess this was one of the worst delivery services I have experienced. It took them more than a working week to deliver the package; they failed to deliver on the expected arranged day (so I missed a whole working day staying at home for nothing and waiting for the package that did not arrive at all); they failed to receive and response to my request asking them to deliver the package to a pick-up point and just randomly brought the package to my house next day without any notice (I was lucky my girlfriend was accidentally at home and received the package). Also, their customer service had zero response; I tried contacting them numerous times, and nobody answered. Long story short, I never had such an experience when you sent the packages via PostNord.”

“- It's ridiculously expensive, especially considering the ingredients. I'm constantly angry that animal-based alternatives are always so much cheaper. - The subscription model they want to enforce on you is aggravating. - My neighbors probably believe that I constantly order bulk loads of adult toys. Who came up with 'Jimmy Joy'? Considering, that might be more on the plus-side, actually. + It's the only nutrition powder with a good protein content that tastes ok and somewhat natural. And not like chemical waste with stevia, like every other product I tried.”

“The taste is actually about what I expected, I think it could be sweeter but that’s a personal preference. The only issue I had is that there’s a bit of grittiness that goes away after letting the shake sit for 2-3 hours. I understand they are supposed to be consumed immediately but the difference in texture is night and day. One workaround I’ve found is using HOT water to mix it up. This cuts down the soaking time substantially. I’d prefer meal shakes to not have 2-3 hour prep but it’s still better than doing dishes.”

“The goal of having a meal with nutrition and minerals for a reasonable price will be met however don't expect it to be bursting with flavour. The flavours are disappointing, to say the least as the main flavour is that of oats with a hint of the flavour you want to taste. I bought the banana and passion fruit flavours so I can't speak to the others but even the plenny bar I received with the product which was supposed to taste like cherry had no semblance of it, I would fail to separate most flavours in a blind taste test. The Banana shake was the best product and had the most taste in my opnion.”

“I have not received the package yet. So yeah: 1) Dpd is a very questionable delivery service and its not the first time ive encountered an issue with them, so apperantly you forgot to add my phone number to their system? So they flagged the delivery as "lacking delivery information" or something along those lines, and i had to call their customer support(because they dont check their support emails) so that they would add the phone number to the delivery address(as there's no way to add the phone number manually even with a valid account on their website) so yeah, very questionable.”

“I bought the shakes for breakfast and the instant hot meals for lunch. The shakes are good and really filling and suoer quick and easy. I absolutely adore the concept of the hot meals.
