I returned some clothes per their return policy. I consolidated the shipping for a couple of orders into 1 box (because the original shipping packaging was not reusable) and included the return slips that they provided inside of the box. They only returned items from one order and never credited me the other items or sent them back to me, when the shipment was confirmed received. Around $700 worth of dresses. They said I needed to return the items in separate shipments and they were unwilling to do anything about it.

Bought a coat size 22 that in any other store would of fit... it was at least 2 sizes too small... there version of plus size is far from accurate. In addition to this the return policy is ridiculous.. sent it back the same day it arrived and 3 weeks later still no refund... it states it can take up to 30 days... this is ridiculous in this day and age... Will never buy from here again

You couldn’t pay me to order anything else from Karen Miller. If you have a special occasion, DO NOT order from Karen Miller because your special occasion date will come & go and you still won’t have the item you ordered from Karen Miller. And there’s no way to determine WHEN you might get your order. RIDICULOUS! I repeat, RIDICULOUS!!!! I say Hell No to Karen Miller. Never Again!!!!

I cannot believe how long shipping takes with this company. The tracking information lacks transparency as you never know what carrier is in possession of a package and they provide zero ETA. My package has been sitting in the “sort” facility for a week? Had I known I would not have placed my order. Supply chain, weather and shipping demands are all factors but not enough to justify a delay of this magnitude. I will not be reordering.

Karen Mullen did not return my money for my return for 3 months and I had to contact them and my American Express. Bad business. This is after they lost an order. I’ve been dealing with this since November.

Terrible company. They are cheating their customers. After purchasing from them I noticed that money was going out from my bank account monthly with no reason. When I called them they said that I have signed up with a company called Complete Savings which is a scam. Actually I never signed up with this company. Karen Millen has given my name, email address and my bank details to this company. Please don’t trust Karen Millen. From one side they give you discounts and from the other side they work with scam companies like complete savings to steal more money from you. When I complained to them they replied to me that I have signed up with this company but I have never done that. They are cheating people by dealing with scam companies and stealing peoples money. Please don’t trust them.

Charged me for return on productcwirh defect. Sadly had to return a dress as it had a defect on one shoulder, so quite visible. Within return form I had chosen that option, so it said free return. I took photos just in case. However, return cist was deducted from return fee at the end. Shame on you Karen Millen how you treat clients and with the fact you are not able to spot defects on your producrs. Very, very disappointing...since boohoo owning it's not top brand anymore, not with this attitude.

Can't deliver, won't refund. Customer service replies are completely tone deaf. Buyer Beware. Wish I would have checked reviews first. They have completely earned their 1.4 star rating.

1.- My first purchase did not arrive, but they gave a refund after sending an email and telling them. 2.- my second purchase is still waiting to be sent 3 weeks ago. 3.- My third purchase arrived in 14 days. 4.- the quality is ** no more, nothing to do with the quality shown in the photos, very expensive and very poor quality. 5.- las tallas son correctas, las 5 piezas que pedi, encagan perfectamante. ***** 6.- If you are going to buy at Karen Millen, buy at a very, very low price because high prices do not go hand in hand in this store. For example, buy $149.00 when it is reduced to $39.00 or $29.00 and believe me it will be the regular price, because the quality of my 5 items is very bad, for $5.00 Chinese clothes.

I had intention to order, but after reading all the BAD REVIEWS.. hey I am going to keep my money to myself... I read before I submitted an order.... very smart. If all these ppl have terrible experiences i know i will have the same. Thanks for everyone reviews.

Purchased a very expensive dress that was not correctly size labeled and they refused to swap it for another although it has never been worn. Only 5 days past return date.. Now I have a dress I can't wear and I've lost $450... Terrible customer service for a long time customer.

Very very disappointed with the direction KM has taken. I had been a life time customer who loved quality, tailored, luxury and classy clothing. KM has gone cheap and classless no doubt losing existing and new customers who have the money to pay for quality items which certainly is no longer KM.

What has happened to this company? The stuff is horrible now. I remember 15 years ago going into the changing rooms with 15 items, wanting half of them and buying 2. Now I struggle to even buy one. Hideous and unwearable is the name of the game now, like many of the other brands, strangely enough also acquired by Boohoo. Wealth will only stick around if you continue to create it. No one wants to buy this rubbish. I have money to spend and see nothing to spend it on.

I absolutely hate the fact that they don't have a customer service number the website that they have in order to even contact somebody is so misleading I hate their shipping situation I have yet to receive a coat That I ordered a month ago And they keep telling me to wait give it some more time This is absolutely horrible company I would never recommend this to anybody if I could give them negative stars I would

PLEASE don’t buy from Karen Millen if there is a slight chance you will want to return your item. They are not giving people’s money back on returns. I have been waiting 6 weeks now for my refund & all I get from customer services is “please allow 10 more working days”. Reasons never given! I doubt I’ll see my money again!

I contacted customer service several times regarding my lost dress. After writing my negative review they decide to look into the lost dress which I still do not have even though it shows delivered. Then to add insult to injury they send me an email that they will be looking into it but i need to acknowledge that I am not falsifying my statement…alluding to the fact that I’m lying. I would not have reached out to customer service as many times as I did if I was going to claim a dress undelivered since I really wanted that dress and in fact ordered a second choice dress. I’m done and will never order from them again.

Should be no stars. Worst company I have ever ordered from. They have no phone number and when you email it takes days to get a response. They use Royal Mail for shipping…Terrible! I had to file a dispute with my bank because I never received the items and was out 300.00. The company is in trouble and taken over by BooHoo, who also doesn’t respond. DO NOT EVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! No wonder they were forced to leave Bloomingdales. When a company doesn’t care about bad reviews, stay away. They will be out of business soon. The questions below do not apply. I NEVER RECEIVED MY PURCHASE.
