Disgusting company! Could not book on to flight, airline asked us to contact last minute and absolutely no response so had to pay £1600 to book a flight out with someone else. On return we were told that last minute had cancelled our return flight so had to pay out another £1000 to get home! And guess what…. Still no response from last minute!! Scammers! Do not use!

DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE! Terrible service…had to change the hotel booked because of lockdown and they didn’t want to return us the money from the first booking. First they tried to blame it on a hotel-SHAME ON YOU for lying and blaming others!!! We called the hotel and they explained that they would return the money but it was with last minute.com. We tried to return our money and they we even rude enough to say ‘We can return, but we don’t have to’. RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, LYING AND THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!

Please do not use this company to book your holidays otherwise you be Pilling your hair out. The customer service in this company is so non exist and very rude and hostel. Customer service don't even know what they doing just reading a script. The worst thing bout this company is that they are fraudsters who just keep your hard earned cash due to terms and conditions n when you pull them up bout it they don't know what they own terms and conditions are. I am not letting them take they commission for booking on there website, I would commend you do a charge back with tour credit card provider and get the full payment. I also commend to use another company when booking flights

If I could put 0 stars I would. We have had nothing but problems from the start, they are impossible to get hold of, and when you do finally get through, they are rude, confrontational and condescending. I rang somebody to see why my refund (cancelled holiday) didn’t total the amount I paid (aware of the fees being deducted prior to my call - the amount still didn’t add up!) and I has spoken with someone called Robert. He told me the funds deducted were part of the terms and conditions - but couldn’t tell me what part of the terms and conditions - he just told me to read them again as I had clearly forgotten what I’d agreed to when booking. He then said it was the baggage we had paid extra for, which cannot be refunded - but the amounts again didn’t add up, and he told me to keep calling back until I got through to one of his colleagues as there is nothing else he had to say to me. I rang back twice, and he was breathing down the phone and didn’t speak. Absolutely disgusting company, please do not use them, you will never be helped; or get your correct money back if anything goes wrong.

Totally rubbish company. I lost £961 . My airline told me they refunded my ticket money to lastminute.com in June but they said they are still waiting for my refund. It is a daylight robbery.

Please do not use this company! I lost £320 on my flights after being mis sold a extra protection plan for cancellation etc as these times are unpredictable. After falling ill with Covid symptoms I started the cancellation process with them and was offered €7.42 As I paid with PayPal I've started a complaint through them and can only hope they are able to help me. Don’t get fleeced like I did stay well away from this company.

Appalling company, with the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Had a small issue which could have easily been resolved in one phonecall, and I spent a week trying to get through to their customer service, only to be told they'd call me back and my case had been flagged as 'urgent'. They never called me back, and because of the issue, we missed our holiday and they won't issue a refund. Please avoid at all costs- they have a shocking reputation and shouldn't be in business.

Dont use this company unless you want to lose a lot of money. I booked flights via their website but was told by an email from them that both of my flights have been cancelled. I got a credit for the outgoing flight but no refund for the return flight. When I called them somewhere in China, I was told that my return flight was still active. I was in shock and horror as I was not in Corfu so how could I fly back. I was told that the email sent to me for cancellation of both flights was system generated and was sent in error. The email came from lastminute.com and clearly stated that both of my flights were cancelled. Luckly, I was able to change my return flight which was with Ryanair but would have known nothing about this if I had not called lastminute.com for a refund. I was told that I would have lost all my money for return flight if I did not travel. The moral of my horror story is that you should book direct with airlines and not get tempted by cheap deals on these web portals who do not even have a complaints procedure.

Hello, I requested a date change on the 15th of August, around 11am. This was more than 24 hours before our departure date. After many rejected calls, waiting on hold for hours over the past two day you were not able to provide me with any resolutions to my request. 1. Lasminute failed to provide me with any further information as to why my request was declined. 2. Lastminute failed to provide me with any helpful resolutions. 3. Lastminute failed to provide any dates or time changes available for next year. 4. Last minute completely failed to provide any help in this stressful situation. At 15:45 I had a call from a Lastminute agent telling me I need to call Gulfair directly to see if they can do anything regarding my date changes. I was told nothing more. After waiting on hold with Golfair for nearly 40 minutes, they agreed to keep my booking open until the 20th of August 2022 but I would be charged £300 for a no show fee. Reason being I didn’t notify them of my changes 24hrs before departure. Lastminute clearly states you are able to change your flight details with “Flexi” tickets 24hrs before departure. Why was this not the case with our booking? Why could Gulf air extended our flights until the 20th of August but Lastminute couldn’t? Why am I being charged £300 for no show fee when I asked to change my booking well in advance of 24hrs? This has been a complete disaster from start to finish and honestly I wouldn’t recommend your service to ANYONE! No matter your prices (which are not cheaper). I look forward to receiving a email / message from Lastminute with a resolution in this experience. If not I will make sure to take this much further and make it clear on all your social media what type of service you provide. Regards, Sara

Lastminute.com have charged my #creditcard and they haven’t bought my #ticket with the #airline. One day before my flight they sent me a message saying they regret not being able to confirm my #booking request that I made a week ago. Now the prices have changed and no more seats available on the same #flight. I should have made my #reservation directly through the Airline website and get my tickets without passing through #Lastminute.com They never respond to your call, though it's their job to call their #customers. What a #scam?

Be very careful booking with Lastminute. We choose to pay the extra FullyFlex (fully flexible tickets) option for our flights to the USA given we were unsure regards the Covid situation. As the Covid situation in the US became clear that we would not be allowed entry we made a request on cancellation or changing our dates to next year. Lastminute simply informed us that a cancellation request had been made and we would only be offered approximately 50% of the flight costs. We sent multiple messages saying explaining that we purchased the FullyFlex in case this sort of thing occurred, and that we wanted to move the flights if a full refund was not available. They simply replied that cancellation had been made and 50% was all we could claim. Bad customer service, and a total con. Do not book with LastMinute and definitely do not pay extra charges for something that is not what is advertised.

Horrible. Full flex service is a sham. No-one picks up thier phone at all. +44 208 396 1209. This site should be shut down. They only then responded to my email 2 weeks later and still referred me to ammend my booking via their website and that modify booking option doesn't work. SCAM

SCAMMERS! If I coukd give 0 or minus stars I would. Booked virgin flights through lastminute.com, not knowing this would make it impossible to get any customer service or help from virgin. Lastminute.com gave me different information every time I phoned up, each person changing their mind about terms. I should have been able to change my flights for a different date when we couldn't go due to covid, but lastminute.com made this impossible and I lost £2000! They tried to give me back only £500 of this if I cancelled the flight, which I refused as I'd been told I could change the full value of the flight for a different date. As it stands the flights have gone and lastminute saying they can no longer help me and didn't change my flights, even though I had spent every day of the week before my flights trying to request the change by numerous phone calls and emails. They refused to put me through to a manager (Indian call centre) and refused to give me atol number. They even hung up on me at one point!

DO NOT USE LASTMINUTE.COM This company is incompetent unless they are taking your card details!! We booked with them mainly because they use Ryanair. When booking the extras like seats transfers etc, we see their service CHECK IN NO PROBLEM, meaning they email your boarding passes directly by email to your inbox for an extra charge. We opted in for this service as Im in a wheelchair and it takes a bit of pressure off my partner. They quote that you receive these boarding passes at least 20 hours before your departures out of the Uk and back into the Uk. They still had not turned up before we drove to Stanstead and not at anytime. So we got to the airport early as we cannot check in ourselves as lastminunite.com keep your self login and password !! So we went to the Ryanair customer services desk and had a very long wait. Because you don’t have your login, we got charged £110 -£55 each to get our boarding passes !! So when we arrived at our holiday destination I spent almost 3 hours trying to explain to lastminute.com we did not receive our passes and would like a refund. In the end they said they would investigate and wanted a copy of the £110 receipt which was fair enough. They never called me back so I contacted them again on my third day. They said they found the problem and someone added a diget wrong on my email and guaranteed me the problem wouldn’t happen on my departure going home. I wasn’t confident and I was right!! 14 hours before my flight I called them again and again speaking to different people for hours maybe 5 or so, only to find out that my boarding passes won’t be in my mail inbox again. This might sound harsh but it absolutely ruined my holiday worrying this would happen going home too. They weren’t even bothered never apologised or nothing. They just told me to go to the airport and do them myself which I couldn’t!!! Login passwords they had. I think you know what happened next !! Anyway we got home called them and they are still investigating, I have no idea what their investigating. 1 week home no call and no refunds!!! So I think incompetent was the right word for lastminute.com!!! CHCK IN NO PROBLEM hey! Please do not use them, or they will spoil your holiday too

Not even a one star. No problem taking my money but when they cancelled my holiday nine hours prior to flight time absolutely no way to contact them. Now trying to get my money back. Bunch of thieves. I work for NHS on critical care so my holidays cannot be changed at such short notice would have been nice for someone to speak to me and give me options of perhaps going somewhere else but no communication available. Disgraceful ABTA now involved lets see if they can step up to the mark and get my money back!

This is the worst company i have ever dealt with. Despite request for cash refund they gave me voucher for cancellation of flight last year. I was told i can either redeem voucher within year or request for cash after 6 months. Almost year pass by i have requested for cash refund but they are not honouring my request. Current status: They saying my bank rejected to accept the funds (refund from last minute) and its been two month i am asking them reason and any further feedback from bank but to no avail. It feels i am banging my head to the walls as customer service is pathetic and rude and they have stopped responding to my emails. I do not what to do. My advise if you want to loose you money then go to last minute else i would rather pay more and purchase it directly with airline.
