Worst company you can deal with. Omitting the obvious cheap third party provider who does nothing more than book flights that care close to each other and you have to do your own transfers. This company has no kind of customer service or sense of responsibility to its clients. They over charge and provide no assistance. You are better off taking their info and booking the flights yourself directly through the airlines you will save 100s of euros. Customer service department is in India and are very rude and provide no help at all. They tell you go to the airlines and figure it out

I had a very bad experience with Kiwi Travel Agency. I booked domestic flights in Bali through them, but when I arrived in Jakarta, my flights were canceled without any notice. I had to scramble to find last-minute tickets, most of which were fully booked. This caused me to stay an extra night in Jakarta, losing money on my Bali accommodations. Even after many attempts, I still haven’t received a refund for the canceled flights. This agency is not reliable. Please avoid booking with them!

I had a flight at 2 pm from lax heading to Tehran, Iran. when i got to lax from San Diego, at the counter they told me that the flight we postponed to 8 pm. these mofos are not professionals, didn't even apologize.

An awful company that does not offer any assistance, just speaking to a robot, no refund, no credit or even a part refund. DO NOT BOOK THROUGH THEM.

Total scam and daylight robbery. Zero flexibility or willingness to help customers. DO NOT BOOK. I would strongly encourage anyone considering this airline to think twice. I needed to move my flights in September by a week and was told there were no options. I provided 6 flights that i could see online, all of which i was told were unavailable to me even though the provider in some cases was Kiwi. I was then encouraged to cancel my flights and rebook, and await a refund which i could put towards new flights. From the £450 that i originally paid, i received a £20 refund. Like I said, total scam and daylight robbery. Zero flexibility or willingness to help customers. DO NOT BOOK.

I bought two round trips via Kiwi.com, from prominent international airports and the airline decided to cancel operations. Kiwi bears zero responsibility and their excuse has been they can't reach the airline vendor. I am never using this platform again since They can't help recuperate the cost or even help provide an alternative since they are the platform who is directly working with the airline. Finally none of their customer service numbers work to even discuss this issue live.

ABSOLUTE SCAM! DON'T EVER BOOK WITH KIWI !! I booked a connecting flight with Kiwi from El Nido to Ho Chi Minh City with a stopover in Manila. Unfortunately, the first flight got postponed 5 hours, so I was forced to book a new flight for the first part to not loose my second flight. They didn't give me any option to get refunded for the first flight. The only options were: Cancel the whole trip or book a new flight on your own. Kiwi doesn't do ANYTHING for you to help! After I booked my new first flight, I contacted the airline myself and after a few weeks, I got the written confirmation that they had refunded my money back to the travel agency Kiwi (unfortunately). But Kiwi denies having received any refund from the airline, thus refuses to refund me, although they clearly have my money in their possession according to the airline itself! This is so criminal, I can't believe it! We have to sue them. Apparently they do this all the time, it's a planned scam! Please report them in your country. I have. This scam must stop!

The customer support representative is continually ignoring my messages; I have asked for the official airline receipt, which they never provided. Asked them to connect me with their manger or the head of the team which they never did. If you guys are reading this, please know that you will not get away with this unprofessional business conduct. You will have to be held accountable.

These people are just money grubbing! I would suggest read the reviews firs before making a booking. Try to sign in to change your booking you'll get sent in circles!

Lijkt goedkoop... maar in 2 jaar heeft Kiwi ons 2000 euro extra gekost!!!! Door vertraging met de vlucht Athene-Milos heb ik de vlucht van Athene-Amsterdam gemist, volgende vlucht ging pas de volgende ochtend. Kiwi neemt de telefoon pas op na 30 minuten, regelt niks, geen nieuwe vlucht, geen hotel. kostte bij elkaar 300 euro extra aan hotel en ticket kosten. 2 jaar geleden nog erger: kiwi gaf ons 2 weken voor onze vlucht de keuze om de vlucht te te verzetten of cancelen met volledige teruggave van kosten. Gekozen voor cancelen. we kregen geen geld terug en kwamen erachter dat Kiwi de vluchten nooit gecanceld heeft. Via de telefoon waren ze slecht bereikbaar, wilden niet helpen en hebben nooit gereageert op emails. 1700 euro hebben we nooit terug gezien én we hebben geen vakantie gehad.

Stay Away from kiwi biggest rip off scammers Booked flight connection to Germany from Greece extremely impossible to make connecting flight they could care less book refund or anything. Biggest robbery of website STAY THE HELL AWAY if I could I'd give a zero not even a 1

Do NOT use this aggregator. I booked a round trip for three of us to Paris. The outbound ticket had Carryon bags included and the return made no mention of it. I had to pay another $250 for three carryon baggag!!!. It was not indicated anywhere until I got to the checkin counter. I called kiwi and they were most unhelpful saying I never added it! How is a round trip booked with different limitations and nothing communicated?

Stay away from this company, flight times change constantly and there is no flexibility in partial cancellationsI booked a return flight with this company from Perth to Kuala Lumpur transiting in Jakarta. They advised that the one of the leg from Perth to Jakarta has been cancelled and advised that I need to pay more money to book another flight from Perth to Jakarta to make the travel work. Once I researched I found out I could buy another flight from Perth to Kuala Lumpur cheaper than the additional money I need to pay Kiwi.com I advised I would like to cancel their flight and to be refunded for the partial journey and retain my flight from Kuala Lumpur to Perth. Additionally they have also moved my time for the flight from Perth to Kuala Lumpur without any consolation. They are not flexible and has mentioned to me this is not possible despite they book each flight individually. This means that I would not be able to cancel my flight and refund despite it has disrupted my travel plans. I would never use this company again and advise everyone to stay away.

Travelers should avoid booking with Kiwi.com if refunds for cancelled flights matter to you. I have been waiting for four months even after providing multiple emails from the aiine that they had already communicated with Kiwi to refund me based on the airline’s cancellation. Another flight was cancelled immediately after it was confirmed and I had to go through the refund procedure and waiting game to get the money back for that one too. Apparently Kiwi.com is just not interested in customer satisfaction! TRAVELERS BEWARE!

I will advice any reasonable person never to use this guys, bunch of scammers claiming to be travel agency, they cancelled my flight twice and did not provide a reasonable alternative to get to my destination. I was stranded with my family of 4.

절대로 키위통해 예약하지 마세요. 여러모로 추가비용에 돈만 뜯기고 문제해결은 아주 늦습니다. 잘 알려진곳에서 돈 조금 더 내고 하는게 결론적으로는 마지막에 가격이 똑같고 효율적이예요

This company is the most heartless brutal people I have ever come across. We have a friend who lost a close family member, and when trying to book a flight for the rest of his family to come, through human error of a bereaved person, accidentally booked the wrong dates. When contacted immediately, Kiwi.com response was “sorry, too bad”, even when the airline said they would unequivocally reimburse kiwi. He is now out over $3000. I am shocked at the appalling behaviour of kiwi.com. Horrible, horrible site and company. Do not give them your business. I can see this may not let published as it’s not me that booked, but hopefully someone with some humanity will reach out to fix this appalling issue.

made a reservation for 3 flights for me and my family, i entered the wrong date by mistake and i called them.immediately , 3000 dollars of flights in europe , within 5 minutes i called the call centre in the uk, i was transfered to an indian call center, even though i had not even received my confirmation yet, they told me it wasnt possible i called turkish airlines immediately and they said it was possible at 65 usd per ticket , i agreed and was informed to call kiwi , some lier called me from the companh telling me he was a supervisor and agreed to send me a link to change the flight at extra cost, i agreed, never got the message so i called again, then the indian lady said they didnt send the message as he was not on shift .. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY , SCAMMERS , as a hotel owner i will make surs i twll all of my guests never to use this disgusting lying excuse for a company 🤢🤢🤢
