“I was very nervous about applying and asking for help losing weight as my GP would never hear of trying medication to lose despite a long history of binge eating disorder. Sequence has changed my life! Every clinician, Dietitian, and customer care associate has been helpful and sensitive to my needs and issues. It runs like clockwork in my opinion and couldn't be happier. I'd lost 20 lbs on my own and have now lost an additional 15 with Sequence. It is well worth the monthly fee for all the care and programs they offer.”

“Sequence takes your money and gives you no service. Its pretty much theft. I dont recommend Sequence in 2023. They ofter a list of medication, none of which are actually available. Eventhough, they cant give you what they offered, they refuse you a refund for your service. Total garbage.”

“Sequence failed me. Not enough information to know how my body breaks down food which is what I asked for from day one, so that I may understand how to live. Tried many diets and they only worked so far, they knew this and still just offered the same plans others offered. Paying a membership monthly is mostly for the drugs they give to boost weight loss, but no actual support to understand your body. Will not recommend it!”

Were you able to take advantage of the 1:1 Registered Dietitian visits that come with your membership? Our RDs are a great resource to help support healthy nutrition alongside any medication treatment plan your Clinician recommends. We also have nutrition workshops and support groups under the Group Events card. We appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts with us so we can make things better. “Since starting this journey, my life has quite literally changed. My blood pressure is down 30 points. I no longer have “crashes” multiple times per day due to my blood sugar fluctuation. I feel the best I have in 10+ years and I cannot even explain it besides the amazing impact this medication has had on my life. Side effects are minimal if any (occasional loss of appetite or distaste for a certain food) but 1000x better than any daily symptoms I was feeling before starting. I have ZERO swelling in my hands, feet, knees, or anything else. ZERO headaches. Those were both daily occurrences before starting. The weight loss is a side thought to how I feel and how I am. My state of health was a ticking time bomb, and I was constantly worried about what that would mean for my children. Dr. Carr immediately dove in to find me the best care and is incredibly responsive and helpful. I look forward to how much better my health will be in the months to come. My life has quite literally changed. I know that I already said that, but it’s worth repeating.”

“I was nervous to join a program like Sequence because I was afraid I’d get lost in the shuffle, just being a number, not hearing from my advocate or assigned dr in a timely manner. None of this happened! My advocate responds to me every time within an hour, my doctor stays on top of my case and the program in and of itself is very thorough and easy to understand. I’ve been on the program 3 weeks and I’ve already lost 9 lbs. I highly recommend Sequence!”

“How many stars do you give a program that has changed the course of your entire life? Sequence has stewarded me through the most important change of my existence. Where once I was completely at a loss, I am now on the path to a whole and fulfilling life. I know this is said a lot, but I LITERALLY have tried EVERY diet and WOE, I even trained to be a Keto instructor just to make sure I really know the science and was doing it right. The level of depression from my weight -- weighed me down to the point I was questioning the value of my life. I am really only about half way through, but just knowing it is working is keeping me going. ALl the other diets worked for a short while then either I failed/it failed me. I have an immense amount of gratitude for the guidance and medication and am looking forward to reaching my goal.”

“I decided I needed additional assistance with the WW program and signed up with the sequence program. Immediately after I signed up I got an email from the care coordinator and the MD I had made an appt with. Any time I had a question the response was very quick and they were very very helpful. I would recommend this part of the program as the customer service was fast & efficient and super helpful.”

“They are not clear in what their fees are. There is the monthly auto-pay charge but that only covers your conversations and check-ins with them. The meds (GLP-1) are going to be extra and dependent on whether you use insurance. If you are not using insurance, the cost is still very high per injection. I realized that the day after I signed up and cancelled since I can't afford that. They said because I had what seemed to be an automated message, that I could not receive a refund of $49.00. With this medication constantly being on a shortage and of it's extreme price, all plans really need to lay that out so you truly can understand what you are signing up for. I can't afford $1k+ a month plus their fees.”

“I have only started this program and feel very encouraged, while I am waiting for my medications to be approved I am utilizing the WW program to track my weight and meals. I am very happy to share that I am already down a total of 10.4lbs in just 12 days”

“Have been very impressed with the team so far. My care coordinator is attentive and has really worked very hard to be me secure medication with the GLP-1 shortages. There are a lot of resources within Sequence, and I have particularly enjoyed the nutritionist sessions and support groups. I have been with Sequence for a month but only recently started my medication, so I am excited to see how this progresses.”

“I actually have nothing bad to say. I switched from a different service that went out of network w my insurance. They made the transition super smooth and got my insurance approval pretty quickly. I waited maybe two weeks from approval to getting my meds. I was lucky to have already to worked up to the 1.7 Wegovy pen and haven’t been impacted by the shortage. The last telehealth service also did not offer Weight Watchers, a dietician or fitness plan like Sequence does. It’s a very good value and way cheaper than where I was before.”

“This is a total scam!!! You won't get a response for DAYS, they told me my RX was ready for pickup but after THREE trips to the pharmacy I was unable to actually pick up the medication because of something they didn't do on their end (pre-auth, provide a diagnosis code etc). I am so furious that I am disputing their charge for a service that ended up not being provided. Stay away!!!!”

“I signed up for Sequence in July and the process has been painfully slow. It takes days to get a response, sometimes more than a week. After finally being informed that I qualified for Wegovy under my insurance and that the prescription had been sent out, I was told at CVS that not only is it under backorder but my insurance doesn't cover it. Why was I given false information?”

“I was losing weight and then gaining it right back again. After joining Sequence and starting Metformin I have been losing about a pound or two a week. I’m very pleased to be a part of the Sequence family.”
