Worst ever experience of customer service and flight change with them. They charged for premium support but what I got was no responses for days, customer support agents dropping calls or forwarding your issue to some other department. No resolutions of flight change for days. My money is stuck and they don't even discuss refund. They wouldn't even accept your complaint. Avoid lastminute.com, go somewhere else.

If I could this company would get negative stars!!! Terrible company........simply dont use them! I booked a short 3 day break to holland and paid extra to change the flights so we could flight out in the morning and take adavantage of the 3 full days. A week or so later I recieved an email saying they had changed my flight from 9 am to 7pm in the evening, which by anyones standards is not acceptable loosing a full day!! so I was given the option to request another departure time, which I did and recieved an email telling me that I would be depart at 10.30 am which I though great only and hour and a half delay so I excepted the time and thought that would be the end of it....nope a few days after theat I recieve all my update flight info and my departure time was now 5.50pm and not the agreed 10.30am am. You only get one change to requested different time so I'm now stuck with it... loosing a full day of my break (I'm only There 3 days). I just feel mislead and frankly ripped off...but companies like this one seem to continue to get away with it!!, I did tried to phone customer services but the guy I spoke to was less than no help, he sound like he was half a sleep and just reading a script to me. no help and absolulety pointless. wouldnt be surprised if there charging a premium to call the customer service too....they definatly seem the type to do that. so please dont use these charlatans its not worth the headache.

Continuing poor customer service. Phone put down on me when I complained about the limitations imposed on using a voucher that was given instead of a preferred refund. I will never use lastminute.com again and advise anyone to steer well clear of this company.

Been waiting for 2 months for a refund, they claim they are waiting for a response from the airline, and will chase them up, utter rubbish, I think they are sitting on my money as most airlines refund fairly quickly when they cancel flights now

Worst company to book flights with, I am waiting for my refund for over 9 weeks and spoke with KLM airline, they told me the issue was with travel agency last-minute but travel agency said issue was with KLM was also told over 1 week ago how much I will get back £467 which now they say that the airline only paying back the cost of ticket for todays cost or value. Rip off merchants, I am going to the ombudsman if I don't get the full payment from these bandits. Beware of these scammers

It’s a rip-off company I bought two ticket from Turkey to Dubai for £973 they charge me and one of the passenger test positive for the Covid the Turkish airline was happy to cancel the ticket but last minute.com refund me £673 they rip me off with £300 and they keep telling me to get in touch with the airline myself to find out why the refund is only 673 which I did and the airline come back to me and say I need to speak to the agents who they booked the holiday with me because they’re the one who took the money and get the refund Basically it just a little circle death-row you forward and backward so you can close your eyes and accept the rip-off money but I’m not giving up I’m taking it to the ombudsman

Disgusting company! Could not book on to flight, airline asked us to contact last minute and absolutely no response so had to pay £1600 to book a flight out with someone else. On return we were told that last minute had cancelled our return flight so had to pay out another £1000 to get home! And guess what…. Still no response from last minute!! Scammers! Do not use!

DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE! Terrible service…had to change the hotel booked because of lockdown and they didn’t want to return us the money from the first booking. First they tried to blame it on a hotel-SHAME ON YOU for lying and blaming others!!! We called the hotel and they explained that they would return the money but it was with last minute.com. We tried to return our money and they we even rude enough to say ‘We can return, but we don’t have to’. RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, LYING AND THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!

Please do not use this company to book your holidays otherwise you be Pilling your hair out. The customer service in this company is so non exist and very rude and hostel. Customer service don't even know what they doing just reading a script. The worst thing bout this company is that they are fraudsters who just keep your hard earned cash due to terms and conditions n when you pull them up bout it they don't know what they own terms and conditions are. I am not letting them take they commission for booking on there website, I would commend you do a charge back with tour credit card provider and get the full payment. I also commend to use another company when booking flights

If I could put 0 stars I would. We have had nothing but problems from the start, they are impossible to get hold of, and when you do finally get through, they are rude, confrontational and condescending. I rang somebody to see why my refund (cancelled holiday) didn’t total the amount I paid (aware of the fees being deducted prior to my call - the amount still didn’t add up!) and I has spoken with someone called Robert. He told me the funds deducted were part of the terms and conditions - but couldn’t tell me what part of the terms and conditions - he just told me to read them again as I had clearly forgotten what I’d agreed to when booking. He then said it was the baggage we had paid extra for, which cannot be refunded - but the amounts again didn’t add up, and he told me to keep calling back until I got through to one of his colleagues as there is nothing else he had to say to me. I rang back twice, and he was breathing down the phone and didn’t speak. Absolutely disgusting company, please do not use them, you will never be helped; or get your correct money back if anything goes wrong.

Totally rubbish company. I lost £961 . My airline told me they refunded my ticket money to lastminute.com in June but they said they are still waiting for my refund. It is a daylight robbery.

Please do not use this company! I lost £320 on my flights after being mis sold a extra protection plan for cancellation etc as these times are unpredictable. After falling ill with Covid symptoms I started the cancellation process with them and was offered €7.42 As I paid with PayPal I've started a complaint through them and can only hope they are able to help me. Don’t get fleeced like I did stay well away from this company.

We've had an amazing time (4 days) in La Villa Joiosa. The host was very friendly and helpful. The flat was fantastic, extremely clean, all well equipped, 2 air cons! And was super impressed when realised the shower drain was slightly blocked texted the host and the service men came in about 2-3 minutes! And sorted it no time. Great size balcony on the top floor you can see the sun rise in the morning, fab. The flat is right in front of the beach.

Appalling company, with the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Had a small issue which could have easily been resolved in one phonecall, and I spent a week trying to get through to their customer service, only to be told they'd call me back and my case had been flagged as 'urgent'. They never called me back, and because of the issue, we missed our holiday and they won't issue a refund. Please avoid at all costs- they have a shocking reputation and shouldn't be in business.

Dont use this company unless you want to lose a lot of money. I booked flights via their website but was told by an email from them that both of my flights have been cancelled. I got a credit for the outgoing flight but no refund for the return flight. When I called them somewhere in China, I was told that my return flight was still active. I was in shock and horror as I was not in Corfu so how could I fly back. I was told that the email sent to me for cancellation of both flights was system generated and was sent in error. The email came from lastminute.com and clearly stated that both of my flights were cancelled. Luckly, I was able to change my return flight which was with Ryanair but would have known nothing about this if I had not called lastminute.com for a refund. I was told that I would have lost all my money for return flight if I did not travel. The moral of my horror story is that you should book direct with airlines and not get tempted by cheap deals on these web portals who do not even have a complaints procedure.

Hello, I requested a date change on the 15th of August, around 11am. This was more than 24 hours before our departure date. After many rejected calls, waiting on hold for hours over the past two day you were not able to provide me with any resolutions to my request. 1. Lasminute failed to provide me with any further information as to why my request was declined. 2. Lastminute failed to provide me with any helpful resolutions. 3. Lastminute failed to provide any dates or time changes available for next year. 4. Last minute completely failed to provide any help in this stressful situation. At 15:45 I had a call from a Lastminute agent telling me I need to call Gulfair directly to see if they can do anything regarding my date changes. I was told nothing more. After waiting on hold with Golfair for nearly 40 minutes, they agreed to keep my booking open until the 20th of August 2022 but I would be charged £300 for a no show fee. Reason being I didn’t notify them of my changes 24hrs before departure. Lastminute clearly states you are able to change your flight details with “Flexi” tickets 24hrs before departure. Why was this not the case with our booking? Why could Gulf air extended our flights until the 20th of August but Lastminute couldn’t? Why am I being charged £300 for no show fee when I asked to change my booking well in advance of 24hrs? This has been a complete disaster from start to finish and honestly I wouldn’t recommend your service to ANYONE! No matter your prices (which are not cheaper). I look forward to receiving a email / message from Lastminute with a resolution in this experience. If not I will make sure to take this much further and make it clear on all your social media what type of service you provide. Regards, Sara

Lastminute.com have charged my #creditcard and they haven’t bought my #ticket with the #airline. One day before my flight they sent me a message saying they regret not being able to confirm my #booking request that I made a week ago. Now the prices have changed and no more seats available on the same #flight. I should have made my #reservation directly through the Airline website and get my tickets without passing through #Lastminute.com They never respond to your call, though it's their job to call their #customers. What a #scam?
